Description

This disclosure relates to an inner window. More specifically, the present invention relates to an inner window arranged on the indoor side of the outer window in a double-glazed window.

Conventionally, there is known a double-glazed window in which an inner window and an outer window are doubly provided at an opening of a building (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The double-glazed window can improve the heat insulating performance and the soundproofing property by making the window double. Double-glazed windows can be installed at the same time as an outer window and an inner window at the time of new construction, or by adding an inner window by remodeling to the indoor side of the existing window.

The inner window arranged on the indoor side has a frame body having an upper frame and a shoji screen arranged in the frame body. The upper frame is formed with a downward projecting rail that projects downward. At the upper end of the shoji, a rail accommodating guide for accommodating the downward protruding rail of the upper frame is formed. The downward protruding rail of the upper frame is accommodated and guided by the rail accommodating guide of the shoji, so that the shoji can slide and move in the left-right direction in the finding direction inside the frame.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-152002

The inner window may be additionally installed inside the existing window by remodeling. In this case, due to insufficient adjustment during construction, deformation of the mounting surface due to deterioration over time, etc., the hook between the lower protruding rail of the upper frame and the rail accommodation guide of the shoji is reduced, the shoji falls off, and the shoji of the inner window collapses. There is a possibility that it will end up. Therefore, it is desired to take measures against the falling off of the shoji screen of the inner window.

The present disclosure is intended to provide an inner window capable of preventing the shoji from falling off.

The steady rest member main body 61 is less likely to be engaged with the downward protruding rail (upper frame downward protruding rail 212 for internal shoji, upper frame downward protruding rail 213 for external shoji) and upper rail guides 312, 412 (rail accommodating guide portion). In this case, a part of the upper frame 21 is exposed to the outside below the lower extending wall portion on the indoor side of the upper frame. The steady rest member main body 61 is composed of integrally molded parts made entirely of a material having a warning display color. In the present embodiment, the warning display color of the steady rest member main body 61 is a color different from the colors of the surrounding members and is a conspicuous color. For example, the steady rest member main body 61 is composed of parts integrally molded with a red material as a warning display color.

The steady rest member main body 61 includes a U-shaped member 621 that opens upward, a pair of upper plates 622,622 (upper plate portion), a mounting portion 623, an end plate-shaped portion 624, and a pair of upward protruding portions 625. And have.

The U-shaped member 621 is formed in a cross-sectional view U-shape that opens upward in the cross-sectional shape when cut along the prospective direction. The U-shaped member 621 is arranged at the upper end of the inner stile 33 along the finding direction of the internal sash 3. The U-shaped member 621 is formed by extending a U-shaped recessed portion along the finding direction of the inner stile 33.

Each of the pair of upper plates 622 and 622 extends outward in the prospective direction from the upper ends on both sides of the inner sash 3 in the U-shaped member 621 in the prospective direction. The pair of upper plates 622,622 are respectively arranged on the upper surface of the upper end of the inner stile 33.

Each of the pair of upward projecting portions 625 is erected so as to project upward from the upper surface of the U-shaped member 621. The pair of upward protrusions 625 have a first protrusion 625 on the outdoor side and a second protrusion 625 on the indoor side. The upward protrusion 625 has a thickness in the prospective direction and extends by a predetermined length in the left-right direction. The pair of upward projecting portions 625 project upward from the indoor side portion and the outdoor side portion of the pair of open upper ends of the U-shape of the steady rest member 6. The position of the upper end portion 625a of the pair of upward projecting portions 625 is located on the upper side of a predetermined height from the position of the upper end portion of the internal sash 3.

The position of the upper end portion 625a of the pair of upward protrusions 625 is such that the pair of upward protrusions is reduced even if the window frame 2 is less likely to be engaged with the upper frame lower protrusion rail 212 for the inner shoji due to deterioration over time. A position is set in which the upper end portion 625a of the portion 625 is caught by the internal sash 3 and the internal sash 3 can be prevented from coming off the window frame 2.

Therefore, even if the hanging of the internal sash 3 is reduced due to deterioration over time, the pair of upward projecting portions 625 can be the upper frame indoor side downward extending wall portion 214 of the upper frame 21 and the upper frame downward projecting rail for the internal sash. It is easy to get caught in the 212, and it is possible to prevent the shoji 3 from coming off the window frame 2.

