The present invention relates to a prefabricated foamed resin bed.

Conventionally, various beds made of corrugated cardboard or foamed resin have been proposed as prefabricated beds. Such beds can be used on a daily basis, but they are stored in a warehouse, etc. in a disassembled state during normal times, assembled in the event of a disaster, and used as a bed for evacuees at evacuation sites, or only when a visitor arrives. It can also be used as a cot to be used.
For example, the corrugated cardboard beds include the following Patent Documents 1 and 2, and the foamed resin beds include the following Patent Documents 3 and 4.

Jikkenhei 6-57338 Gazette

In the case of a corrugated cardboard as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, such an assembling bed is not suitable for repeated use because the fitting portion is damaged when the assembling and disassembling are repeated. .. Further, as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, in order to give strength to the legs, if the structure of the legs becomes complicated, it takes man-hours and time for assembly work and disassembly work, and the number of constituent members increases. Parts management is required when storing. Furthermore, if it is made of corrugated cardboard, it cannot be used after being washed with water because it has poor water resistance, and it cannot be used if it is flooded.

In the case of foamed resin as disclosed in Patent Documents 3 and 4, it is easy to reduce the weight as compared with corrugated cardboard, but if the thickness of the legs is increased in order to firmly support the floorboard. The problem is that it is difficult to carry, assemble, and store because it is heavy and bulky. Further, when the floor plate portion is composed of a plurality of plates, it is a problem to have a structure in which the plates are not easily separated from each other even if some force is applied.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a comfortable foamed resin bed having sufficient strength and in which the plates do not separate from each other without forming a complicated structure. ..

The foamed resin bed according to the present invention includes a floor plate portion formed by abutting the end faces of a plurality of plate bodies, and a plurality of legs that support the floor plate portion from below, and the plurality of legs are provided. The first leg plate is composed of at least a first leg plate and a second leg plate, the first leg plate is arranged so as to straddle the end faces of the plate bodies butted against each other, and the second leg plate is arranged along the width direction of the floor plate portion. It is characterized by that.

Since the bed according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it can be a bed having sufficient strength and the plates are not separated from each other without having a complicated structure.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In some figures, some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other figures are omitted.
The assembled foamed resin bed 1 (1A) according to the present embodiment supports the floor plate portion 2 formed by abutting the end faces 4a, 4a of the plurality of plate bodies 4, 4 with each other, and the floor plate portion 2 from the lower side. It is provided with a plurality of legs 3 and the like. The leg portion 3 includes at least a first leg plate 5 and a second leg plate 6, the first leg plate 5 is arranged so as to straddle the end faces 4a and 4a in which the plate bodies 4 and 4 are butted against each other, and the second leg plate 6 is a floor plate portion 2. It is arranged along the width direction of. The details will be described below.

<First Embodiment>
The first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
In the first embodiment, an example of the bed 1 made of a punched product will be described. As shown in FIG. 1A, the bed 1 according to the first embodiment includes two types of parts, a floor plate portion 2 and a plurality of leg portions 3, specifically, a plurality of plate bodies 4 constituting the floor plate portion 2. , It is composed of a plurality of leg portions 3, and both the plate body 4 and the leg portions 3 are formed by punching out a board formed by using foamed resin beads. The foamed resin material used for the bed 1 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include expanded polypropylene, expanded polyethylene, expanded polystyrene, and expanded polyurethane. Further, since the bed 1 is made of a foamed resin material, it can be made much lighter than the case of corrugated cardboard, and the floorboard portion 2 and the leg portion 3 can be washed with water as a whole, so that the bed 1 can be kept clean. , Can be used repeatedly assembling and disassembling. Further, when foamed polypropylene is used as the foamed resin material, it is excellent in chemical resistance and oil resistance, so that it can be used by applying a disinfectant as an antiviral countermeasure.

The foaming ratio of the foamed beads when forming the above-mentioned foamed resin body is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, 20 to 60 times, and when the foaming ratio is 30 to 45 times, the load bearing capacity and the cushioning property can be set. The heat conductivity can be made suitable for the bed 1, and the cushioning property can be made close to the feel of a tatami mat. When the foaming ratio is less than 20 times, the strength can be secured, but the cushioning property tends to be poor and the hardness tends to be poor. If the foaming ratio exceeds 60 times, the strength tends to be insufficient.

