Description

The present invention relates to an absorbent article.

The absorbent article generally comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber arranged between them, and absorbs body fluid such as urine that has permeated the top sheet. It is configured to be absorbed and retained by the body. There are various types of absorbent articles, regardless of whether they are for adults or infants, depending on the application, such as tape-type disposable diapers, pants-type disposable diapers, urine absorbing pads, and light incontinence pads.

Conventionally, as an absorber, it is common to use a fluff pulp and a super absorbent polymer (hereinafter, also referred to as “SAP”) in combination. Fluff pulp absorbers containing fluff pulp and SAP have good absorption performance, feel, and fit, but recently, it is not noticeable to wear absorbent articles, and there is no discomfort when wearing them. A thin absorbent article without a feeling is desired. Also, for the care recipient, a thin absorbent article with a good fit is comfortable, easy to turn around, and is desirable.

In order to reduce the thickness of the absorbent article, it is a big problem to reduce the thickness of the absorber, which occupies most of the absorbent article. As such a thin absorber, for example, a highly absorbent sheet (hereinafter, also referred to as “SAP sheet”) containing two non-woven fabrics and SAP particles fixedly supported by a hot melt adhesive between them, and Absorbent articles using a SAP sheet as an absorber have been proposed.

In Patent Document 1, a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet are arranged between them for the purpose of improving the amount of body fluid absorbed while preventing an increase in the thickness of the absorber. The absorber is located on the non-skin side of the wearer and on the skin side of the wearer, and is the central portion of the skin side surface of the lower absorber in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. The upper layer absorber is a SAP sheet containing a first non-woven fabric, a second non-woven fabric, and SAP particles held between them, and the lower layer absorber is a lower layer absorber. It is a fluff pulp absorber, which is provided at both ends in the width direction of the upper layer absorber, and has two joints where the upper layer absorber and the lower layer absorber are joined, and between these joints in the longitudinal direction of the upper layer absorber. An absorbent article is disclosed which is provided so as to extend from one end to the other end and has a non-bonded portion in which an upper layer absorber and a lower layer absorber are not bonded.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2018-164633

In Patent Document 1, the amount of body fluid absorbed is improved by combining a thin SAP sheet which is an upper layer absorber and a fluff pulp absorber which is a lower layer absorber. However, since the structure, strength, density, properties after body fluid absorption, etc. are completely different between the fluff pulp absorber and the SAP sheet, the body fluid as a whole is deformed during absorption of the body fluid multiple times, and the body fluid leaks. , Problems such as deterioration of absorption performance such as absorption speed and absorption amount, deterioration of wearing feeling and fit are likely to occur. In Patent Document 1, the above-mentioned bonded portion and non-joined portion are provided between the upper layer absorber and the lower layer absorber, but such a structure may promote deformation of the absorber.

Further, when a plurality of SAP sheets are laminated to form an absorber, the absorber is thinner than the conventional fluff pulp absorber, but the rigidity of the absorber tends to be relatively high, and good fit cannot be maintained. When it is assumed that the absorbent article is worn for a long time, it is required to suppress the deterioration of the fit due to the swelling of SAP especially after the absorption of body fluid.

An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which is thin, has excellent absorption performance such as repeated absorption rate and body fluid absorption amount, prevents liquid return, and has good fit even after body fluid absorption.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventor includes a three-layer laminated body in which three layers of highly absorbent sheets are laminated in the thickness direction, and each highly absorbent sheet is placed on the skin side of the wearer. A pair of rigid cushioning portions that are gradually widened from the to the non-skin side, have a predetermined shape and size at a predetermined position of each highly absorbent sheet, and have a lower grain of the highly absorbent polymer than the other regions. The present invention is completed by finding that an absorbent article having a thin shape and desired characteristics can be obtained by using an absorbent body in which a predetermined rigid cushioning portion partially overlaps with each other in the thickness direction. Alternatively, the range is 90 mm or more and 190 mm or less. When the plan view shape of the absorber 20 is an hourglass shape, the length is 180 mm or more and 480 mm or less, and the width of the ventral and dorsal parts that abut on the wearer's abdomen and back, respectively, is 60 mm or more. The range is 160 mm or less, and the width of the crotch portion in contact with the crotch portion of the wearer is in the range of 50 mm or more and 140 mm or less. Further, the thickness of the absorber 20 can be made thin, for example, in the range of 2.1 mm or more and 5.4 mm or less by adopting the configuration described later. The entire surface or a part of the absorber 20 may be embossed. Examples of the plan view shape of the absorber 20 include an hourglass shape, an I-shape, a rectangle, a quadrangle with rounded corners, an oval, and the like.

