Description

The present invention relates to a door water blocking method and device, and more specifically, in an emergency such as a flood, water is easily and quickly stopped around the doors of a building's electric room, pump room, elevator machine room, etc., and the lifeline of the room is flooded. It is related to the technology to protect from.

The recent extreme weather has brought about an unexpectedly large amount of rainfall, which has caused flooding of rivers and other inundation of buildings. Lifelines such as pumps and electric rooms are installed in the building, but if no measures are taken, flooded water will enter these rooms, shutting off the electricity and water supply of the entire building, and living there. It has a great impact on the lives of people.

In view of such a situation, various types of door water blocking devices have been conventionally proposed as measures against inundation. The proposed ones are a waterstop type and a waterstop sheet type. The former is shown in Patent Document 1, for example. This is a first waterstop and a second waterstop that communicates the indoor and outdoor sides of the building and is attached to a pair of vertical mullions that are provided in the width direction of the opening that is opened and closed by the door. A waterstop and a reinforcing member are provided, and these waterstops and the like prevent water from entering the building.

However, even if this waterstop type can suppress the amount of inundation to some extent, if the inundation exceeds the height of the waterstop, it cannot serve as a waterstop and cannot completely prevent the inundation. could not. Moreover, there is a problem that at least a large number of workers (three or more) are required to install the waterstop, and the installation time is long.

The latter is shown in Patent Document 2, for example. This prevents water ingress by inserting both ends of the sheet and the core material into the sheet holding portion from the upper end of the holding member, pulling out the lower part onto the floor surface after the insertion arrangement, and adsorbing the upper part to the door or the like with a suction cup. ..

However, even with this seat type, the upper end of the seat stayed at the middle height of the door, and it was not possible to completely prevent flooding.

As mentioned above, the conventionally known ones, whether they are waterstop type or waterstop sheet type, can withstand water ingress up to a predetermined height in a door with an opening, but are infiltrated over the entire height of the door. It was not completely effective as a countermeasure against inundation. Moreover, there is a problem that many workers are required for installation and it takes time to install.

Therefore, in order to secure the lifeline of the existing building, it is important for the inventor, etc. to prevent water from entering the windows and ventilation openings as well as various rooms such as the electric room, pump room, and elevator machine room. In view of the above, I thought about covering the entire door with a waterproof sheet as a measure against inundation, and completed this invention. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a door water blocking device, which is installed around an external door D of a room where there is a possibility of flooding, such as a pump room or an electric room, such as the first floor of a building or a semi-basement. The door D is designed so that the lower end position is one step higher than the floor slab. In this example, the door D is of a single door type, but it can also be applied to a double door type and a sliding door (including a sash) such as a window.

In the door water blocking device 1, a sheet winding storage 2 is installed on the building wall above the door D in a fixed state by an anchor or the like. Further, on the building wall outside the door D, an amorphous sealing agent 13 applied to the back surface so that a block body 3 composed of a rectangular frame body having continuous left and right side portions and upper and lower portions surrounds the door D is applied. It is installed in a fixed state by an anchor or the like. The block body 3 is made of a hard vinyl chloride resin, and the cross-sectional dimensions of the left and right side portions and the upper and lower portions constituting the block body 3 are about 100 mm in length × 100 mm in width. As a result, the amount of protrusion from the wall surface of the block body 3 is predetermined to be separated from the door D, and as is clear from FIGS. 2 and 3, the block body 3 protrudes outward from the door knob. The block body 3 plays a role as a seat receiving member.

A waterproof sheet hoisting device is installed in the sheet winding storage 2. This hoisting device is attached to the winding core 14, the circular guide plates 16 fixed to both ends of the winding core, the suspension belt 17 anchored to the building wall so as to be adjustable in length, and the tip of the belt. It consists of a hook 18. A large number of hook hook holes 19 are formed on the outer peripheral edge of the guide plate 16 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the hook 18 is hooked to these holes.

