Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow wrapping bag with a low production cost and easy opening-closing function, not in need of additional re-sealing material.
SOLUTION: A pillow wrapping bag 1 is formed by sealing the upper and lower ends of a cylindrical body 22 having a joint seal part 3, in which the joint seal part is sealed in a face-to-face relation by folding back both side edges of a wrapping film 2, which at least has two layers, i.e. the base material layer and the sealant layer. A bending part 8 is formed between the joint seal part and one side edge 20, running almost in parallel with the one side edge. The joint seal part is folded toward a side where the bending part is formed such that one side of the joint seal part is in contact with the cylindrical body. On the side of the cylindrical body where the joint seal parts are superimposed, when a pair of front and rear areas between the joint seal part and the one side edge is defined as an openable area 6, at least the wrapping film in the openable area has linear cuttability almost in parallel with the bending part.

Description

The present invention relates to a pillow type packaging bag having a gassho seal portion.

Conventionally, when a user opens a pillow wrapping bag in which the upper and lower ends of a tubular wrapping film having a gassho-shaped sealing portion are sealed on both sides of the wrapping film, for example, the short side is half of the long side. Except for bags such as stick type 1 or less and bags that are indicated to be opened in a direction substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the gassho seal portion, in most cases, from the upper end seal portion to the lower end seal portion. Even if it is printed on the surface of the bag so as to be torn substantially parallel to the gassho seal portion, the user picks the gassho seal portion and the packaging film facing the gassho seal portion with both hands and outwards. The upper end seal may be peeled off and opened.

This is considered to be the result of considering the resealing method when the user cannot completely consume the contents of the bag at one time. That is, when the upper end seal portion is peeled and opened, the upper end seal portion can be easily resealed by winding the upper end seal portion under the bag a plurality of times and fastening the wound folded portion with a sealing tool such as a clip. Because. On the other hand, when the vicinity of the bag side end portion is torn substantially parallel to the gassho seal portion, it is not always possible to cut in a straight line from the upper end seal portion to the lower end seal portion, and the cut line is greatly bent. In many cases, the shape of the opening after opening is greatly disturbed because the tearing stops in the middle. If the shape of the opening is disturbed in this way, even if an attempt is made to wind and fold the upper end seal portion by peeling and opening, the width of one fold is too wide to be able to fold and fold multiple times, or multiple times. Even if it is rolled up, a part of the opening will be left unfolded, making it difficult to reseal by rolling it up.

Conventionally, two methods have been proposed as a method of resealing a bag once opened. One is a method in which a chuck member for resealing is attached in advance to the inside of the bag from the planned opening line. By using the chuck member, the user can easily and surely reseal. However, for example, when the contents of the bag are very cheap, or when it is sufficient that the bag can be lightly sealed without requiring hermeticity, the manufacturing cost is higher than the advantage of being able to reseal reliably. The resealing bag equipped with the chuck member has been limited in use because the drawback of raising the bag is greater.

Another method is to preliminarily form an opening insertion locking portion capable of inserting and locking the bent opening at a predetermined position on the surface of the bag (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). .. In a resealable packaging bag as in Patent Document 1, a band material is overlapped on a part of the bag surface, and an opening provided above the bag material is provided on the band material and the bag surface. It can be resealed by inserting it in between. Similarly, in a packaging bag as in Patent Document 2, a pocket-shaped label is fixed to the surface of the bag, and the bag can be resealed by inserting an opening into the label.