The floor plate portion 2 is a member on which the user lies down when used as a bed 1, and a plurality of plate bodies 4 and 4 are butted against each other so that the surface 40 of the plate body 4 is flush with each other (substantially the same plane). It consists of side by side. The user can use it by sleeping or sitting directly on the floor plate portion 2. Further, a futon, a mattress, or the like may be laid on the floor plate portion 2 for use. The plurality of plate bodies 4 and 4 are all formed into a flat plate having the same size and shape, and the floor plate portion 2 in the figure is composed of two plate bodies 4 and 4. As shown in FIG. 2A, the plate body 4 has a substantially square shape in a plan view, and as shown in FIG. The end surface 4b is the head side or the foot side when the user lies down on the bed 1. The shape of one end surface 4a is not limited to the shape of being abutted straight as shown in the figure, and when a plurality of plate bodies 4 are abutted and arranged side by side, one flat flat plate is used as the floor plate portion 2. If it can be configured on the body, a concave portion may be formed on one part of the end surface 4a, and a convex shape fitted to the concave shape may be formed on a part of the other end surface 4a. The corners 4c at both ends of the other end surface 4b are chamfered in an arc shape, and correspond to the corners when the two plates 4 and 4 are butted and arranged to form the floor plate 2 (see FIG. 1A). ). Since the plate 4 is made of a foamed resin material as described above, there is no problem in safety even if the corners 4c are angular, but if they are chamfered as shown in FIG. 1 (a) and the like, they are butted at the time of assembly. It can be used as a marker for where the end face 4a will be.

A plurality of concave portions 7 having the same size and shape are formed in the plate body 4, and a convex portion 9 described later is fitted in the concave portions 7. The concave portion 7 is formed with a rectangular through hole in a plan view according to the shape and dimensions of the convex portion 9, and the convex portion 9 is inserted from the back surface 41 side of the plate body 4 as shown in FIG. 1 (c). It has a structure. FIG. 1B shows a state in which the concave portion 7 and the convex portion 9 are fitted, and is unevenly fitted with the side surface 9c of the convex portion 9 in contact with the side wall portion 7a of the concave portion 7. .. On the end surface 4a side where the plates 4 and 4 are butted against each other, a plurality of recesses 7 in which the convex portion 9 of the first leg plate 5 is fitted are provided at intervals among the leg portions 3. Specifically, the concave portions 7 into which the convex portions 9 of the first leg plate 5 are fitted are formed by arranging a total of four recesses 7 in a direction in which the long side thereof is orthogonal to the end surface 4a. Further, on the other end surface 4b side of the plate body 4, a plurality of recesses 7 in which the convex portions 9 of the second leg plate 6 are fitted are provided at intervals among the leg portions 3. Specifically, the concave portions 7 into which the convex portions 9 of the second leg plate 6 are fitted are provided in a total of four recesses 7 in which the long sides thereof are arranged in two rows in a direction substantially parallel to the end surface 4b.

The shape and configuration of the concave portion 7 is not limited to the example shown in the drawing, and when the convex portion 9 is inserted into the concave portion 7, the convex portion 9 is fitted to the base portion 9b (see FIG. 1 (b)), and the upper end surface of the leg body 8 is fitted. It suffices if the plate body 4 is supported by 8b. Therefore, a structure (so-called loose fitting structure) may be used in which the side wall portion 7a is fitted with a slight gap in which the side surface 9c of the convex portion 9 is not in contact with the side wall portion 7a.

The length and width dimensions of the plate 4 are not particularly limited, but are the same as the known bed sizes (single, double, semi-double, queen, king, etc.) when a plurality of plates are butted and arranged to form the floor plate portion 2. The desired size of can be adopted. Further, in the case of children and infants, a desired size can be appropriately adopted. Further, the thickness dimension of the plate body 4 is not particularly limited, and it is desirable to set it to about 30 mm to 80 mm in consideration of strength, weight, and handleability.