The mounting portion 623 projects below the U-shaped member 621 on the inner side of the U-shaped member 621 in the finding direction. The steady rest member main body 61 is arranged at the upper end of the inner stile 33, and the mounting portion 623 is fixed to the upper stile 31 of the inner sash 3 by the screw 64.

The end plate-shaped portion 624 is arranged on the end surface of the U-shaped member 621 on the front side in the finding direction of the U-shaped member 621. The end plate-shaped portion 624 has an extension plate 624a that extends downward on the front end surface of the U-shaped member 621 in the finding direction. The end plate-shaped portion 624 has a plate-shaped convex portion 624b. The plate-shaped convex portion 624b has a thickness so as to be hooked on the concave portion 332 formed at the upper end of the prospective surface on the outer side in the finding direction of the inner stile 33. The thick portion of the plate-shaped convex portion 624b is caught by the thick portion of the concave portion 332 of the inner stile 33.

The extension plate 624a of the end plate-shaped portion 624 is formed with a steady rest member through hole 624c that penetrates in the finding direction of the internal sash 3.

The steady rest member through hole 624c has a screw 64 when the steady rest member 6 is fixed to the upper stile 31 of the internal sash 3 in a state where the steady rest member 6 is arranged at the upper end of the inner stile 33 of the internal sash 3. It is passed through. A cover member 65 is attached to the steady rest member through hole 624c.

The steady rest member main body 61 has a bottom surface portion 611, a pair of vertical surface portions 612 that extend upward at the same interval in the prospective direction at the lower portion of the U-shape, and a U-shaped upper portion as it goes from the lower side to the upper side. It has a pair of inclined surface portions 613 that are inclined so that the spacing in the prospective direction becomes narrower toward the center of the prospective direction.

The engaging packing plate 63 is formed in a plate shape and is arranged at the outer end portion of the internal sash 3 in the left-right direction in the finding direction. The engaging packing plate 63 is attached to the end surface of the outer end portion of the steady rest member main body 61 in the left-right direction in the finding direction. The engaging packing plate 63 is made of, for example, a resin material. The engaging packing plate 63 is formed with a recess 631 that is recessed downward at the upper part. In the recess 631, the lower portion of the upper frame downward projecting rail 212 for internal shoji is arranged.

The engaging packing plate 63 is in contact with the lower protruding rail 212 for the upper frame for internal shoji at the U-shaped edge of the recess 631. As a result, when the internal sash 3 moves in the left-right direction in the finding direction, the internal sash upper frame downward protruding rail 212 moves while in contact with the engaging packing plate 63, so that the engaging packing plate 63 can be moved. Functions as an airtight member.

In the steady rest member 6, the inner shoji 3 is placed in the window frame 2 by arranging the lower protruding rail 212 for the upper frame for the inner shoji between the pair of vertical surface portions 612 or the pair of inclined surface portions 613 of the steady rest member main body 61. When sliding to find the inside, the movement of the sash 3 in the indoor and outdoor directions is restricted, and the rattling between the sash 3 and the window frame 2 is suppressed.

Next, the construction procedure of the inner window 1 will be described. A case where the inner sash 3 and the outer sash 4 are incorporated into the window frame 2 at the time of construction of the inner window 1 will be described. The internal shoji 3 and the external shoji 4 are built in the window frame 2 by incorporating them in a so-called Kendon style.

When the shoji 4 is incorporated into the window frame 2 by the Kendon method, the upper part of the shoji 4 is tilted toward the inside of the window frame 2 of the inner window 1, and the shoji 4 is gradually raised and lifted upward. , The upper rail guide 412 of the outer sash 4 is inserted into the upper frame downward protruding rail 213 for the outer sash of the upper frame 21, lifted further upward, and then lowered to the lower side to lower the door roller 321 of the outer sash 4. It is inserted into the lower rail 222 for the shoji of the lower frame 22. When incorporating the shoji 3 into the window frame 2 in a Kendon style, the upper part of the shoji 3 is tilted toward the inside of the window frame 2 of the inner window 1, and the shoji 3 is gradually raised and lifted upward. , The upper rail guide 312 of the inner sash 3 is inserted into the upper frame downward protruding rail 212 for the inner sash of the upper frame 21, and after being further lifted upward, it is lowered to the lower side to lower the door roller 321 of the inner sash 3. It is inserted into the lower rail 221 for the inner shoji of the lower frame 22.

