Abstract
Description
本発明は、例えば一般建具などの建装材に用いられる粘着シート及びその製造方法に関する。 The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet used for building materials such as general fittings and a method for manufacturing the same.
従来、抗ウイルス剤を添加することにより抗ウイルス性の付与を可能にしたシートは、大部分の抗ウイルス剤が樹脂に練り込まれて成形品の中に入っているため、表面において抗ウイルス作用が示されないという課題があった。
これに対し、シートの最表面に抗ウイルス剤を添加することにより、優れた抗ウイルス性を有するシートが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1の段落[0018]及び図1参照)。
Conventionally, a sheet that can be imparted with antiviral properties by adding an antiviral agent has an antiviral effect on the surface because most of the antiviral agents are kneaded into a resin and contained in a molded product. Was not shown.
On the other hand, a sheet having excellent antiviral properties has been proposed by adding an antiviral agent to the outermost surface of the sheet (see, for example, paragraph [0018] and FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1).
しかし、シートの張替えは剥がし作業から再施工に至るまで多くの応力と費用を要し、また張替え時に壁面などの基材を傷付けてしまうため建物の劣化を促進してしまう。
また、張替えを避けるためにドアや建具等の物品全体を交換するのは張替え以上のコストを要する。
また、壁面や家具などの現在の意匠をそのまま利用したい消費者にとっては、柄入りや不透明、半透明のシートは障害となる。
However, re-covering the sheet requires a lot of stress and cost from peeling work to re-construction, and damages the base material such as the wall surface at the time of re-covering, which accelerates the deterioration of the building.
In addition, it costs more than re-covering to replace the entire article such as doors and fittings in order to avoid re-covering.
Also, for consumers who want to use the current design of walls and furniture as it is, patterned, opaque, and translucent sheets are an obstacle.
本発明は、上記の事情を鑑みてなされたものであり、貼り付け対象の元の意匠を保持しながら、物品に抗ウイルス性、或いはそれに加えて他の機能性も付与する粘着シートを提供することを目的とする。 The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an adhesive sheet that imparts anti-virus property or other functionality to an article while retaining the original design to be attached.
Specifically, the surface

The electron beam curable resin and the ultraviolet curable resin are collectively referred to as "ionizing radiation curable resin" below.

Further, when the pressure-

Specifically, the thermosetting resin may occupy more than 50% by weight, preferably 70% by weight or more, more preferably 75% by weight or more, and occupy 80% by weight or more in the mixture. Is even more preferable.

Specifically, the ultraviolet curable resin or the electron beam curable resin may occupy 50% by weight or more, preferably 70% by weight or more, and more preferably 75% by weight or more in the mixture. It is more preferable to occupy 80% by weight or more.
As described above, by using a mixture of the thermosetting resin, the ultraviolet curable resin and the electron beam curable resin as the main component of the surface
However, the performance of the pressure-
The performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 (here, scratch resistance and processing aptitude) is greatly contributed by the material design of the resin itself and the action of adding additives such as fillers, that is, the physical properties of various components contained in the surface
(電離放射線硬化型樹脂)

Among them, those capable of irradiating electrons having an energy in the range of 100 keV or more and 1000 keV or less are particularly preferable, and those capable of irradiating electrons having an energy of 100 keV or more and 300 keV are more preferable.
(Thermosetting resin)
Here, the thermosetting resin used for the surface
The two-component curable urethane resin is not particularly limited, but among them, a polyol component having an OH group (acrylic polyol, polyester polyol, polyether polyol, epoxy polyol, etc.) as a main component and an isocyanate component (trilens) as a curing agent component. Those containing isocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, methylenedi isocyanate, etc.) can be used. Further, the thermosetting resin is not limited to these, and a one-component reaction-curing polyurethane resin, a one-component or two-component reaction-curing epoxy resin, or the like may be used.
Further, a surfactant is added to the surface
Surfactants include at least one of a cationic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant or a nonionic surfactant.
Due to the addition of the surfactant, the compatibility between the silver-based antiviral agent and the surface protective layer in the binder is improved, and the concentration variation due to the precipitation of the antiviral agent during coating is suppressed. Can be obtained.

Examples of the hardness measuring method include the measuring method shown in JIS K-6253. Examples of the embossed pattern include a wood grain board conduit groove, a stone board surface unevenness, a cloth surface texture, a satin finish, a grain, a hairline, and a perforated groove. As will be described later, the embossing process may be omitted and the embossing pattern may not be applied.
(Antiviral agent)
The surface
The antiviral agent is preferably a silver-based material.
Examples of the antiviral agent include antibacterial zeolite, antibacterial apatite, antibacterial zirconia, etc. formed by incorporating a metal ion of silver ion, copper ion, or zinc ion into a substance such as an inorganic compound zeolite, apatite, or zirconia. Inorganic antibacterial agents can be used, and as antiviral agents, zincpyridione, 2- (4-thiazolyl) -benzoimidazole, 10,10-oxybisphenoxanodine, organic titanium sulfur halogen-based, pyridine-2-thiol- Oxides and the like can be used, but silver-based antiviral agents are superior in terms of antiviral effect.
Further, the antiviral agent may have a structure in which a silver-based material is supported on an inorganic material.
(抗ウイルス剤の添加量)
表面保護層80における抗ウイルス剤の添加量は、0.2質量%以上20質量%以下の範囲内である。
抗ウイルス剤の添加量が0.2質量%以上である場合、抗ウイルス剤が効果的に作用し、抗ウイルス性が向上する。抗ウイルス剤の添加量が20質量%以下である場合、耐傷性が向上する。
(Amount of antiviral agent added)
The amount of the antiviral agent added to the surface
When the amount of the antiviral agent added is 0.2% by mass or more, the antiviral agent acts effectively and the antiviral property is improved. When the amount of the antiviral agent added is 20% by mass or less, the scratch resistance is improved.
(Average particle size of antiviral agent)
It is desirable that the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less with respect to the thickness of the surface
That is, it is desirable that the relationship of 0.5 ≦ Φ ≦ 2D is established when the average particle size of the antiviral agent is Φ and the thickness of the surface protective layer is D.
When the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less that of the surface
Further, it is desirable that the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 1 μm or more and 10 μm or less.

