Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a packaging container. Specifically, it relates to a packaging container for food and drink.

Conventionally, many packaging containers for foods and drinks that can be filled with foods and / or beverages have been known.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a packaging container for liquid foods, which is provided with a spout.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a packaging bag having a plurality of small chambers formed of a flexible film, each small chamber having a peelable sealing portion.

In such a packaging container, the container is sealed as in Patent Document 2 so that the contents do not leak to the outside of the container. Many packaging containers are in the form of peeling off the seal by pulling the container, but there are problems such as slipping of the hand and failure to peel off, and the contents being scattered at the time of peeling.
In view of such a problem, it is an object of the present invention to provide a new packaging container that can be opened by peeling off the seal by an easy operation.

The present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is a packaging container provided with a bag body, and the inside of the bag body is adhered to the inner surface of one and the inner surface of the other facing the inner surface of the bag body. A packaging container provided with a sealing portion that divides the space, and a peeling member is sandwiched between the sealing portions.
By moving the peeling member along the sealing portion, the inner surfaces of the sealed bags can be peeled off from each other. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a packaging container that can be easily opened.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the breaking portion is provided at one end of the extraction assisting portion and is sandwiched between the left and right ends of the sealing portion in the left-right direction. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bag body is provided with a pull-out hole for pulling out the pull-out assisting portion, and one end of the pull-out assisting portion protrudes from the pull-out hole and protrudes from the pull-out hole. The bag 11 is made of a known flexible material. For example, a material such as aluminum or a barrier film can be used.

The capacity of the bag 11 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed depending on the type of contents to be enclosed. When the food or drink is sealed as the content, the capacity can be set so that 180 g of the food or drink can be filled in one of the internal spaces divided by the sealing portion 12 described later.

The bag 11 is provided with a sealing portion 12. The sealing portion 12 is formed by adhering one inner surface of the bag 11 to the other inner surface facing the inner surface of the bag 11. The internal space of the bag 11 is divided into a bottom side and an opening side of the bag 11 by the sealing portion 12.

The method of adhering the inner surfaces of the bag 11 to each other in the sealing portion 12 is not particularly limited, and a known method can be adopted. For example, a method of adhering using an adhesive and a method of adhering by heat sealing can be mentioned. Further, a method may be used in which a ridge is provided on one inner surface of the bag 11 and a dent is provided on the other inner surface facing the ridge, and the ridges are fitted to each other.
When the content is food or drink, it is preferable to use a known adhesive that can be used for food containers from the viewpoint of safety.

In the present specification, the term "left-right direction" means the direction in which the sealing portion 12 crosses the bag body 11. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the sealing portion 12 corresponds to the "left-right direction". That is, the left-right direction in FIG. 1 corresponds to this.
Further, in the present specification, the "vertical direction" means a direction orthogonal to the above-mentioned "horizontal direction". In the present embodiment, the lateral direction of the sealing portion 12 corresponds to the "vertical direction". That is, the vertical direction in FIG. 1 corresponds to this.

As shown in FIG. 3, a peeling member 13 is sandwiched between the sealing portions 12. More specifically, the peeling member 13 is sandwiched between two opposing inner surfaces of the bag body 11, and the two inner surfaces are adhered to each other above and below the peeling member 13.

The peeling member 13 includes a pull-out assisting portion 131 and a breaking portion 132 (FIGS. 1 and 2).
The extraction assisting portion 131 has a long structure extending in the left-right direction, and one end thereof (the left end in FIG. 1) protrudes from the extraction hole provided in the bag body 11. A breaking portion 132 is provided at the other end of the pull-out assisting portion 13.

Of the extraction assisting portions 131, all the portions existing inside the bag body 11 are sandwiched between the sealing portions 12 (FIG. 1).
On the other hand, the length of the broken portion 132 in the vertical direction is longer than the length of the sealing portion 12 in the vertical direction. That is, the sealing portion 12 has a structure that protrudes from the sealing portion 12 in the vertical direction.

