Description

The present invention relates to a lid made of a paper-based material.

Conventionally, in convenience stores, supermarkets, etc., a sales form in which food and drink products are sold in simple containers has been widely used. For example, at convenience stores, beverages such as coffee are sold in cup-shaped containers made of paper or plastic, but when the purchaser brings back beverages such as coffee, the contents do not overflow. Various lids for covering the mouth of the container have also been proposed. As a lid of this type, a lid made of a plastic molded body has been widely used. However, since plastic products may cause various environmental problems, in recent years, reduction of the use of plastics as raw materials for simple containers and lids for foods and drinks that are disposable in a short period of time has been called for. For this reason, paper lids have been proposed instead of plastic (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Special Table 2012-513940 Gazette

However, the elasticity of the paper material is lower than that of the plastic material, and the moldability is also low, so that it is difficult to form a complicated shape like plastic. It was not easy to obtain a paper lid with a shape and structure that could be reliably closed with high airtightness and that would not leak even if the contents of the container were liquid.

Conventionally, various structural measures have been taken in order to improve the adhesion of the paper lid to the container mouth. Patent Document 1 has a wall surface portion having a conical outer surface that engages with the inner surface of the conical body portion of a paper container, and a canopy portion surrounded by the wall surface portion, which fits inside the container mouth portion. A lid configured to be recessed is described. Further, Patent Document 2 is composed of a top plate and a side wall installed downward around the top plate, and around the upper end of the container in a storage portion between the inner upper end of the reinforcing material for reinforcing the side wall and the top plate. A paper lid configured to hold and close the container is described.

However, it cannot be said that the paper lids described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have sufficient adhesion to the container mouth when the lid is closed, and there is a risk that the liquid in the container will overflow. Further, in the case of a paper lid or container, due to the characteristics of the paper, the dimensions of the lid and the container mouth are likely to vary due to the influence of humidity and the like. However, in the above-mentioned conventional paper lid, the portion that engages with the container mouth is formed in a structure in which the side wall and the canopy overlap, or the side wall is reinforced with a reinforcing material, so that the portion that fits into the container mouth. Is hard and lacks elasticity. For this reason, when the dimensions of the lid and the mouth of the container are finely varied, the container cannot be closed reliably, and there is a problem that it is difficult to exhibit stable sealing performance.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and although the lid is made of a paper-based material, a stable airtightness can be obtained even for a paper container, and the lid has excellent liquid leakage prevention properties. The purpose is to provide.

Is the gist.

In the lid body of the present invention, the upper end side of the side wall formed in a box shape made of a paper-based material is joined and integrated with the rising portion formed on the peripheral edge of the canopy, and the inner circumference of the lower end side of the side wall engages with the container mouth portion. Due to the configuration provided with the portion, the lower end portion of the side wall provided with the engaging portion for engaging with the container mouth portion is elastic because it does not have the overlapping structure of the paper-based material, and therefore the container. Even if there is some dimensional error due to dimensional variation in the outer dimensions of the mouth portion, the lid can be closed by engaging with the container mouth portion while maintaining a high degree of airtightness. In addition, since the side wall is formed in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side, the lower end of the side wall has elasticity, and the container can be easily loaded even when a load is applied to the lid. There is no risk of coming off. Further, since the lower end of the side wall has elasticity, even if the size of the engaging part is formed to be slightly smaller than the outer size of the container mouth, it is easy to engage with the container mouth and a higher airtightness is exhibited. be able to. Since the lid of the present invention has excellent compatibility with variations in the outer dimensions of the container mouth, it can be used for other containers having substantially the same dimensions of the container mouth and different uses. .. Further, by forming the side wall in a tapered and inclined shape, the stacking property of the lid body is enhanced, so that it is possible to save space during storage and transportation of the lid body. In addition, the lower wall of the side wall, which is tapered from the upper end side to the lower end side and is formed in a tapered shape, has elasticity, and the upper wall of the side wall is joined to the rising portion around the canopy to have a high-strength structure. Therefore, the holding property of the lid with respect to the container mouth is enhanced. In the lid of the present invention, the engaging portion provided on the lower wall having elasticity engages with the container opening portion, and the container opening portion is securely and firmly held and closed, so that hot coffee or the like is stored. Even if the pressure inside the container becomes high as in the case, or if the container containing the contents is accidentally dropped, there is no risk that the lid will easily come off from the container mouth, and the lid of a large container It is more effective as a body. Further, since the lower wall of the side wall provided with the engaging portion that engages with the container opening has elasticity, the container opening can be securely engaged and closed, and the lid can be easily removed. .. Further, the lid body of the present invention has a structure in which a rising portion is formed around the canopy and the rising portion is joined to the inner surface of the upper wall of the side wall. Since there is no gap in the portion, there is no risk of liquid beverage or the like seeping into such a gap. Since the lid of the present invention is less likely to be twisted and deformed as a whole as compared with the lid made of plastic molded product, when carrying a food storage container closed by the lid, like the lid made of plastic molded product. There is little risk that the lid will inadvertently twist and deform and come off.