(1st sheet, 2nd sheet, and 3rd sheet)
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the absorber 20 of the present embodiment has the first sheet 60, the first sheet 60, from the skin side to the non-skin side of the wearer when the absorbent article 50 is worn on the body. A three-layer laminated body in which a second sheet 70 wider than one sheet 60 and a third sheet 80 wider than the second sheet 70 are laminated in this order in the thickness direction (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “three-sheet laminated body”). include. That is, the first sheet 60 is located on the most skin side of the wearer, the third sheet 80 is located on the most non-skin side of the wearer, and the second sheet 70 is between the first sheet 60 and the third sheet 80. It is configured so that the width of each is gradually increased from the skin side to the non-skin side. When the width of the 3-sheet laminate is widened from the skin side to the non-skin side of the wearer, it fits in the crotch part (groin) of the wearer and cooperates with the rigid buffer part and the buffer line described later to form a body fluid. Regardless of before and after absorption, the mobility is improved, the fit is improved, and the body fluid diffusivity is also improved, so that the absorption capacity of the three-sheet laminated body can be fully utilized. Further, all of the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 have an exposed surface on the skin side that directly receives the body fluid supplied via the top sheet 10, and the absorber 20 as a whole. It is possible to improve the diffusivity of body fluids.

The first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 have a skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric (not shown) located on the skin side and a skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric on the non-skin side of the skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric, respectively. It contains a non-skin side hydrophilic non-woven fabric (not shown) arranged opposite to the non-woven fabric, and SAP intermediate layers 63, 73, 83 provided between them for fixing and supporting a highly absorbent polymer, and contains fluff pulp. Not a highly absorbent sheet. In addition, in FIGS. 5 and 7, the illustration of the skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric and the non-skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric is omitted. By forming the absorber 20 of the present embodiment into a three-layer laminated body of highly absorbent sheets, the absorbent article 50 itself can be made thinner. Details of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric on the skin side and the non-skin side, and the SAP intermediate layers 63, 73, and 83 will be described later.

The plan view shapes of the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 are all rectangular, but are not limited to the present embodiment, and are not limited to the present embodiment, for example, an hourglass shape, an I shape, a rectangle, and a quadrangle. Examples include rounded rectangles and oval circles. The first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 have the same plan view shape, but are not limited to the present embodiment and may have different plan view shapes. The first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 of the present embodiment are laminated so that the center lines in the width direction and the center lines in the length direction overlap each other in the thickness direction, but the present invention is limited to this. Instead, at least one of each width direction center line and each length direction center line may be laminated so as not to overlap in the thickness direction. Further, the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 of the present embodiment are configured so that the lengths gradually increase from the skin side to the non-skin side. May have the same length.

(Rigid shock absorber)
As shown in FIG. 3, the first sheet 60 is provided with a pair of first rigidity buffer portions 61, 62. In the SAP intermediate layer 63 of the first sheet 60, the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62 are set to have a lower weight of the highly absorbent polymer than the surroundings (hereinafter, also referred to as “normal spraying area”), and the plan view is a partial circle. It is an arcuate area. By setting the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62 to have a lower basis weight than the normal spraying area, the degree of freedom of deformation of the absorber 20 caused by the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62 is increased. The first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62 are substantially central portions in the length direction of the first sheet 60, and are partially circled at positions substantially symmetrical on both sides in the width direction with the center line in the length direction as the axis of symmetry. The arc lines are provided so as to face each other in a convex shape in the width direction. Further, although the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62 are configured to have substantially the same shape, radius of curvature, length, and width in a plan view, they may be configured differently. The plan-view shape of the first rigid shock absorbers 61 and 62 may be crescent-shaped or the like. Further, instead of the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62 having a partial arc line shape, the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62 having a figure shape facing convexly from both sides in the width direction at the central portion in the length direction may be provided. , Gourd type, hourglass type, etc.