By grasping a part of the pull-out assisting portion 131 protruding from the bag body 11 and pulling it out, the breaking portion 132 moves along the left-right direction of the sealing portion 13. As a result, the adhesion between the inner surfaces of the bag 11 in the sealing portion 12 is peeled off by the breaking portion 132.
That is, the sealing portion 13 can be peeled off and the seal can be easily opened by a simple operation of pulling out the pull-out assisting portion 131.

In this embodiment, the width (vertical length) of the fractured portion 132 is longer than the vertical length of the sealing portion 13, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this embodiment.
The shape of the broken portion 132 may be such that the vertical length thereof is the same as or longer than the vertical length of the sealing portion 12. With this configuration, the breaking portion 132 allows the sealing portion 12 to be peeled off in all the vertical directions.

In the present embodiment, the fracture portion 132 is a rectangular parallelepiped, but the fracture portion 132 is not limited to this, and may be a sphere whose diameter is longer than the length of the sealing portion 12 in the vertical direction.

The material of the peeling member 13 is not particularly limited, and a material having strength capable of breaking the sealing portion 12, for example, a hard material such as plastic or metal can be adopted.

In this embodiment, all of the peeling member 13 is made of a hard material, but the form of the peeling member 13 is not limited to this.
For example, among the elements of the peeling member 13, the breaking portion 132 may be made of a hard member, and the pulling-out assisting portion 131 may be made of a string. One end of the extraction assisting portion 131 protruding from the bag body 11 is covered with the pouch body 15 (FIG. 1). That is, one end of the extraction assisting portion 131 protruding from the bag body 11 is housed in the internal space of the pouch body 15. The pouch body 15 is integrally formed with the bag body 11, whereby one end of the extraction assisting portion 131 is isolated from the external space (FIG. 2).
The pouch body 15 may be a separate body that is detachably connected to the pouch body 11.

When pulling out the peeling member 131, the pulling auxiliary portion 131 is gripped and pulled out from above the pouch body 15. Therefore, the pouch body 15 is separated from the bag body 11 when the peeling member 131 is pulled out (FIG. 2). A notch may be made between the bag 11 and the pouch 15 to facilitate separation.

In the present embodiment, the breaking portion 132 is provided at the end of the extraction assisting portion 131, but this position is not limited and may be provided at any position in the middle of the extraction assisting portion 131.

In this embodiment, of the internal space of the bag 11 divided by the sealing portion 12, the space above (opening side) gradually narrows toward the opening of the bag 11 (FIG. 1). In this embodiment, the inner surfaces of the bag 11 are adhered to each other in the diagonally rising portion in FIG. 1. As a result, a gradually constricted structure is formed in the internal space of the bag body 11 described above.

A discharge pipe 14 is provided at the opening of the bag body 11. The contents contained in the bag 11 are discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 14. By providing the discharge pipe 14, when the contents are discharged from the bag body 11 to the outside, it is possible to prevent the contents from scattering in a direction that does not occur. Further, when the content is food or drink, it can be easily discharged into the oral cavity by adding the discharge pipe 14, and it is easy to eat.

The discharge pipe 14 is not particularly limited in shape, size, and length as long as the contents filled in the packaging container 10 can be discharged to the outside of the packaging container 10. As the discharge pipe 14, a tube or a spout can be adopted.
When the content is food or drink, it is preferable to use a spout as the discharge pipe 14.

The contents filled in the packaging container 10 can be taken out by pulling out the peeling member 13 to peel off the sealing portion 12 and then pushing the bag 11 by hand.

The packaging container 10 can be manufactured by a method using a known device. For example, it can be manufactured using a molding injection machine. If desired, laminating, slitting, or printing on the surface can be performed.

There is no limitation on the method of filling the contents of the packaging container 10, and a known method can be adopted.
For example, first, the contents are filled in the unsealed bag body 11.