Hereinafter, the lid of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show an embodiment of the lid 1 of the present invention, which is formed by a canopy 2 and a side wall 3 surrounding the canopy 2. The side wall 3 is formed by joining both ends of a paper-based material in a cylindrical shape to form a cylinder, and the side wall 3 is formed in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side.
The fact that the side wall is formed in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side means that the outer wall shape of the side wall is formed in a tapered shape as a whole from the upper end side to the lower end side. Even if a part of the outer wall has a bulging portion, a protruding portion, or the like, if it has a tapered shape as a whole, it is included in the side wall having a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side.
The canopy 2 and the side wall 3 are integrated by joining a rising portion 4 bent and formed on the peripheral edge of the canopy 2 to the inner surface side of the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3. That is, a rising portion 4 is formed on the peripheral edge of the canopy 2 by bending around a blank material having a circular shape or the like for forming the canopy 2, and the rising portion is joined to the inner surface side of the side wall to form the lid. 1 is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 is formed with an annular groove-shaped engaging portion 9 formed in a shape that engages with the curl portion 8 provided at the mouth portion of the container 7. ing. The engaging portion 9 is not limited to the case of being formed in the shape of an annular groove, and can be formed in any shape as long as it can be engaged with the curl portion 8 of the container 7, but the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 may be formed. When the inner peripheral surface is pressed and pressed to form the annular concave groove-shaped engaging portion 9, the engagement portion formed on the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 formed by joining both ends of the rectangular or fan-shaped paper-based material. The step of the joint portion in the joint portion 9 can be reduced, a gap is less likely to be formed between the lid body 1 and the container 7, and the airtightness by the lid body 1 is improved. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the outer surface (outer surface of the lower wall 6) of the annular concave groove-shaped engaging portion 9 formed by a pressing press or the like is formed in a bulging shape, but the lower wall 6 is formed. An annular groove-shaped engaging portion 9 may be formed on the inner surface side of the lower wall 6, and the outer surface of the lower wall 6 may not be formed in a bulging shape. In order to reduce the step at the joint of the side wall 3, before joining both ends of the rectangular or fan-shaped paper material for forming the side wall 3, the vicinity of both ends is directed toward the edge (side wall). After compressing so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the circumferential direction of 3), both ends may be joined to form the side wall 3.

The lid 1 of the present embodiment has a side wall 3 having an annular fan shape (side wall of a truncated cone) in which the length of the arc-shaped portion 33 on the upper end side is longer than the length of the arc-shaped portion 34 on the lower end side as shown in FIG. The side wall 3 The side surface is formed in a tapered shape (overwardly inclined in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 2) from the upper end side toward the lower end side (toward the mouth portion of the container 7), and the engaging portion is formed. The lower end side inner dimension d2 of 9 is formed to be smaller than the upper end side inner dimension d1 of the engaging portion 9.