The leg portion 3 is a member that serves as a base for the bed 1 placed on the floor, and supports the floor plate portion 2 from below. The leg portion 3 is composed of at least the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6, the first leg plate 5 is arranged so as to straddle the end faces 4a and 4a in which the plate bodies 4 and 4 are butted against each other, and the second leg plate 6 is It is arranged along the width direction of the floor plate portion 2. In other words, the first leg plate 5 in the illustrated example is provided so as to support a substantially central region of the floor plate portion 2, and the second leg plate 6 is provided so as to support both ends in the longitudinal direction of the floor plate portion 2. The first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 are both formed into flat plates having the same size and shape, and in the illustrated example, four first leg plates 5 and four second leg plates 6 are used. Further, in the illustrated example, the dimensions of the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 in the length direction and the dimensions of one side of the plate body 4 are the same. As shown in FIG. 2B and the like, the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 have a rectangular leg body 8 in a plan view and a recess 7 formed in the plate body 4 protruding from the leg body 8. It has a convex portion 9 to be fitted. The lower end surface 8a of the leg body 8 is a surface installed on the floor, and the upper end surface 8b of the leg body 8 is a surface that contacts the back surface 41 of the plate body 4 and supports the plate body 4. The formation position, the number of formations, and the shape of the convex portion 9 are not limited to the illustrations, and as described above, when the convex portion 9 is fitted into the concave portion 7, the base portion 9b of the convex portion 9 is inserted into the concave portion 7 and fitted. It should be. Two convex portions 9 in the illustrated example are provided on the left and right sides of the leg body 8 in the longitudinal direction, and are formed in a substantially rectangular shape. The amount of protrusion of the convex portion 9, that is, the height dimension of the convex portion 9 is substantially the same as the depth dimension of the concave portion 7, and the end face of the convex portion 9 is fitted with the convex portion 9 as shown in FIG. 1 (a). It is desirable that 9a is formed so as to substantially coincide with the edge of the recess 7. Even if the end surface 9a of the convex portion 9 protrudes from the surface 40 of the plate body 4 or is recessed, the floor plate portion 2 becomes uncomfortable to sleep and sit on. The length dimension of the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the floor plate portion 2 is supported from the lower side and does not get in the way when installed. The thickness dimensions of the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 are not particularly limited, but the total of the width dimension of the leg body 8 and the thickness dimension of the plate body 4 is the height dimension of the bed 1, so the thickness dimension should be 220 mm or more. The height dimension of the bed 1 itself including the thickness dimension of the floor plate portion 2 is more preferably 300 mm or more in consideration of hygiene and measures against infectious diseases. Further, considering that the bed 1 is used instead of the sofa, the height dimension of the bed 1 may be 400 mm or more.

According to the above configuration, the first leg plate 5 is provided with a convex portion 9 that fits into one plate body 4 and a convex portion 9 that fits into the other plate body 4, and the first leg plate 5 is a plate. It is arranged so as to straddle the end faces 4a and 4a in which the bodies 4 and 4 are butted against each other. Therefore, it is necessary to form a comfortable floor plate portion 2 in which the plates 4 and 4 do not bend and the plates 4 and 4 do not separate from each other even when a force is applied to the bed 1 from all angles. Can be done. In the case of the figure example, since the four first leg plates 5 support the abutting portion between the plate bodies 4 and 4 and the central region of the floor plate portion 2, for example, sitting on the central end portion is performed. However, it can be installed stably without tilting. Further, the second leg plate 6 is arranged along the width direction of the floor plate portion 2, and in the case of the figure, the user firmly supports both ends of the floor plate portion 2 in the longitudinal direction, so that the user can use the floor plate portion 2. When lying on top, it can firmly support the head side and the foot side.

<Manufacturing / assembly procedure>
Next, an example of the manufacturing / assembling procedure of the bed 1 will be described. In the following, the weight, thermal conductivity, assembly work time, etc. in the following examples will also be described.
First, the following floor plate portion 2 and leg portion 3 are prepared by forming a foamed resin board having a thickness of 62 mm by foaming foamed polypropylene beads at a foaming magnification of 45 times and punching them into a predetermined size and a predetermined shape.
Raw material: Effervescent polypropylene Total weight: 4752 g
Floor plate part 2: Two plate bodies 4 (see FIG. 2A) Width dimension 980 mm × length dimension 1000 mm × thickness dimension 62 mm: weight 1 sheet 1120 g
Leg 3: 4 first leg plates 5 (see FIG. 2 (b)), 4 second leg plates 6 (see FIG. 2 (b)) Width dimension 301 mm x length dimension 980 mm x thickness dimension 62 mm: weight 1 Sheet 314g

Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, two plates 4 and 4 are prepared, and the end faces 4a and 4a are butted against each other. At this time, the plates 4 and 4 on the side without the chamfered corners 4c and 4c may be butted against each other.
Next, the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 are prepared, and the convex portion 9 is fitted into the concave portion 7. Since both the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 have the same size and shape, any of them may be selected and may be fitted in any order, but the plates 4 and 4 are arranged so as to straddle the abutting end faces 4a and 4a. When the first leg plate 5 is fitted, the plates 4 and 4 are joined to each other, and the assembly work is easy. When fitting the convex portion 9 into the concave portion 7, the convex portion 9 can be easily fitted into the concave portion 7 by inserting the convex portion 9 from above the plate body 4 arranged on the floor toward the concave portion 7 as shown in FIG. 3 (b). Can be matched.
Then, after fitting all the first leg plates 5 and the second leg plates 6 to the plate bodies 4 and 4, turn them over so that the floor plate portion 2 is on the top and the leg portions 3 are on the bottom as shown in FIG. 1 (a). If you set it to, you can complete the bed 1.