Then, the waterproof sheet 5 is wound around the winding core 14 of the hoisting device installed as described above, and is stopped and held by a band (not shown). The waterproof sheet 5 is made of a vinyl chloride sheet having a thickness of about 2 mm, and is formed to have the same width and length as those of the block body 3 as shown in FIG. Normally, it is wound and held by the winding core 14 in the sheet winding storage 2 as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, but in an emergency, it is below the storage as shown by the chain line in the same figure. It is possible to manually stretch the block body 3 downward from the opening and take it out to cover the entire open front surface of the block body 3.

On the back surface of the waterproof sheet, which is the wall side, a rubber packing 6 as a watertight holding member is formed in substantially the same shape as the block body 3 according to the dimensions of the block body 3 and is fixed by adhesion. The outer end portion 5a of the waterproof sheet 5 in contact with the rubber packing 6 on the outer end side is welded to the upper top surface of the block body 3. In the waterproof sheet 5, the rubber packing 6 on the inner end side from the welded portion is aligned and arranged so as to match the front surfaces of the left and right side portions and the upper and lower portions of the block body 3 when the waterproof sheet 5 is stretched. It has become. The material of the waterproof sheet 5 may be other than vinyl chloride as long as it has the same effect and can be fixed to the block body 3.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 7 is an L-shaped angle for holding the waterproof sheet, and the dimensions of both sides protruding at right angles from the corner are about 100 mm × 50 mm. The angle 7 is also made of a hard vinyl chloride resin like the block body 3 and the like. A non-slip rubber plate (not shown) is attached to one side forming the internal angle of the angle 7. Then, the inward corner portions of the block body 3 are arranged and attached to the four corner portions of the left and right side portions and the upper and lower portions so as to be in contact with each other. At that time, the rubber plate comes into contact with the waterproof sheet 5. By attaching this angle 7, it is possible to eliminate slack and slippage of the waterproof sheet 5 in the vertical and horizontal directions.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a stainless steel hook for attaching a belt, which is fixed to the wall outside the left and right edges of the block body 3 by a fixing means such as an anchor. The hooks 8 are fixed in pairs on the left and right in a plurality of stages (five stages in this example) at intervals of predetermined pitches in the height direction of the block body 3. 10 is a tightening belt. In this example, the tightening belt 10 is made of a nylon band for tightening a load, is hung between the hooks paired on the left and right, and is adjusted in length, and a tension is applied to the water stop sheet 5 to stop water. The sheet 5 is pressed against the block body 3 to fix it. The hook 8 and the tightening belt 10 form a fixing means for the waterproof sheet 5.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, 11 is an aluminum decorative cover for dust protection installed above the block body 3 which constitutes the sheet winding storage 2.

Next, the construction procedure of the above embodiment will be described. In this example, the sheet winding storage 2, the block body 3, and the hook 8 including the waterproof sheet hoisting device are installed in advance in anticipation of an emergency. Further, the outer end portion 5a of the waterproof sheet stored in the sheet winding storage 2 and wound around the winding core and the upper top surface of the block body 3 are welded by an appropriate heating means. On the other hand, the angle 7 and the tightening belt 10 are stored in a storage container (not shown) and carried near the door of the site in an emergency.

In an emergency when the building is likely to be flooded, the operator first removes the hook 18 of the hoisting device in the sheet winding storage 2 from the hook hook hole 19, and opens the waterproof sheet 5 downward together with the winding core 14. Manually remove it from the part below the door D and stretch it. Then, when the rubber packing 6 on the back surface of the waterproof sheet 5 comes to the position corresponding to the block body 3 by this stretching of the waterproof sheet 5, the alignment is performed. As a result, the front of the door D is completely covered with the block body 3 and the waterproof sheet 5.