The lid 1 of the present embodiment is excellent in stacking property because the side wall 3 is formed in an inclined shape, and as shown in FIG. 4, by stacking a plurality of lids 1 vertically, it can be stored in a small space. It can be transported, and storage and transportation costs can be reduced. The side wall 3 is not limited to the case where the side surface is formed in an inclined shape, and only a part of the side wall 3, for example, the upper end side or the lower end side may be formed in an inclined shape, and the upper end side and the lower end side of the side wall 3 may be formed. It may be formed at different inclination angles. As shown in the drawing, the side wall 3 has a tubular shape that is tapered in the direction of the mouth of the container 7 so as to follow the inclination angle of the side wall 7a of the container 7, thereby improving the stacking property of the lid 1 and improving the stacking property. The closure and adhesion of the lid 1 to the container 7 are more excellent. In particular, as shown in FIG. 21, a mold 14 having a shape such that the upper wall 5 side has a wider inclination angle than the lower wall 6 side is used, and the upper wall portion 5 is pressed from the inside of the upper wall 5 by the mold 13. The side wall 3 is formed by using a blank material 35 having an upper wall forming portion 5a and a lower wall forming portion 6a having a shape shown in FIG. 22 so that the upper wall 5 and the lower wall 6 have different inclinations. , The inclination angle of the upper wall 5 is formed to be larger than the inclination angle of the lower wall 6, or as shown in FIG. 23, the dimension of the lower wall 6 side is formed at the boundary between the upper wall 5 and the lower wall 6. If a step 38 is formed such that the size is smaller than the dimension on the upper wall 5 side, the stacking property is further improved.

In the lid 1 of the present invention, the joining of both ends of the paper-based member forming the tubular side wall 3 and the joining of the canopy 2 and the side wall 3 can be joined and integrated by a known joining method. Examples of the bonding method include ordinary adhesives, hot melt adhesives, two-component adhesives, heat seals, ultrasonic bonding, high frequency bonding, etc., and heat seal the joint surface between the canopy 2 and the side wall 3. It is preferable in terms of manufacturing efficiency that the material is made of a material having a property and is bonded by a heat seal.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the lid 1 is put on the container 7 and the mouth portion of the container 7 is sealed. The lid 1 of the present embodiment is formed in the shape of a concave groove on the inner wall side of the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 so that the engaging portion 9 engages with the curl portion 8 of the container 7. The lid 1 of the present embodiment is formed in a structure in which the lower end portion 30 of the lower wall 6 does not come into contact with the side wall 7a of the container 7 when the engaging portion 9 is engaged with the curl portion 8 of the container 7. .. The lid 1 of the present invention can close the container 7 with high airtightness, and the lower wall 6 has elasticity in the inner and outer directions of the lower wall 6, so that the container 7 can be easily removed from the container 7. However, by adopting a structure in which the lower end portion 30 of the lower wall 6 does not come into contact with the side wall 7a of the container 7 when attached to the container 7, the lower wall 6 is used when the lid 1 is removed from the container 7. By pulling up the lower wall 6 by putting a finger or the like on the lower end portion 30 and the like (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 15A), the curl portion 8 at the mouth of the container 7 and the engaging portion 9 of the lid 1 are disengaged. The lid 1 can be more easily removed from the container 7 by pulling the lid 1 upward (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 15B). The lid 1 of the present invention has a structure in which an engaging portion 9 that engages with the mouth portion of the container 7 is formed on a lower wall 6 of a side wall 3 formed by surrounding a paper-based material. Further, the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 provided with the engaging portion 9 is excellent in elasticity as compared with the case where the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 is folded back and joined to the canopy 2. Therefore, even if the diameter of the engaging portion 9 of the lid 1 is designed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the curl portion 8 of the container 7, the lid 1 can be reliably engaged with the container 7 and engaged. By designing the diameter of the joint portion 9 to be smaller than the outer diameter of the container mouth portion (curl portion 8), liquid products such as coffee, especially hot liquid products, etc. are stored in the container 7, and the pressure inside the container is increased. Even in this case, there is no possibility that the lid 1 will be easily removed, the container 7 can be closed while maintaining a high degree of airtightness, and the side wall 3 is formed in a tapered shape as a whole from the upper end side to the lower end side. Coupled with the fact that the lid can be closed with a high degree of airtightness. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 16 and the like, if a notch 39 is provided at the lower end edge of the lower wall 6 as needed, a lid having a structure that enhances the adhesion to the mouth of the container 7 ( For example, even if the diameter of the engaging portion 9 is smaller than the outer diameter of the curl portion 8), the lid 1 can be easily attached to and removed from the mouth of the container 7. Can be done. A part of the lower end edge of the lower wall 6 may be folded inside the lower wall 6 as shown in FIG. In this case, if the end edge 40a of the folded-back portion 40 is configured to be located below the curl portion 8 or the like of the container when the lid 1 is attached to the container, the fitability of the lid 1 to the container is set. Is improved. Further, by providing the notch 39 in the folded-back portion 40, the container 7 can be easily attached to and detached from the mouth portion.