According to the above, 1. 2. The floor plates 2 are made by butting the plates 4 and 4 together. 2. The first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 are fitted to the plate body 4 to provide the leg portion 3. Turn it over. Bed 1 can be assembled by three major assembly procedures. Therefore, for example, if you look at the completed drawing of the bed 1, you can easily assemble it in about 1 minute without an assembly manual. When the assembly time by one adult male was actually measured, it was possible to assemble in less than 1 minute. Further, since it has the above configuration, it can be assembled without the need for tools or connecting members if there are two plate bodies 4 and eight leg portions 3. Furthermore, since each member is lightweight, it is easy to carry and can be easily assembled by men and women of all ages. Further, since the recess 7 is a through hole, the plate body 4 has no front and back sides, and the legs 3 have the same size and shape, so it is not confused as to which is the first leg plate 5 or the second leg plate 6. , Can be assembled. If the convex portion 9 is removed from the concave portion 7, it can be easily disassembled. Therefore, when not in use, the floor plate portion 2 and the leg portion 3 may be disassembled and stored in layers. In particular, according to the configuration of the figure, the plate body 4 and the leg portion 3 have the same size and the same shape, and the dimensions of the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 in the length direction and the dimensions of one side of the plate body 4 are substantially the same. Since they are the same size, two types of parts can be stacked and stored in a compact state. Further, since the above embodiment is formed by punching, the bed 1 having a simple shape can be easily formed by processing. Further, since the bed 1 is made of a foamed resin material made of an air layer, it has excellent heat insulating properties (in the above embodiment, the thermal conductivity was 0.040 W / m · K), and it is possible to maintain a comfortable temperature. can. Furthermore, when foamed polypropylene is used among the foamed resin materials as in the above example, it recovers about 90% even if it is crushed by applying pressing force, and it has excellent strength and durability, so it is repeatedly assembled and disassembled. Is also hard to break. According to the above configuration, a load capacity of 200 kg can be realized, and since it has a heat resistance of about 100 ° C., hot water disinfection is also possible.

<Second Embodiment>
Next, the bed 1A according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. The points common to the first embodiment are designated by a common reference numeral, and the points different from those of the first embodiment will be mainly described.
In the second embodiment, an example of the bed 1A made of a mold molded product will be described. As shown in FIG. 4A, the bed 1A according to the second embodiment is also composed of two types of parts, the floor plate portion 2 and the leg portion 3, and both the floor plate portion 2 and the leg portion 3 are molded with foamed resin beads. It is filled in a mold and molded. Also in the second embodiment, the floor plate portion 2 is composed of two plates 4 and 4 having the same size and shape, and the leg portion 3 is composed of the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 having the same size and shape. Is common to the first embodiment, but since it is a molded product, the shape of the member is different from that of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 5A, the surface 40 of the plate body 4 of the second embodiment is provided with groove portions 40a formed in a grid pattern, and the surface 40 of the plate body 4 is subjected to any processing. It is different from the first embodiment that does not. As shown in FIG. 4B, the groove portion 40a is formed so as not to affect the formation position of the recess 7, and if a plurality of groove portions 40a are provided on the surface 40 in this way, the groove portion 40a is air. It can be a path and can be well-ventilated. The configuration of the groove portion 40a, such as the depth dimension, the formation position, and the number of grooves, is not limited to the illustration.

Further, although not specifically shown, in FIG. 4A, the area 40b surrounded by the thin line of the surface 40 of the plate body 4 may be textured with irregularities formed. The pattern applied to the area 40b by the grain processing is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, a satin-like shape, a scaly shape, a wood grain shape, a cloth grain shape, or the like. Further, the pattern may be formed radially so as to surround the periphery of the trace formed by the vent (slit) driven into the molding die. In this case, the trace formed on the surface 40 by the vent is utilized. It can be made into a pattern. If the area 40b of the surface 40 is textured in this way, it becomes non-slip when the futon or the like of the floor plate portion 2 is laid, and even if the surface 40 is scratched, it can be made inconspicuous.