After that, at the left-right end of the upper end of the inner sash 3, the steady rest member 6 is adjusted so that the inner sash 3 and the upper frame downward projecting rail 212 for the inner sash of the upper frame 21 are properly engaged. At the left-right end of the upper end of the outer sash 4, the steady rest member 6 is adjusted so that the outer sash 4 and the upper frame 21 upper frame downward projecting rail 213 are properly engaged.

As a result, even if the hanging of the internal shoji 3 is reduced due to deterioration over time, the vertical moving plate 71 can be used for the upper frame 21 upper frame indoor side downward extending wall portion 214 and the inner shoji upper frame downward protruding rail. It is easy to get caught in the 212 and can prevent the shoji 3 from falling over. In addition, when a part of the integrally molded steady rest member main body 61 made of the material of the warning display color is exposed to the outside, the sash (inner sash 3 and outer sash 4) is less likely to be caught on the outside. I can tell you.

According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The inner window 1 of the present embodiment includes a shoji (inner shoji 3, outer shoji 4) that is arranged in the window frame 2 and can be slid laterally, and the upper frame 21 is a downward protruding rail that protrudes downward. It has (upper frame downward projecting rail 212 for internal shoji, upper frame downward projecting rail 213 for external shoji), and the shoji (internal shoji 3, external shoji 4) is opened upward and downward projecting rail (internal shoji). Upper rail guide 312 that accommodates at least a part of the upper frame downward projecting rail 212 and the external shoji upper frame downward projecting rail 213) and guides the lateral sliding movement of the shoji (inner shoji 3, outer shoji 4). , 412 and a downward protruding rail (upper frame downward protruding rail 212 for internal obstacles, outside) provided at the upper end of the end of the sliding movement in the shoji (internal obstacle 3, external obstacle 4) and opened upward. It has a steady rest member 6 that accommodates at least a part of the lower protruding rail 213) for the upper frame for the shoji and suppresses the runout of the shoji (inner shoji 3, outer shoji 4), and the steady rest member 6 is moved upward. It has a protruding upward protrusion 625.

Therefore, even if the hooking of the internal shoji 3 is reduced due to deterioration over time, the upward projecting portion 625 includes the upper frame indoor side downward extending wall portion 214 and the downward projecting rail (lower of the upper frame for the internal shoji). It is easy to get caught in the protruding rail 212, the lower protruding rail 213 of the upper frame for the outer sash, and it is possible to prevent the sash (inner sash 3, outer sash 4) from falling.

In the present embodiment, the upward protrusion 625 is formed in a plate shape having a thickness in the prospective direction and extending in the lateral direction. As a result, by forming the upward protruding portion 625 into a plate shape, it is possible to prevent the shoji (inner shoji 3, outer shoji 4) from falling down with a simple configuration.

In the present embodiment, the steady rest member 6 is formed in a U-shape in cross-sectional view in which the cross-sectional shape when cut along the prospective direction opens upward, and the upward protrusion 625 is the steady rest member 6. A pair of upward projecting portions 625 protruding upward from one side and the other side of a pair of open upper ends of a U-shape. As a result, even if the hanging of the internal shoji 3 is reduced due to deterioration over time, the pair of upward projecting portions 625 can be attached to the downward projecting rail of the window frame 2 (upper frame downward projecting rail 212 for internal shoji, upper for external shoji). Since it can be arranged so as to sandwich the frame downward projecting rail 213), it is possible to prevent the shoji (inner shoji 3, outer shoji 4) from falling on either the indoor side or the outdoor side.

In the present embodiment, the upper frame 21 has an upper frame indoor side downward extending wall portion 214 extending downward on the indoor side, and the steady rest member 6 is a downward protruding rail (upper frame downward protrusion for internal shoji). When the rail 212, the upper frame downward protruding rail 213) for external shoji and the rail accommodating guide portion are less engaged, a part of the runout is exposed below the upper frame indoor side downward extending wall portion 214. It has a stop member main body 61, and the steady rest member main body 61 is composed of parts made of a material having a warning display color. As a result, a warning display line is printed on the surface of the steady rest member main body 61 only by providing the steady rest member main body 61 at the upper end of the end portion of the sliding movement of the shoji (inner shoji 3 and outer shoji 4). Without doing anything like that, when a part of the steady rest member main body 61 is exposed to the outside, it is possible to notify the outside that the sash (inner sash 3 and sash 4) is less hung.
