Claims (5)
- 着用時に掌側に位置する掌側部と甲側に位置する甲側部とを縫合してなる作業用手袋であって、
前記掌側部は、掌側に位置するインナー層と、耐切創性を有するアウター層との間に、高密度ポリエステル生地からなる突刺し防止層を備える作業用手袋。 - 前記突刺し防止層は、見掛繊度が1080~1320dtexのたて糸およびよこ糸を、63~79本/2.54cmの密度で織成して構成される請求項1に記載の作業用手袋。
- 前記インナー層およびアウター層は、外縁が互いに一致するように重ね合わせた状態で縫合されることにより、外縁に沿って縫合部が形成されており、
前記突刺し防止層は、前記インナー層およびアウター層よりも小さく形成されて、前記縫合部の内側に配置されている請求項1または2に記載の作業用手袋。 - 前記突刺し防止層は、厚みが0.98~1.02mmである請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の作業用手袋。
- 前記アウター層は、シリコン樹脂が塗布されたアラミド繊維層からなる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の作業用手袋。
