There is an application for exception of loss of novelty
The present invention relates to a cot that is intended for use in the event of a disaster or the like.
In the event of a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake or flood, you may be forced to leave your home and evacuate to a gymnasium, etc., and when you go to bed there, place it higher than the floor from a hygienic point of view. It is preferable to install a bed. Therefore, cots made of corrugated cardboard have already been developed and are stored by local governments as disaster stockpiles. Due to the nature of this cot, a large quantity is required, so it is usually stored in a folded state, and various considerations have been made so that it can be easily installed even in the harsh environment of a disaster. There is.
As an example of the technical development of such a cot, the patent document described later is mentioned. Among them, Patent Document 1 discloses a connectable individual box structure and an assembly-type furniture using the same, and an example of its use. The bed is mentioned as. The individual packaging box used here has a rectangular parallelepiped shape made of a corrugated cardboard sheet or the like, and is a form in which adjacent individual packaging boxes are integrated with a connecting piece. The connecting piece has a simple plate shape and is housed inside the individual packaging box, and a slit extending upward from the lower end surface is formed in the vicinity of the side end portion thereof. In addition, a slit extending downward is formed at the corner of the individual packaging box, and after arranging the slits of the two individual packaging boxes adjacent to each other, the slits of the connecting piece are fitted into the slits of the two individual packaging boxes. Individual packaging boxes are connected, and by repeating this, a large number of individual packaging boxes can be connected into one.
The following Patent Document 2 discloses a bed that can ensure a comfortable living environment. This bed is made of corrugated cardboard and has a floor board placed on the upper surface of a wall-shaped substrate. In the middle of the floor board, a rotating shaft that extends in the width direction is provided, and one end of the floor board is centered on this. A support plate member is provided so that the side can be lifted to form an inclined surface and the floor plate can be maintained in a lifted state. By inclining one end side of the floorboard in this way, it is possible to have a function as a "sofa" in addition to the original function as a bed, and it is possible to secure a comfortable living environment even in an evacuation center. The base that forms the base of the bed is composed of two elements, a vertical plate member that extends in the longitudinal direction of the bed and a horizontal plate member that extends in the width direction of the bed, and by combining these in a grid pattern, strength is ensured. There is.
In addition, Patent Document 3 discloses a cardboard prefabricated bed. This bed is intended for use in emergencies such as disasters, and consists of two elements, a sleeve that serves as an outer frame and a partition that is incorporated inside the sleeve, and the sleeve has an uninterrupted ring shape. It can be folded flat during storage. In addition, the partition is a combination of plate-shaped corrugated cardboard in the shape of a girder, which is incorporated inside the sleeve and plays the role of receiving a vertical load. The sleeve can also be folded flat without disassembling by distorting the girder-shaped space into a parallel quadrilateral shape.
As described above, the necessity of cots used in the event of a disaster is widely recognized, and various items are distributed mainly made of corrugated cardboard, but due to their use, it is necessary to store a large number of them for a long period of time. Therefore, it should be manufactured at the lowest possible cost, and inevitably, the complexity of the shape and structure is not preferable. However, it is essential to ensure the strength to support the body safely, and in consideration of the confusion in the event of a disaster, a simple structure that can be easily understood should be introduced so that it can be assembled only by the personnel on the spot. Is.
The present invention has been developed based on such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cot that can be manufactured at low cost, has sufficient strength, and can be easily assembled.
The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises a plurality of boxes and a reinforcing plate arranged upright inside each of the boxes, and the box is composed of four pieces. It has a side plate, one outer flap, one inner flap, and two inner flaps. The side plates are arranged in a rectangular shape in an upright position, and the inner flaps are placed on the upper part of the side plates. They are connected and arranged so as to face each other, and when the inner flaps are bent from the side plate, two facing sheets are vertically laminated, and the middle flap is connected to the upper part of the side plate and the inner flap is connected. The outer flap is connected to the upper part of the side plate and is arranged so as to face the middle flap, and when the outer flap is bent from the side plate, the entire upper part of the opening is opened. The reinforcing plate is a rectangular shape having the same length as the diagonal line of the box body and the same height as the box body, and the inner flap, the inner flap, and the outer flap of the inner flap, the inner flap, and the outer flap. In the fully folded state, these four pieces are stacked on the upper end surface of the reinforcing plate in a state of being stacked vertically, and a tongue piece protruding outward is formed on the tip surface of the outer flap, and the outer side thereof. A cot characterized by forming a slit at the base of the flap and connecting the boxes to each other by fitting the tongue piece and the slit to construct a bed at a position higher than the floor surface. Is.
The cot according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of boxes are gathered together to secure an area where a person can lie comfortably, and a reinforcing plate is arranged inside so that each box is not crushed by a load. There is. And the box body is a rectangular parallelepiped shape composed of four side plates and four flaps that close the opening at the top, similar to the widely used packaging box, and it is flat before use. Can be crushed. The reinforcing plate has a simple rectangular shape. Although corrugated cardboard is assumed as the material for both the box body and the reinforcing plate, various synthetic resin plates (such as corrugated plastic) can also be used.
The size of each box is flexible, but the height is about 40 cm due to its use, and the side is often about 30 cm to 50 cm when viewed from directly above, and this size is generally about "mandarin orange box" etc. It is equivalent to a packaging box called. A flap that closes the opening is provided on the upper part of the side plate that surrounds the box body. In the present invention, this flap is classified into three types: "outer flap", "middle flap", and "inner flap".
The inner flap is connected to the one having the shorter width among the four side plates of the box body, and inevitably two sheets are arranged so as to face each other across the opening of the box body. Moreover, when the inner flaps are bent at a right angle to the side plate (when the inner flaps are closed), the two inner flaps facing each other shall overlap each other up and down except for the base portion thereof. Therefore, the inner flap is clearly longer in overall length than the widely used packaging box.