(Multiple peaks of antiviral particle size)
Further, it is preferable that a plurality of peaks of the particle size of the antiviral agent are present.
Specifically, the particle size of the antiviral agent has two peaks, the first peak in the range of 1 μm or more and 5 μm or less, and the second peak in the range of 5 μm or more and 10 μm or less. It is preferable to include and.
Here, the second peak of the particle size of the antiviral agent is set to a value larger than the first peak.
Since a plurality of peaks of the particle size of the antiviral agent are present, the packing density of the antiviral agent is further improved, and more antiviral agents can be added. Therefore, the contact area with the antiviral agent is expanded, and the surface area of the antiviral itself is also expanded, so that the antiviral property is improved.

(Multiple peaks of antiviral agents)
As shown in FIG. 2, when the particle size distribution of "Bioside TB-B100" exemplified as an antiviral agent has at least two peaks between less than 5 μm and 5 μm or more, it is used as it is.
On the other hand, when the particle size distribution of "Bioside TB-B100" does not have at least two peaks, one having an average particle size of 5 μm and one having an average particle size are finely pulverized or the average particle size and particles are obtained. It is also possible to sift the meshes having different diameters and mix the extracted ones having different particle sizes.
As a result, the particle size distribution of the antiviral agent has at least two peaks between less than 5 μm and more than 5 μm, as shown in FIG.
For example, the "average particle size" of the "Bioside TB-B100" measured using a particle size distribution meter was "6.86 μm". This is the first peak.
The second peak may be unique to the antiviral agent, or may be artificially provided with the second peak.
For example, the "Bioside TB-B100" was finely pulverized to have an average particle size of 0.49 μm.
As a result, the average particle size of "6.86 μm" and the finely pulverized "average particle size of 0.49 μm" are mixed, for example, at a ratio of 1: 1 to obtain an average particle size of "6. The first peak with "86 μm" and the second peak with finely ground "average particle size of 0.49 μm" can be artificially created.
Further, not limited to fine pulverization, the above-mentioned "Bioside TB-B100" may be sieved with a 10 μm mesh exceeding the “average particle size”. On the contrary, it may be sieved with a mesh having a particle size less than "average particle size", for example, less than "5.0 μm".

(Evaluation judgment)
The adhesive sheets obtained in Examples 1 to 21 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 described above were evaluated for antiviral performance and bending workability by the following methods.
(Antiviral performance)
The adhesive sheets of Examples 1 to 21 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were subjected to an antiviral test according to ISO 21702. A 50 mm square test sample was placed in a sterile petri dish and 0.4 mL of virus solution was inoculated onto the sample. At this time, as the virus solution, a virus solution containing Emperobe virus (influenza virus) was used. Then, a 40 mm square polyethylene film was put on the sample. After covering the petri dish, the sample and virus were inoculated under the conditions of a temperature of 25 ° C. and a humidity of 90% or more. After a predetermined time (24 hours), 10 mL of SCDLP medium was poured into a petri dish to wash out the virus. The virus infectivity titer of the wash-out solution was measured by the plaque method.
V=(10×C×D×N)/A
V:試料1cm2当たりのウイルス感染価(PFU/cm2)
C:計測したプラーク数
D:プラークを計測したウェルの希釈倍率
N:SCDLP量
A:試料とウイルスの接触面積(ポリエチレンフィルムの面積)
(Measurement of viral load titer (Plaque method))
The host cells were monolayer-cultured on a 6-well plate, and the wells were inoculated with 0.1 mL each of the washout solution diluted stepwise. The cells were cultured for 1 hour under the conditions of 5% CO 2 and a temperature of 37 ° C., and then the agar medium was poured into a 6-well plate and cultured for another 2 to 3 days. After culturing, the cells were fixed and stained, and the number of plaques formed was counted.
(Calculation of viral load)
The virus infectivity titer per 1 cm 2 of the sample was calculated according to the following formula.
V = (10 x C x D x N) / A
V: Virus infectivity titer per 1 cm 2 sample (PFU / cm 2 )
C: Number of measured plaques D: Dilution ratio of wells where plaques were measured N: Amount of SCDLP A: Contact area between sample and virus (polyethylene film area)
(抗ウイルス活性値の算出)
以下の式に伴い、抗ウイルス活性値を算出した。ここで、抗ウイルス活性値が2log10以上の場合、抗ウイルス効果ありと判定した。
抗ウイルス活性値=log(Vb)-log(Vc)
Log(Vb):24時間後の無加工試料1cm2当たりのウイルス感染価の常用対数値
Log(Vc):24時間後の抗ウイルス加工試料1cm2当たりのウイルス感染価の常用対数値
算出した抗ウイルス活性値を以下の「◎」、「〇」、「×」の4段階で評価した。
(評価基準)
◎:抗ウイルス活性値3log10以上である場合
○:抗ウイルス活性値2log10以上である場合
×:抗ウイルス活性値2log10未満である場合
(Calculation of antiviral activity value)
The antiviral activity value was calculated according to the following formula. Here, when the antiviral activity value is 2