Compared to a bag using a zipper member, any of the packaging bags of Patent Documents 1 and 2 can be easily resealed, which does not require a sealing property. However, in both cases of Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is necessary to prepare some other member on the surface of the bag in order to insert and lock the opening, and a fixing process is required separately from the bag manufacturing process. As a result, the problems of manufacturing labor and increased costs remained unsolved.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pillow packaging bag that can be resealed inexpensively and easily without the need for a separate member for resealing.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the upper and lower ends of a tubular body portion having a gassho-sealing portion in which both end portions of a packaging film including at least a base material layer and a sealant layer are folded back and sealed in a gassho-like shape. It is a pillow packaging bag that opens by forming an opening by cutting out the planned cut line, and is substantially parallel to the one side end between the gassho seal part and one side end. A folded portion is formed so as to sandwich the opening between the gassho seal portion and the tubular body portion, and the gassho seal portion is formed with the folded portion. One side of the gassho seal portion is tilted to the side so as to be in contact with the tubular body portion, and the planned cut line is the gassho on the side of the tubular body portion on which the gassho seal portion is superimposed. Assuming that the pair of front and back regions from the seal portion to the one side end portion is the openable region, the pillow packaging bag is formed on the base material layer in the openable region substantially parallel to the folded portion. be.

Further, in the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention, the folded portion may be located substantially at the center of the planned cutting line and the root portion of the gassho seal portion.

Further, in the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention, the position of the folded portion may be clearly indicated, and the position of the folded portion seals the upper end seal portion or the lower end that seals the upper end of the tubular body portion. It may be clearly indicated by printing on the lower end seal portion, or both the upper end seal portion and the lower end seal portion.

Further, the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention may have a dead hold property in which the packaging film can maintain the bent shape at least in the opening-compatible region.

Further, the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention may clearly indicate the position of the planned cutting line.

In the pillow packaging bag of the present invention, a pair of front-back regions from the gassho-seal portion on the side on which the gassho-seal portion overlaps to one side end is set as an opening-compatible region, and the packaging film is at least within the opening-corresponding region. Has a linear cut property that can be torn in a substantially linear shape substantially parallel to the folded portion. Thereby, at the time of opening, it is possible to provide an opening by tearing from the upper end seal portion to the lower end seal portion in a straight line substantially parallel to the folded portion of the gassho seal portion. As a result, the shape of the opening of the pillow packaging bag of the present invention can be made substantially parallel to the folded portion, and the packaging film in the opening corresponding region is bent to make the opening into the gassho seal portion and the cylinder. It can be easily inserted between the shape and the body, and can be easily sealed. At this time, since the shape of the opening is substantially parallel to the folded portion, when the opening is inserted between the gassho seal portion and the tubular body portion, the entire opening is folded. Since the structure is such that it is sandwiched between the gassho seal portion and the tubular body portion facing the portion, simple resealing can be reliably performed. That is, according to the configuration of the pillow packaging bag of the present invention, it is possible to provide a pillow packaging bag that can be resealed inexpensively and easily without requiring a separate member for resealing.

Further, in the pillow packaging bag of the present invention, the packaging film in the opening-corresponding region between the tear-opened opening and the folded portion has a dead-hold property. This makes it possible to maintain the folded state of the packaging film. As a result, when the packaging film in the opening corresponding area is bent and the opening is inserted between the gassho seal portion and the tubular body portion, the bent opening is stably bent. It can be kept and stably sealed.

Further, in the case where the packaging film of the pillow packaging bag of the present invention has a metal layer at least in the opening-compatible region, the pillow packaging bag is composed of only a synthetic resin generally used for the pillow packaging bag. It is possible to make it easier to maintain the bent shape as compared with the above. That is, it is possible to enhance the dead hold property of the packaging film. Further, by having the metal layer, it is possible to have an oxygen barrier property and a water vapor barrier property, and it is also possible to improve the long-term storage stability of the contents of the pillow packaging bag.

Further, in the pillow packaging bag of the present invention, a cutout schedule line substantially parallel to the folded portion is formed in the base material layer in the opening-compatible region, so that the consumer can use the side edge of the packaging film. When cutting the portion, the packaging film can be bent after cutting and the opening can be neatly cut in a straight line when the opening is inserted between the gassho seal portion and the tubular body portion.