The pair of second rigid cushioning portions 71 and 72 of the second sheet 70 have the same configuration and modification as the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62. In a preferred embodiment, the length (the length obtained by extending the partial arcuate line in a straight line) and the width are larger than those of the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62. According to this embodiment, the degree of freedom of deformation of the absorber 20 due to the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62 is improved. The pair of third rigid cushioning portions 81 and 82 of the third sheet 80 have the same configuration and modification as the first rigid cushioning portions 61 and 62. In a preferred embodiment, the length (the length obtained by extending the partial arcuate line in a straight line) and the width are larger than those of the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72. According to this embodiment, the degree of freedom of deformation of the absorber 20 due to the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72 is improved.

By providing the first rigid cushioning portions 61, 62, the second rigid cushioning portions 71, 72, and the third rigid cushioning portions 81, 82 (hereinafter, these are collectively referred to as "three-sheet rigid cushioning portions"), they are worn. When a person wears the absorbent article 50, both in the width direction of the wearer's crotch part mainly due to the difference in the basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer between the three-seat rigid cushioning part and the normal spraying area around it. Along the edge, the absorber 20 is appropriately deformed corresponding to the crotch portion of the wearer, so that the fit of the absorber 20 and thus the absorbent article 50 is improved.

In another preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, when the three-sheet laminate is viewed through in the thickness direction, the outer peripheral edge of the second rigid cushioning portions 71 and 72 in the width direction is the first rigid cushioning portion 61. , 62 is located outside the width direction of the outer edge of the width direction, and the outer edge of the third rigid buffer portions 81 and 82 in the width direction is larger than the outer edge of the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72 in the width direction. Located on the outside in the width direction. According to this embodiment, the range of motion of the three-seat rigidity buffer portion is increased without impairing the strength of the absorber 20, and the deformation according to the wearer's body shape becomes easy.

The first rigid buffer portions 61, 62, the second rigid buffer portions 71, 72, and the third rigid buffer portions 81, 82 each have a high absorption polymer with a grain size of 60 g / m 2 or less or 10 g / m 2 or more, respectively. The range is 40 g / m 2 or less, the radius of curvature is selected from the range of 360 mm or more and 830 mm or less, or the range of 440 mm or more and 780 mm or less, and the length when the partial arc line is extended linearly is the range of 150 mm or more and 450 mm or less. It is selected from a range of 210 mm or more and 390 mm or less, and a width of 10 mm or more and 45 mm or less or a range of 12 mm or more and 20 mm or less. When the basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer is set to the above-mentioned range, the range of motion of the 3-seat rigidity buffer portion becomes relatively large even after absorbing the body fluid, and the absorber 20 is easily deformed according to the body shape of the wearer. When the radius of curvature is set to the above-mentioned range, the three-seat rigidity cushioning portion tends to be along both edges in the width direction of the wearer's crotch portion. When the length and width are within the above ranges, the absorber 20 is appropriately deformed without impairing the strength of the absorber 20.

(Laminated area ratio)
The first rigid buffer portion 61 has a region X that overlaps the second rigid buffer portion 71 in the thickness direction, and similarly, the first rigid buffer portion 62 overlaps the second rigid buffer portion 72 in the thickness direction. Has X. That is, the region X is a part of the first rigidity buffer portion 61 or the first rigidity buffer portion 62. The second rigid buffer portion 71 has a region Y that overlaps with the third rigid buffer portion 81 in the thickness direction, and similarly, the second rigid buffer portion 72 overlaps with the third rigid buffer portion 82 in the thickness direction. Has Y. That is, the region Y is a part of the second rigidity buffer portion 71 or the second rigidity buffer portion 72.