After that, the L-shaped angle 7 stored in the above-mentioned storage container is taken out and brought into contact with the left and right side portions and the upper and lower portions of the block body 3, so that the waterproof sheet 5 does not loosen or shift in the vertical and horizontal directions. While sandwiching it with 3, adjust the length of the tightening belt 10 taken out in the same manner, hook it on the hooks 8 on the left and right of the block body 3, and tighten and fix it. As a result, the four edges of the waterproof sheet 5 are reinforced by the angle 7, and the rubber plate prevents slipping and is firmly fixed.

This completes the construction. Figures 5 and 6 show the end of construction.

The above-mentioned construction work is only the stretching of the waterproof sheet 5 from the inside of the sheet winding storage 2, the attachment of the angle 7, and the tightening belt 10 hanging, and can usually be performed by two or less workers. It can be installed in a short time. Moreover, since the door D is covered with the seat 5 over the entire height, it is possible to sufficiently cope with the inundation over the entire height of the door D, which was not possible in the past. In addition, it is not mechanical or electric, but it can be done manually, so it has the advantage of being able to respond without problems even in an emergency.

That is, even if the lifeline is temporarily stopped due to a large-scale power outage due to flood damage, damage to the equipment of the building can be suppressed, so that the lifeline can be used immediately after the power outage or the like is restored. Pump rooms, electrical rooms, etc. of buildings are often installed on the basement of the building, and when the building is flooded due to floods, etc., it is vulnerable to damage first and the height of the flooding increases. Since it is possible to completely prevent flooding from the door, it is extremely useful.

When the danger disappears, the tightening belt 10 is removed and the angle 7 is removed. As a result, the waterproof sheet 5 can be wound around the winding core 14 again, so that it is wound up and fixed with a band or the like (not shown). Then, the guide plate 16 on the winding core 14 is hooked on the hook 18 in the sheet winding storage 2. As a result, the original state can be restored.

As described above, according to the door water blocking device of this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the inundation from the door D even if the inundation exceeds the total height of the door D. Therefore, there is no infiltration of water into the inside of the room such as the pump room and the electric room inside the door D, and it is possible to provide a door water stopping method or equipment having extremely high utility value in this technical field. The effect can be expected.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a main part showing a modified example of the block body. Since the lower end of the door D of the block body 30 is located on the floor slab without a step, its shape is different from that of the block body 3 described above. That is, the lower portion 30a of the block body 30 is separate from the upper portion and the left and right side portions, and its dimensions are about the same height as the door frame 21 installed on the building wall side, and the width is the upper portion and the left and right sides. It is formed in the shape of a thin plate having a rectangular shape in a plan view, which is about twice as large as the portion (about 200 mm). The upper part and the left and right side parts other than the lower part 30a are the same as those of the block body 3. The lower portion 3a is also made of a rigid vinyl chloride resin like the block body shown in FIG.

The lower surfaces of the left and right sides are placed on the upper surface of the lower portion 30a of the block body 30. A waterproof sheet 5 with packing is attached to the front surface of the left and right side portions of the block body 30 and the upper surface of the lower portion 30a by bending the lower end portion into an L shape to cover the opening formed by the block body 30. Reference numeral 22 denotes a block for holding the waterproof sheet, which has a triangular shape obtained by dividing the block body 30 diagonally in half, and is arranged as described above so as to press the bent portion at the lower part of the waterproof sheet 5. .. The presser block 22 is hooked on a pair of left and right hooks 23 separately attached to the floor slab, and the length is adjusted by the tightening belt 24 to be tightened and fixed.

If the block body 30 as described above is used, the door water blocking device 1 can be installed without any trouble even when there is no sufficient gap between the lower part of the door D and the floor slab. In addition, it is possible to handle various doors (sliding doors, etc.) other than the door D.

FIG. 8 shows an example applied to a window. That is, this window is a kind of sliding door (aluminum, glass, etc.) and is installed in the semi-basement or the first floor of a building, but it can also be applied to such a window.

The constituent members such as the block body 3 and the waterproof sheet 5 shown in this embodiment show only a preferable example, and the specific shape, structure, material, etc. thereof are appropriately redesigned within the scope of the claims.