Further, in the lid body 1 of the present invention, since the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 has elasticity, even if there is an error in the size of the mouth portion of the container 7, the mouth portion of the container 7 is surely closed and highly sealed. Can retain sex. Further, the side wall 3 is inclined in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side, and a rising portion 4 which rises and is formed in an expanded inclined shape is joined to the inner surface of the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3, and the canopy 2 and the side wall 3 are joined and integrated. As a result, the joint strength between the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 and the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 is increased, and even when a load force is applied to the lid 1, the lid 1 is less likely to be twisted or the like. There is no possibility that the engagement portion 9 and the curl portion 8 of the container 7 will be disengaged, and even if the internal pressure of the sealed container 7 is increased when hot beverages or the like are stored, the lid 1 may be disengaged. Few. The larger the size of the canopy 2, the easier it is for the canopy 2 to be twisted due to the load on the lid 1, but the side wall 3 is formed to be inclined in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side, and the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 is formed. By joining the rising portion 4 which is formed to rise in an expanded inclined shape to the inner surface, there is less possibility that the lid 1 will come off from the container 7 due to the load applied to the lid 1 even in the case of a large lid. .. The lid 1 of the present invention has a size between the lower joint point 29 of the joint portion between the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 and the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 (in the case of the circular canopy 2, the diameter of the lower joint point 29). Is formed to be larger than the size between the lower ends 30 of the engaging portion 9 (in the case of the circular canopy 2, the inner diameter of the lower end of the engaging portion 9), so that a reliable closed state is maintained. Can be done. In the lid 1 of the present embodiment, a joint portion between the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 is formed as a protruding wall 10 on the upper side of the canopy 2, and the protruding wall 10 is a container 7. When the content of the above is a beverage such as coffee, it can be used as a mouthpiece when drinking the beverage and also as a wall for preventing the overflow of the beverage. When the lid 1 of the present invention is used as the lid of a beverage container, the canopy 2 may be provided with a drinking spout 24. Further, the container 7 is not limited to a container having an inclined side wall 7a such as a coffee cup or a cup noodle container, but may be a cylindrical container such as a nut can. The lid 1 of the present invention can be used for various containers such as paper containers, plastic containers, foamed plastic containers, metal cans, etc., and is not limited to containers for storing liquids, but also storage containers for dried foods and the like. It can also be used as a lid for non-food containers and the like. The lid 1 of the present invention can be used as a lid for containers such as coffee cups, cup noodles and nut cans, as well as containers for soups, yogurt, ice cream, various side dishes and lunch boxes, but for food and drink. It can be used as a lid for any container, not limited to the container.