In the present embodiment, in the present embodiment, the outer edge portion in the width direction of the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62 overlaps the inner edge portion in the width direction of the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72 in the thickness direction, and the region X is in the length direction. It is a band-shaped area extending in a partial arc line shape. Similarly, in the present embodiment, in the present embodiment, the outer edge portions in the width direction of the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72 overlap with the inner edge portions in the width direction of the third rigid buffer portions 81 and 82 in the thickness direction. It is a band-shaped region extending in a partial arc line shape in the length direction. In this way, the first rigid buffer portions 61, 62 and the second rigid buffer portions 71, 72 partially overlap each other on both outer sides of the first rigid buffer portions 61, 62 in the width direction, and the second rigid buffer portion 71. , 72 and the third rigid buffer portions 81, 82 partially overlap on both outer sides of the second rigid buffer portions 71, 72 in the width direction, so that when the absorber 20 is deformed, they are deformed in conjunction with each other. Therefore, the fit can be improved without discomfort.

In the present specification, the area of the region X (the area in plan view, the same applies hereinafter) is the ratio to the areas of the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62, and is expressed by the following equation as the laminated area ratio. Here, the area of the first rigid buffer portion is the area of the first rigid buffer portion 61 or the area of the first rigid buffer portion 62, and these areas are also referred to as “1 unit area”.
Stacked area ratio (%) = (area of region X / area of first rigidity buffer) × 100
Further, the area of the region Y is a ratio to the areas of the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72, and is expressed by the following equation as the laminated area ratio. Here, the area of the second rigid buffer portion is the area of the second rigid buffer portion 71 or the area of the second rigid buffer portion 72, and these areas are also referred to as “1 unit area”.
Stacked area ratio (%) = (area of region Y / area of second rigidity buffer) × 100
Here, the area of the region X, the area of the region Y, the area of the first rigid buffer portion, and the area of the second rigid buffer portion are, for example, 3D shape measurement microscope One Shot VR-3000 (trade name, manufacturer: KEYENCE Co., Ltd.). ) Can be used.

In the present embodiment, the laminated area ratio of the region X and the region Y is 30% or more and 65% or less, respectively. When the laminated area ratio of the region X and the region Y is set to the above-mentioned range, the interlocking when the three-seat rigidity buffer portion is deformed is enhanced, and a good fit without discomfort can be obtained. When the laminated area ratio of the region X and / or the region Y is less than 30%, the degree of freedom of deformation is reduced, and a good fit tends not to be obtained. When the area of the region X and / or the region Y exceeds 65%, the degree of freedom of deformation becomes too large, individual deformation is likely to occur, and in particular, durability is lowered after absorption of body fluid and twisting is likely to occur, which is good. There is a tendency that the fit cannot be obtained.

(Cushion line)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the absorber 20 includes a crease-shaped buffer line extending linearly from one end in the length direction to the other end in the length direction. As the buffer line, in at least one of the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80, the central buffer line A extending in the length direction from the center in the width direction (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “buffer line A”). ), One end buffer line B extending in the length direction from the vicinity of one end in the width direction (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "buffer line B"), and the other end buffer line extending in the length direction from the vicinity of the other end in the width direction (hereinafter, simply referred to as "buffer line B"). Also referred to as "buffer line C") and the like. Here, the buffer line B and the buffer line C may be one or a plurality of lines, respectively. Further, one or a plurality of buffer lines B and / or buffer lines C may be provided at the same positions as the buffer lines A but at different positions in the width direction from the center line in the width direction.

A buffer line B and a buffer line C are provided along the edges on both sides in the width direction of the 1 sheet 60, and the buffer line A is provided on the third sheet 80, and when the three-sheet laminate is viewed through, the third sheet 80 is provided. The inner buffer line B and the inner buffer line C are provided so as to overlap the edges on both sides in the width direction of the sheet 60 in the thickness direction, and further, the outer buffer lines B and the outer buffer lines B are provided along the edges on both sides in the width direction of the second sheet 70. An outer buffer line C is provided.

