本発明が解決しようとする課題は、加熱部材に不具合の予兆があるか否かを精度よく判定可能な情報処理装置、システムを提供することである。
Claims (5)
- 画像形成装置においてシートを加熱する発熱部に印加された電圧を示す電圧情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記電圧情報に示される電圧の変動幅を導出する導出部と、
前記導出部によって導出された変動幅と、基準となる変動幅とを用いて前記発熱部に不具合の予兆があるか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備えた情報処理装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記電圧情報に示される電圧と、基準となる電圧とをさらに用いて前記発熱部に不具合の予兆があるか否かを判定する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記電圧情報に示される電圧は、前記画像形成装置の立ち上げ時または前記画像形成装置が一時休止状態から復帰した時の電圧を含まない請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記判定部によって前記発熱部に不具合の予兆があると判定された場合に、警告を通知する通知部を備えた請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 画像形成装置と情報処理装置とを含むシステムであって、
前記画像形成装置は、
前記画像形成装置においてシートを加熱する発熱部に、予め定められた期間において印加された電圧を示す電圧情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記記憶部によって記憶された前記電圧情報を前記情報処理装置に送信する送信部と、
を備え、
前記情報処理装置は、
前記送信部によって送信された前記電圧情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記電圧情報に示される電圧の変動幅を導出する導出部と、
前記導出部によって導出された変動幅と、基準となる変動幅とを用いて前記発熱部に不具合の予兆があるか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備えたシステム。