Further, in the pillow packaging bag of the present invention, the position of the folded portion and the planned cut line is clearly indicated on the base material layer in the opening-compatible region, so that the consumer can tear the packaging film. It is easy to know the right position to bend the opening and insert it between the gassho seal and the tubular body, and it is torn and specified along the specified cut line. By bending along the folded portion, the bent portion is not too short to come off from the gassho seal portion, and the bent portion is not too long to fit properly.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not construed as being limited to the following embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1, the pillow packaging bag 1 of the present invention is composed of a substantially rectangular packaging film 2. As the packaging film 2, a laminate having at least a base material layer 11 and a sealant layer 12 as shown in FIG. 4 can be used, which is used for ordinary flexible packaging bags. The material constituting the base material layer 11 can be appropriately selected in consideration of gas barrier properties, strength, etc. according to the contents, and specific examples thereof include polypropylene resin (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET). , Polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT), polyester resin such as polyethylene naphthalate resin (PEN), synthetic resin such as polyamide resin such as nylon (NY), biaxially stretched film, etc. are used alone or in combination. To. The base material layer may include a printing layer and an adhesive layer, if necessary.

Further, as the sealant layer 12, a polyolefin resin is generally used, specifically, a low density polyethylene resin (LDPE), a medium density polyethylene resin (MDPE), a high density polyethylene resin (HDPE), and a linear chain. Ethylene resins such as low density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene / α-olefin copolymer, homopolypropylene resin, propylene / ethylene random copolymer, propylene / ethylene block Polypropylene-based resins such as polymers and propylene / α-olefin copolymers are used. In addition, a multilayer film in which these resins are combined may be used.

Further, the packaging film 2 is provided with a metal layer 13 in order to have a dead hold property. In order to have dead-holding property, a known dead-holding film such as a uniaxially stretched film, a low-density polyester film, and a biaxially stretched polystyrene film is laminated and used, and a metal made of a metal foil such as an aluminum foil is used. It is preferable to stack the layers 13. In addition to using or laminating a metal foil for the metal layer 13, for example, a metal such as aluminum may be vapor-deposited on the base material layer 11 side of the sealant layer 12. By laminating the metal layer 13 on the packaging film 2, it is possible to make it easier to maintain the bent shape as compared with the case where the metal layer 13 is composed of only the synthetic resin layer. That is, it is possible to further enhance the dead hold property of the packaging film 2. Further, by having the metal layer, it is possible to have an oxygen barrier property and a water vapor barrier property, and it is also possible to enhance the long-term storage stability of the contents of the pillow packaging bag 1.

The wrapping film 2 forms a tubular body portion 22 by folding back from the left and right end portions 21 and 20 toward the center and sealing in a gassho shape to form a gassho seal portion 3, and further, the upper and lower sides of the tubular body portion 22. By sealing the ends to form the upper end seal portion 41 and the lower end seal portion 42, the pillow packaging bag 1 as shown in FIG. 1A is obtained. A folded portion 8 is formed substantially parallel to the side end portion 20 on one side end side of the gassho seal portion 3, and the gassho seal portion 3 is shown on the side on which the folded portion 8 is formed, as shown in FIG. 1 (b). As described above, one side of the gassho seal portion 3 is tilted so as to be in contact with the tubular body portion 22, and the side end portion 20 from the gassho seal portion 3 on the side of the tubular body portion 22 on which the gassho seal portion 3 is overlapped. Assuming that the pair of front and back regions up to this is the opening-compatible region 6, the packaging film 2 at least in the opening-compatible region 6 has a linear cut property that can be torn substantially in a straight line substantially parallel to the folded portion 8. Further, since the metal layer 13 is laminated, it also has a dead hold property capable of maintaining the bent shape.

Various methods can be applied as a method for obtaining linear cutability in the opening-compatible region 6, and at least the base material layer 11 in the opening-compatible region 6 may be a stretched film or substantially parallel to the folded portion 8 of the gassho sealing portion 3. Examples thereof include a method of forming an additive alignment portion in which the additives are lined up in one axial direction, and a method of forming a planned cut line 7 substantially parallel to the folded portion 8 of the gassho seal portion 3. All of these methods can inexpensively manufacture a pillow packaging bag 1 having a linear cut property in the packaging film 2 in the opening correspondence region 6 without increasing the manufacturing cost. There are various methods for forming the planned cutting line 7, and for example, methods such as performing damage processing by laser irradiation, providing a half-cut line, and performing scratch processing with a blade can be applied, but these are limited. It is not something that can be done.

FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which the pillow packaging bag 1 is cut and opened along the planned cutting line 7, and an opening 71 is formed and opened at the side end portion of the pillow packaging bag 1 on the opening corresponding region 6 side. .. If you take out all the contents after opening and discard the pillow packaging bag 1, you can leave it as it is, but if you want to temporarily hold the rest after taking out a part of the contents, you can leave it as it is. It is necessary to seal the opening 71 so that the contents do not spill from the opening 71. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the pillow packaging bag 1 of the present invention folds back the opening-corresponding area 6 on the opening 71 side to the gassho seal portion 3 side at the folding portion 8, and falls in contact with the tubular body portion 22. It can be sealed by sandwiching the opening 71 between the gassho seal portion 3 and the tubular body portion 22. At this time, since the opening corresponding region 6 has a dead hold property, the sandwiched opening 71 is held in a folded state and does not easily come off, so that the sealing can be performed satisfactorily.

Further, if the tip of the sandwiched opening penetrates to a portion close to the root portion 5 of the gassho seal portion 3, the sandwiching by the gassho seal portion 3 is sufficiently performed, and the opening 71 is difficult to come off. Therefore, the position where the folded portion 8 is provided is preferably a substantially central portion in the width direction of the planned cutting line 7 and the root portion 5. That is, if it is closer to the planned cutting line 7 side than the substantially central portion, the width folded back from the folded portion 8 to the gassho seal portion 3 side becomes narrower, and the portion sandwiched between the gassho seal portions 3 is reduced and comes off. It will be easier. On the contrary, if it moves closer to the root portion 5 side from the substantially central portion, the width of folding back becomes too wide and cannot be completely sandwiched between the gassho seal portion 3, and at the same time it becomes bulky by being lifted in an arc shape together with the gassho seal portion 3. It also becomes easy to pull out.

As described above, by providing the openable area 6 with a straight line cut property, the opening 71 can be sandwiched between the gassho seal portion 3 and the pillow packaging bag 1 can be easily sealed, and the dead hold property can be improved. By holding it, sealing can be performed more stably, but it is arbitrary where the consumer actually cuts the opening corresponding area 6 in order to open the pillow packaging bag 1, and the part where sealing is difficult is difficult. It may be torn apart. Therefore, by clearly indicating the most preferable tearing position and folding position in the opening corresponding region 6, tearing and folding at a position where sealing is easy becomes possible.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a notch 72 is provided in the upper end sealing portion 41, the lower end sealing portion 42, or both of the portions where the planned cutting line 7 reaches the upper end or the lower end of the pillow packaging bag 1 to cut the pillow packaging bag 1. Clarify that it is the starting position of. The notch 72 may be just a cut. Further, it may be clearly indicated by printing a line or a character such as "cutting line" on the portion of the planned cutting line 7. Similarly, the folded portion 8 is at a position where the mark 81 is provided by printing on the upper end seal portion 41, the lower end seal portion 42, or both of the portions where the folded portion 8 reaches the upper end or the lower end of the pillow packaging bag 1 and folded. Clarify. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, a crease 82 may be provided at the portion of the fold portion 8. Further, it may be clearly indicated by printing a line or a character such as "folded line" on the portion of the folded portion 8.

As summarized in Table 1, the pillow packaging bag of the present invention has a straight-line cut property, and since the bag can be torn and opened with sufficient straightness and hand-cutting property, an opening can be easily opened in the gassho seal portion. It could be sandwiched, and simple and stable sealing could be performed easily and stably. On the other hand, in the comparative example, since the linear tear was not possible, the opening did not become linear, and it was not possible to pinch it into the gassho seal portion.