The deformation of the absorber 20 shown in FIG. 7 (a) is shown in FIG. 7 (b). In FIG. 7, the skin-side and non-skin-side hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics contained in the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 are not shown. As described above, the first sheet 60 constituting the absorber 20 has the buffer line A together with the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62, and the second sheet 70 has the buffer line A together with the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72. The third sheet 80 has one buffer line B and one buffer line C, and the third sheet 80 has a buffer line A, two buffer lines B, and two buffer lines C together with the third rigid buffer portions 81 and 82. There is.

As shown in FIG. 7B, when the absorbent article 50 is worn on the body, the absorbent body 20 faces the wearer's crotch portion via the top sheet 10 and is deformed according to the shape of the crotch portion. At this time, the widths of the first rigid cushioning portions 61, 62, the second rigid cushioning portions 71, 72, and the third rigid cushioning portions 81, 82 are each starting from the vicinity of the non-skin side surface of the skin-side hydrophilic non-woven fabric (not shown). Spread in the direction. Even with this, the fit of the absorber 20 to the wearer's crotch portion is sufficiently improved, but here, the buffer lines A and the buffer lines provided on the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80 are provided. It bends in a zigzag manner along B and the buffer line C, and deforms the absorber 20 according to the shape of the wearer's crotch portion. As a result, the absorbent article 50 with the absorber 20 fits tightly to the wearer's crotch and can achieve a very good, non-attached fit.

(Hydrophilic non-woven fabric)
As the hydrophilic non-woven fabric used for the skin side and the non-skin side of the first sheet 60, the second sheet 70, and the third sheet 80, any of those commonly used in this field can be used, for example, a thermal bonded non-woven fabric. Examples thereof include spunbonded non-woven fabrics, air-laid non-woven fabrics, air-through non-woven fabrics, and pulp-containing non-woven fabrics. The basis weight of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric is in the range of 20 g / m 2 or more and 80 g / m 2 or less. Among these hydrophilic non-woven fabrics, air-through non-woven fabrics are preferable from the viewpoint of body fluid diffusivity and strength. The thickness of the fibers constituting the air-through nonwoven fabric is, for example, in the range of 1.6 dtex or more and 14 dtex or less, 1.8 dtex or more and 9.0 dtex or less, or 2.0 dtex or more and 6.0 dtex or less.

(SAP middle layer)
The SAP intermediate layer 63 includes first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62, and a normal spraying area (not shown) provided around the first rigid buffer portions 61 and 62. The SAP intermediate layer 73 includes the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72, and a normal spraying area (not shown) provided around the second rigid buffer portions 71 and 72. The SAP intermediate layer 83 includes first rigid buffer portions 81 and 82, and a normal spraying area (not shown) provided around the first rigid buffer portions 81 and 82. The highly absorbent polymer contained in the SAP intermediate layers 63, 73, and 83 is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb body fluids such as urine and prevent backflow of body fluids, and is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include acid salts, (starch / acrylic acid) graft copolymers, (acrylic acid / vinyl alcohol) copolymers, (isobutylene / maleic anhydride) copolymers and saponified products thereof. Among these, polyacrylic acid salt is preferable, and sodium polyacrylate is more preferable, from the viewpoint of the amount of absorption per weight. The basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer in the normal spraying area is, for example, 150 g / m 2 or more and 800 g / m 2 or less, and the first rigid buffer portions 61, 62, the second rigid buffer portions 71, 72, and the third. The rigid cushioning portions 81 and 82 have a lower basis weight than that.

In addition, by avoiding the use of a fine powder high-absorbent polymer with poor fluidity as a powder, the basic performance regarding absorption is improved, and the high-absorbency sheets 60, 70, and 80 become rugged. From the viewpoint of reducing the tactile sensation, it is preferable to use a highly absorbent polymer in the form of particles having a medium particle size as the highly absorbent polymer. The medium particle size is, for example, in the range of 50 μm or more and 600 μm or less, or 100 μm or more and 500 μm or less.

