Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一つの母線(14)が通過するのに適した第一の領域(3)と、少なくとも一つのディスクリート素子(13)が設けられている第二の領域(4)と、を有するコンポーネント(1)において、
前記母線(14)は、銅又はアルミニウムで構成されており、
前記第一の領域(3)は、前記母線(14)により加熱されるように構成されており、
前記第一の領域(3)及び前記第二の領域(4)は、前記第一の領域(3)と前記第二の領域(4)を熱的に遮断する冷却領域(5)により互いに離間されており、
前記冷却領域(5)は、前記第一の領域(3)から放出される熱を吸収し排出するように構成されており、
前記冷却領域(5)は、前記第一の領域(3)から放出される熱を前記第二の領域(4)に伝達しない熱絶縁体として作用する材料を含み、
前記冷却領域(5)は、前記第一の領域(3)が加熱される場合に、前記第二の領域(4)の温度が、前記第一の領域(3)の温度よりも少なくとも25℃低くなるように作用するコンポーネント(1)。 - 前記冷却領域(5)は、空気により充填される請求項1に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記冷却領域(5)は、プラスチックで構成される層を有する請求項1又は2に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの前記ディスクリート素子(13)はコンデンサである請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記第一の領域(3)に少なくとも一つのインダクタが設けられ、少なくとも一つの母線(14)が前記第一の領域(3)を通過するとき、前記インダクタは、当該少なくとも一つの母線(14)を取り囲む請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記第一の領域(3)は、前記第一の領域(3)を通過して延伸し少なくとも一つの母線(14)を収容するのに適した管路(8)を備える請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの前記ディスクリート素子(13)が、ケーブル(10)によって前記管路(8)に電気的に接続されており、
ばね搭載の接続部品(19)により、前記ケーブル(10)と前記管路(8)を接続することができ、
前記ばね搭載の接続部品(19)は、ばね機構を含むねじを有する請求項6に記載のコンポーネント(1)。 - 前記管路(8)は、前記管路(8)の内壁(15)と少なくとも一つの母線(14)を、空気層(16)により互いに離間させるように、サイズが定められる請求項6又は7に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの前記ディスクリート素子(13)は、ケーブル(10)又はプリント回路板によって前記管路(8)に電気的に接続される請求項6に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記ケーブル(10)は、冷却領域(5)を通過して延伸する請求項7又は9に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記管路(8)は、絶縁材料と、前記ケーブル(10)に接続されるための導電コンタクト(9)とを備える請求項9又は10に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記ケーブル(10)は、前記第一の領域(3)と前記第二の領域(4)を機械的に遮断するように、前記管路(8)に接続されることができる請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- 前記第一の領域(3)に設けられる少なくとも一つの母線(14)を備える請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- フィルタコンポーネントである請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
- EMCフィルタである請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のコンポーネント(1)。
