(実施例1)
生地aを表地、生地bを裏地とし、羽毛を詰め物とし、図1~5に示す防寒被服(コート、JASPOサイズL)を作製した。各端は袋縫いで閉じた。
被服本体2において、詰め物の充填量は100g/m2であった。
裾部3において、詰め物の充填量は90g/m2であり、身長方向の長さLは68cmであった。

実施例の場合は、裾部3が被服本体2に連結されている状態において、歩行しやすく、防寒効果も良好であり、裾部3が被服本体2と分離したネックピロー状態においても、クッション性及び防寒性が良好であった。
一方、比較例1の場合、裾部3が被服本体2に連結されている状態において、裾部による防寒効果も不十分であり、裾部3が被服本体2と分離したネックピロー状態においても、クッション性及び防寒性が劣っていた。
比較例2の場合、裾部3が被服本体2に連結されている状態において、裾部による防寒効果も不十分であり、裾部3が被服本体2と分離したネックピロー状態においては、首に巻きにくく、防寒性が劣っていた。

少なくとも着用者の上半身を覆う被服本体と、前記被服本体に連結部材を介して脱着可能に連結される裾部を含み、
前記被服本体及び裾部は、いずれも、表地、裏地、及び表地と裏地の間に充填された詰め物を含み、
前記裾部の詰め物の充填量は、50g/m2以上100g/m2以下であり、かつ、前記裾部の身長方向の長さは30cm以上70cm以下であり、
前記裾部の裏地には、第1係合部材及び第1係合部材と脱着可能に連結可能な第2係合部材が対向するように設けられ、第1係合部材は、一方の端部が裾部の裏地の上端部に固定されており、第2係合部材は、一方の端部が裾部の裏地の下端部に固定されており、
前記裾部が前記被服本体から分離されている場合、前記裾部を第1係合部材及び第2係合部材が配置されている箇所に沿って折って丸め、第1係合部材及び第2係合部材を首の前で連結することでネックピローとなることを特徴とする防寒被服。