The highly absorbent polymer is fixedly supported on the SAP intermediate layers 63, 73, and 83 by a hot melt adhesive. The content of the hot melt adhesive is, for example, in the range of 10 g / m 2 or less from the viewpoint of not inhibiting the absorbability of the highly absorbent polymer and not impairing the touch when worn. As the hot melt adhesive, one having a melting point of 100 ° C. or higher and 180 ° C. or lower can be used without particular limitation. Examples thereof include melt adhesives and olefin-based hot melt adhesives such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. As a method for applying the hot melt adhesive, known methods such as a curtain coat method in which the hot melt adhesive in a molten state is applied from a nozzle in a non-contact manner, a spiral method, and a slot method in which the hot melt adhesive is applied by a contact method can be used.

In the present embodiment, a carrier sheet (not shown) that encloses the entire absorber 20 may be used from the viewpoint of preventing the highly absorbent polymer from falling off and stabilizing the shape of the absorber 20. The base material of the carrier sheet may be any one having hydrophilicity, and examples thereof include hydrophilic non-woven fabrics such as tissue paper, absorbent paper, and air-laid non-woven fabric. When a plurality of carrier sheets are provided, the base materials of the plurality of carrier sheets may be the same or different.

(Back sheet)
The back sheet 30 may be formed by using a base material having a liquid impermeable property so that the body fluid held by the absorber 20 does not wet the clothes, and the base material may be, for example, a resin film. Examples thereof include a composite sheet which is a laminate of a resin film and a non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric used for the composite sheet is not particularly limited in the manufacturing method, and for example, spunbond non-woven fabric, melt-blow non-woven fabric, composite non-woven fabric which is a laminate of spunbond non-woven fabric / melt-blow non-woven fabric, spunbond non-woven fabric / melt-blow non-woven fabric / spunbond non-woven fabric. Examples thereof include a composite non-woven fabric which is a laminated body, and a composite material which is a laminated body of two or more of these. Examples of the resin film include films such as polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene and polypropylene, and composite films of polyethylene and polypropylene.

The basis weight of the back sheet 30 is in the range of 15 g / m 2 or more and 40 g / m 2 or less, for example, from the viewpoint of strength and workability. Further, from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness at the time of mounting, the back sheet 30 having breathability is preferable. In order to impart air permeability to the back sheet 30, for example, a method of blending a filler in the resin film, a method of embossing the back sheet 30 for perforation, and the like can be used. Here, examples of the filler include calcium carbonate, and the filler can be blended according to a known method.

(Three-dimensional gather)
As shown in FIG. 1, the absorbent article 50 has, for example, both end portions of the skin side surface of the top sheet 10 along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 50 in order to prevent lateral leakage of body fluid excreted by the user. A pair of three-dimensional gathers 40 are provided in the vicinity. In the three-dimensional gather 40 of the present embodiment, one end in the width direction is fixed near both ends of the skin side surface of the back sheet 30, and the middle portion in the width direction is fixed near both side ends of the skin side surface of the top sheet 10, and the width thereof is fixed. The other end in the direction is a free end 40a that is not fixed to the top sheet 10. When an elastic elastic member (not shown) is arranged near the free end 40a along the longitudinal direction, the free end 40a is provided with erectability and can be deformed according to the wearer's body shape.

The fixed position of one end in the width direction of the three-dimensional gather 40 is not limited to the present embodiment, and for example, the vicinity of both ends in the width direction of the non-skin side surface of the back sheet 30, and each edge of the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 30 is partially or Examples thereof include the vicinity of both ends in the width direction of the bag body which is entirely joined and houses the absorber 20 inside, and the vicinity of both ends in the width direction of the skin side surface of the top sheet 10. The absorbent article 50 of the present embodiment also includes an embodiment that does not include the three-dimensional gather 40.

As the elastic elastic member, regular items in this field can be used without particular limitation, and examples thereof include polyurethane yarn, strip-shaped polyurethane film, thread-shaped or strip-shaped natural rubber, and the like.