A plurality of recesses 7 having the same size and shape are formed in the plate body 4, and the formation positions thereof are the same as those in the first embodiment. However, in the second embodiment, the recesses 7 are not through holes but concave. It is different from the first embodiment in that the recess 7 cannot be visually recognized from the surface 40 side. As shown in FIG. 4C, the recess 7 includes a side wall portion 7a, a top surface portion 7b, and a recess portion 7c. The recessed portion 7c is formed in a streak shape on the side wall portion 7a in the longitudinal direction, and is formed in a streak pattern in the longitudinal direction of the convex portion 9 (see FIGS. 4 (c) and 5 (b)). Formed to accept. Therefore, by fitting the recessed portion 7c and the convex portion 9d, the fitting force can be further improved, and the structure can be easily disengaged.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the leg body 8 according to the second embodiment is provided with a plurality of recesses 8c, and the thickness of the leg body 8 is lower than the upper end surface 8b. Is also different from the first embodiment in that is formed thinly. The recesses 8c are formed on both sides of the flat plate-shaped leg body 8, and in the illustrated example, three recesses 8c are formed on one surface. By making the upper end surface 8b of the leg body 8 thicker, the plate body 4 can be firmly supported from below, and by making the partial thickness thinner by the recess 8c, the weight of the leg body 8 is reduced so as not to increase. Can be planned. Further, since the recess 8c is formed, the step portion formed by the recess 8c can be used as a handle portion, and there is an advantage that the leg portion 3 can be easily carried.

幅寸法330mm×長さ寸法980mm×厚み寸法100mm(最も厚みのある部分の寸法である):重量1枚392g
<Manufacturing / assembly procedure>
Next, an example of the manufacturing / assembling procedure of the bed 1A will be described. Since it is basically the same as the procedure for assembling the bed 1 described above, the differences will be mainly described.
First, the foamed polypropylene beads are filled in a molding die and foamed at a foaming magnification of 45 times, and the following floor plate portion 2 and leg portion 3 manufactured by molding into a predetermined size and a predetermined shape are prepared.
Raw material: Foamed polypropylene Total weight: 5312g
Floor plate part 2: Two plate bodies 4 (see FIG. 5A) Width dimension 980 mm × length dimension 1000 mm × thickness dimension 60 mm: weight 1 sheet 1088 g
Leg 3: 4 first leg plates 5 (see FIG. 5 (b)) and 4 second leg plates 6 (see FIG. 5 (b)) Width dimension 330 mm x length dimension 980 mm x thickness dimension 100 mm (thickest) (Dimensions of some parts): Weight 1 sheet 392g

First, as shown in FIG. 6A, two plates 4 and 4 are prepared, and the end faces 4a and 4a are butted against each other. Next, the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 are prepared, and the convex portion 9 is fitted into the concave portion 7. Since both the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6 have the same size and shape, any of them may be selected and may be fitted in any order.
Then, after fitting all the first leg plates 5 and the second leg plates 6 to the plate bodies 4 and 4, turn them over so that the floor plate portion 2 is on the top and the leg portions 3 are on the bottom as shown in FIG. 4 (a). If set to, bed 1A can be completed.

According to the above, the bed 1A can be easily assembled in about 1 minute without an assembly manual, like the bed 1 described above. Further, since the above embodiment is formed of a mold molded product, there is no waste in the material, the product can be made with an emphasis on design, and the surface treatment is easy.

The beds 1 and 1A according to the present embodiment are not limited to the above examples, and may be provided with a headboard on the head side, for example. The configuration and shape of the floor plate portion 2 and the leg portion 3 are not limited. For example, if the part on which the user lies is flush with the floor plate portion 2, the fall prevention edge portion protruding from the end portion of the floor plate portion 2 The leg portion 3 may be provided with a support member having a further different configuration (for example, a columnar leg portion) in addition to the first leg plate 5 and the second leg plate 6. Further, the groove portion 40a may be formed in the floor plate portion 2 of the bed 1 according to the first embodiment, and ventilation holes may be appropriately provided in order to further secure the air permeability. Further, the recess 7 formed in the plate body 4 according to the first embodiment may be a concave shape as shown in the second embodiment instead of a through hole, and is formed in the plate body 4 according to the second embodiment. Needless to say, the recess 7 may be a through hole. Further, the convex portion 9 fitted to the concave portion 7 is not limited to the illustration, and one or three or more convex portions 9 may be provided for one leg portion 3. Further, as the foamed resin material used for the beds 1 and 1A, a functional foamed resin material having self-extinguishing property, heat resistance and the like may be used, and if the foamed resin beads are colored, a colorful bed 1 is formed. You can also do it.
