Abstract
【解決手段】車載用電池制御装置Aは、電池を構成する複数の電池モジュールM1~Mnに対応して設けられ、電池モジュールの電圧を検出する複数の電圧検出回路D1~Dnと、各々の電圧検出回路をカップリングコンデンサC1,C2を介してデイジーチェーン接続する複数の通信回線Tと、通信回線を介して電圧検出回路と通信信号の送受信を行い、電圧検出回路から受信した電圧に基づいて電池を制御する制御回路Sと、を備える。電圧検出回路において通信回線に接続される通信端子は、所定の受動回路を介して接地される。

Description
前記電圧検出回路において前記第1通信線に接続される第1通信端子及び前記第2通信線に接続される第2通信端子は、各々に前記受動回路を介して接地されている、という手段を採用する。
本実施形態に係る車載用電池制御装置Aは、図1に示すように、n個の電圧検出回路D1~Dn、通信回線T、絶縁回路I及び制御回路Sを備える。この車載用電池制御装置Aは、電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車等、モータを走行動力源とする電動車両に搭載されるものであり、リチウムイオン電池等の組電池Bを制御対象とする。なお、本実施形態における「n」は自然数である。
(1)上記実施形態では、通信回線Tが上り通信用の第1通信線と下り通信用の第2通信線t2とを個別に備える場合について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。本発明は、単一の通信線で下り通信信号と上り通信信号とを伝送する通信回線にも適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- 電池を構成する複数の電池モジュールに対応して設けられ、該電池モジュールの電圧を検出する複数の電圧検出回路と、各々の前記電圧検出回路をカップリングコンデンサを介してデイジーチェーン接続する複数の通信回線と、該通信回線を介して前記電圧検出回路と通信信号の送受信を行い、前記電圧検出回路から受信した前記電圧に基づいて前記電池を制御する制御回路とを備える電池制御装置であって、
前記電圧検出回路において前記通信回線に接続される通信端子は、所定の受動回路を介して接地されていることを特徴とする電池制御装置。 - 前記通信回線が上り通信用の第1通信線と下り通信用の第2通信線とを個別に備え、
前記電圧検出回路において前記第1通信線に接続される第1通信端子及び前記第2通信線に接続される第2通信端子は、各々に前記受動回路を介して接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記受動回路は、
一端が前記第1通信端子に接続された第1抵抗器と、
一端が前記第2通信端子に接続された第2抵抗器と、
一端が前記第1抵抗器の他端及び第2抵抗器の他端に接続され、他端が接地されたコンデンサとを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記電圧検出回路の電源端子は、第2コンデンサを介して前記第1抵抗器の他端と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池制御装置。
- 前記電圧検出回路の電源端子は、第2の受動回路を介して接地されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池制御装置。