[Evaluation of monitor fit]
For the pad-type disposable diapers of Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5, the care recipient and the caregiver monitor responses were obtained, and the wearing feeling and the presence or absence of leakage were evaluated.
With the cooperation of eight care recipient monitors with relatively high urine output at a facility, we asked them to wear the pad-type disposable diapers of Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 and evaluated the wearing feeling when wearing them overnight. It was used for one week and evaluated according to the following criteria.
When the evaluation of "less discomfort" is 6 or more and 8 or less, "○", when the evaluation of "less discomfort" is 3 or more and 5 or less, "△", "less discomfort" is evaluated. When there were one or two people, or when there was no evaluation of "less discomfort", it was evaluated as "x".
Regarding the presence or absence of leaks, the caregiver monitor confirms the leak status of the care recipient monitor, and when the evaluation of "less leaks" is 6 or more and 8 or less, "○" and "less leaks". When the evaluation of 3 or more and 5 or less is "△", when the evaluation of "less leakage" is 1 or 2 people, or when there is no evaluation of "less discomfort" is "x". did.

[Absorption rate (repeated absorption rate)]
The pad-type disposable diapers of Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 are stretched flat and fixed in a spread state, and a tubular absorption speed jig having an inner diameter of 30 mm is installed at the center of the side surface of the skin in the width direction and the length direction. Then, 150 ml of 0.9% physiological saline was injected at one time, and the time until the liquid level was absorbed on the surface of the disposable diaper was measured. Three minutes after absorption, the next 150 ml was injected, and the time until absorption was similarly measured. This operation was repeated, and the total time required for absorption of 150 ml × 3 times was taken as the absorption rate (seconds). The measurement was carried out under 35 g / cm 2 pressurization according to the weight of the absorption rate jig.

[Amount of reversion]
The pad-type disposable diapers of Examples 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were stretched flat and fixed in a spread state, and 150 ml of 0.9% saline solution was applied to the center of the skin side surface of the pad-type disposable diaper in the width direction and the length direction. Water was injected 8 times at 3 minute intervals, and the mixture was allowed to stand for 10 minutes after the water injection was completed. A filter paper was placed in the center of the side surface of the pad type disposable diaper in the width direction and the length direction, and a weight having a load of 35 g / m 2 was placed on the filter paper and allowed to stand for 1 minute. After that, the weight was removed, and the weight of the 0.9% physiological saline absorbed by the filter paper was determined from the weight difference before and after the absorption, and used as the amount of reversion (wetback, g).

More specifically, each of the absorbers of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 had the following results.
(Example 1) The absorber has a three-sheet laminated structure in which the width of the highly absorbent sheet expands from the skin side to the non-skin side, and the first rigid buffer portion, the second rigid buffer portion, and the third rigid buffer portion. By working, the fit and fit of the absorber have been improved.
(Comparative Example 1) The absorber, which is a two-layer laminate of fluff pulp absorbers, is thick and uncomfortable when worn, and after absorption, the first rigid cushioning portion is deformed and crushed by the load of wearing, resulting in leakage. It came to.
(Comparative Example 2) The absorbent body, which has a three-sheet laminated structure in which the width of the highly absorbent sheet is narrowed from the skin side to the non-skin side, has poor fit, a feeling of strangeness, and cannot be properly worn. The first rigid buffer could not promote the diffusion of urine, and leakage was observed.
(Comparative Example 3) The absorber in which the first, second, and third rigid cushioning portions do not overlap in the thickness direction has a good fit, but wrinkles caused by the first rigid cushioning portion are formed in the width direction when worn. It occurred and led to leakage.
(Comparative Example 4) In the absorber in which the first, second, and third rigid cushioning portions are completely overlapped in the thickness direction, twisting occurs near the crotch portion of the wearer after absorption, and a feeling of wetness is further felt, and the crotch is further felt. Absorption was biased near the center of the crotch of the absorber facing the part.
(Comparative Example 5) The absorber in which the first, second and third sheets do not have the central buffer line and the end buffer line swells to the end in the width direction after absorption, and the rigidity to the operating range is increased, which causes a sense of discomfort. I got stronger.
(Comparative Example 6)
The absorber having a high absorption polymer of the first rigid buffer portion having a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 has insufficient deformability of the first rigid buffer portion and causes a sense of discomfort, and the body fluid diffusion after repeated absorption is poor and leakage occurs. It came to.