The outer flap and the middle flap are connected to the longer side of the four side plates of the box body, and the one connected to one of the two side plates is called the outer flap, and the outer flap is also called the outer flap. The one facing the flap is called the middle flap. When each of the outer flap and the middle flap is bent, the middle flap is arranged downward, and the outer flap covers the outer flap. Further, the outer flap must be large enough to cover the entire upper part of the opening of the box body, and when the outer flap is bent, its tip surface shall reach the vicinity of the base of the middle flap.
The tongue piece is a plate-like object that protrudes like a tongue from a part of the tip surface of the outer flap (usually near the center), and plays a role of connecting two adjacent boxes. Then, in the box body, an elongated slit is formed at the base of the outer flap. Therefore, when the outer flap is bent, the tongue pieces and the slits are arranged so as to face each other, and after arranging a plurality of boxes adjacent to each other, the tongue pieces of one of the boxes are fitted into the slits of the other box. And the boxes are connected to each other.
If the tongue piece is simply fitted into the slit, the connection may be naturally released due to the deformation of each part. Therefore, the tongue piece may have a tapered trapezoidal shape, a small notch may be formed near the base of the tongue piece, and the maximum width of the tongue piece may be slightly longer than the slit. As a result, when the tongue piece is fitted into the slit, both ends of the slit are inserted into the notch near the base of the tongue piece, and the tongue piece can be held inseparably. The method of making the tongue piece inseparable is not limited to this.
Reinforcing plates are inserted inside the individual boxes and serve to support each of the folded flaps. This reinforcing plate has a simple rectangular shape, and its height is inevitably almost the same as the side plate of the box body. In addition, the length of the reinforcing plate is slightly shorter than the diagonal line inside the box body, and after being inserted inside, the range of movement is restricted by the side plate at the corner of the box body, and it naturally maintains an upright state. do. Therefore, the reinforcing plate exerts its function simply by inserting it inside. An inner flap is placed on the upper end surface of the reinforcing plate, and an inner flap and an outer flap are placed on the inner flap, so that the four layers of flaps are supported by the reinforcing plate. It is assumed that the reinforcing plate is placed on only one of the two diagonal lines inside the box.
In this way, the cot is composed of a box body and a reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate is inserted along the diagonal line inside the box body. In addition, each box body is provided with an inner flap, an inner flap, and an outer flap, and further, the outer flap. In addition to forming a tongue piece on the tip surface, a slit is formed at the base of the outer flap, and in a state where multiple boxes are lined up, the tongue piece of one of the boxes is fitted into the slit of the other box. Boxes can be connected to each other to construct a bed having a predetermined area.
The invention according to claim 2 relates to the configuration of each box body, and is characterized in that no flap is present on the bottom surface of the box body and the lower end surfaces of the side plate and the reinforcing plate are in contact with the floor surface. And. The box body is only for ensuring the height of the bed, and does not require the function of packing various items. Therefore, in the present invention, in addition to the lower end surface of the side plate of the box body, the lower end surface of the reinforcing plate directly contacts the floor surface without providing any flap for closing the bottom surface of the box body. As a result, the configuration of the box body is simplified.
As in the invention of claim 1, the cot is composed of a box body and a reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate is inserted along the diagonal line inside the box body. In addition, the inner flap, the inner flap and the outer flap are inserted into each box body. In addition to forming a tongue piece on the tip surface of the outer flap, a slit is formed at the base of the outer flap, and in a state where multiple boxes are lined up, the tongue piece of one box is used as the other box. By fitting it into the slit, the boxes are connected to each other, and a bed having a predetermined area can be constructed. Moreover, the sizes of the inner flap, middle flap, and outer flap are adjusted so that the four sheets are stacked and placed on the reinforcing plate, so the rigidity of the upper surface of the box is increased, deformation is less likely to occur, and it is vertical. Sufficient strength is ensured against the load.
In the present invention, since a plurality of boxes are connected to each other, each box has the same size as a widely used packaging box, and conventional equipment can be used for manufacturing the box. In addition, the reinforcing plate has an extremely simple rectangular shape and can be supplied at low cost. Further, the box body can be easily deformed into a flat surface like a widely used packaging box, and is excellent in storage and transportation. In addition, in the present invention, the bed is constructed only by opening the box body, inserting a reinforcing plate inside the box body, bending each flap, finally fitting the tongue piece into the slit, and connecting the box bodies to each other. This simple structure is easy to understand and can be easily assembled even in confused situations during a disaster.
As in the invention of claim 2, there is no flap on the bottom surface of the box body, and the lower end surfaces of the side plate and the reinforcing plate are brought into contact with the floor surface to simplify the configuration of the box body. , The amount of materials used such as corrugated cardboard can be reduced, the occupied space during storage is reduced, and the weight is reduced. It should be noted that such an advantage is only minor for individual boxes. However, the present invention needs to be stored in large quantities due to its use, and such an advantage is a feature that cannot be ignored.
FIG. 1 shows a specific example of the cot according to the present invention. The upper part of the figure depicts the
The upper part of the opening of the
The middle flap 23 is connected to the upper part of the side plate 13 on the left side of the figure among the two side plates 13 and 15 located on the long side of the
An
At the center of the tip surface of the
After fitting the
The reinforcing
Then, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 1, by fitting the

The reinforcing
FIG. 3 shows a process of bending the inner flap 24 and the like after inserting the reinforcing
After bending the inner flap 24, the middle flap 23 is bent, but prior to that, the
FIG. 4 shows a process of connecting the
