この制御具9は、上部中央に圧縮スプリング9aを設けた半円球のワイヤー取付部9bの下面に溝9b1を4箇所設け、この溝9b1―――に各々油圧シリンダー(油圧式)による4本の作動部9cを設けてあり、制御部9dにてコントロールしてなるものである。
なお、ワイヤー7a・7b・7c・7d・7eの後端をワイヤー取付部9bの上面に固定してある。(図3参照)
