Abstract
【解決手段】パイロット訓練支援装置100は、対象者による航空機の操縦技量に関する測定データに基づいて、対象者の操縦技量を定量化したテクニカルスキルデータを生成する操縦技量測定部104と、対象者のパイロット適性に関する測定データに基づいて、対象者のパイロット適性を定量化したノンテクニカルスキルデータを生成するパイロット適性測定部106と、テクニカルスキルデータおよびノンテクニカルスキルデータを、訓練習熟度に関する基準データと比較することにより、対象者の訓練習熟度を判定する訓練習熟度判定部108と、対象者の訓練習熟度に応じて、対象者による訓練内容のカリキュラムを作成するカリキュラム作成部110と、を備える。

Claims (4)
- 対象者による航空機の操縦技量に関する測定データに基づいて、前記対象者の操縦技量を定量化したテクニカルスキルデータを生成する操縦技量測定部と、
前記対象者のパイロット適性に関する測定データに基づいて、前記対象者のパイロット適性を定量化したノンテクニカルスキルデータを生成するパイロット適性測定部と、
前記テクニカルスキルデータおよび前記ノンテクニカルスキルデータを、訓練習熟度に関する基準値と比較することにより、前記対象者の訓練習熟度を判定する訓練習熟度判定部と、
前記対象者の訓練習熟度に応じて、前記対象者による訓練内容のカリキュラムを作成するカリキュラム作成部と、
を備える、パイロット訓練支援装置。 - 前記訓練習熟度判定部は、
前記テクニカルスキルデータおよび前記ノンテクニカルスキルデータを前記基準値と比較することにより、前記対象者の現在までの訓練習熟度の実績を判定するとともに、前記対象者の将来の訓練習熟度の推移を予測し、
前記カリキュラム作成部は、
前記対象者の現在までの訓練習熟度の実績と、前記対象者の将来の訓練習熟度の推移の予測結果に応じて、前記対象者による訓練内容のカリキュラムを作成する、請求項1に記載のパイロット訓練支援装置。 - 前記テクニカルスキルデータおよび前記ノンテクニカルスキルデータに基づいて、航空機の種別に関する前記対象者の適性コースを判定する適性コース判定部を備える、請求項1または2に記載のパイロット訓練支援装置。
- 前記適性コース判定部は、
前記テクニカルスキルデータおよび前記ノンテクニカルスキルデータを、前記適性コース毎に設けられたコース別基準値と比較することにより、前記適性コースを判定する、請求項3に記載のパイロット訓練支援装置。