In the lid 1 of the present embodiment in which the side wall 3 is formed in a tapered shape from the upper end side to the lower end side, the inclination angle of the side wall 3 of the lid 1 is α and the inclination angle of the side wall 7a of the container 7 is β. , It may be the same or different, and if they are different, the inclination angle of the side wall 3: α may be larger or smaller than the inclination angle: β of the side wall 7a of the container 7, but the inclination angle: α is. Tilt angle: When it is smaller than β (when the tilt is large), the fitting force of the lid 1 to the container 7 becomes higher, and the airtightness is further improved. The size of the inclination angle of the side wall 3 of the lid 1 with respect to the inclination angle of α and the inclination angle of the side wall 7a of the container 7 with respect to β is the size of the container 7 (the size of the lid 1) in order to enhance the airtightness of the lid 1. It can be changed arbitrarily according to the difference such as). Further, in the case of a non-circular container such as a polygonal container, the portion of the container is formed by changing the inclination angle: α of the side wall 3 of the lid 1 according to the difference in the shape of the container portion into which the lid 1 fits. It is also possible to prevent the airtightness from changing due to the difference between the two.

The lid 1 of the above embodiment is formed so that the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 have the same height, but the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 2 of the canopy 2 are formed. The portion 4 is not limited to the case where the heights are equal to each other, and one of the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 may be formed shorter than the other.

As the paper-based material constituting the side wall 3 of the lid 1 of the present invention, so-called paper or pulp obtained by drawing a slurry of a fiber raw material on a net, drying or pressing and drying, and making a sheet into a sheet is obtained. A so-called air-laid sheet obtained by stacking spread fiber raw materials such as crushed pulp obtained by crushing a raw material sheet made of system fibers with a crusher by an air flow and fixing the fibers of the fiber stack with a binder. Or, a product obtained by laminating a plurality of these sheets may be mentioned. The paper-based material may be composed of only pulp or may contain fibers such as non-pulp-based natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and recycled fibers, but it is preferably contained in an amount of 50% by mass or more of pulp. Those containing 100% by mass or more are more preferable, and those containing 80% by mass or more are preferable, and those containing 100% by mass of pulp are particularly preferable. As the paper-based material, a synthetic resin or natural resin film, a non-woven fabric, a wood-based material such as wood foil, or a composite material with a material such as aluminum foil can be used. It is preferable that the pulp is contained in an amount of 50% by mass or more as a whole, and it is particularly preferable that the pulp is contained in an amount of 80% by mass or more. The higher the pulp content, the easier it is for the paper-based material to be biodegraded, which is preferable. Further, transparent paper formed from cellulose nanofibers (cellulose microfibrils), which is a transparent paper-based material, can also be used.

Examples of the pulp include those obtained from wood pulp, non-wood pulp, used paper pulp and the like. The pulp is coniferous pulp such as red pine, todo pine, ezo pine, douglas fur, hemlock, spruce, broadleaf pulp such as beech, nara, hippo, eucalyptus, poplar, alder, wood pulp such as a mixture of conifer pulp and broadleaf pulp, and kenaf. , Bagas pulp, bamboo pulp, serial pulp, wara pulp, abaca pulp, non-wood pulp such as cotton pulp, used paper pulp and the like can be used. Since coniferous pulp has a longer fiber length than broadleaf pulp, paper materials using long fiber length pulp such as coniferous pulp have a higher degree of entanglement between fibers, and a raw material sheet using coniferous pulp or the like is crushed. Since the crushed pulp also has a longer fiber length than the crushed pulp obtained by crushing a raw material sheet made of broad-leaved tree pulp, the strength of the paper-based material is improved by the entanglement of the fibers.

The paper-based material is preferably water-resistant, and even if a water-resistant material such as water-resistant paper is used, or at least a paper-based material having a coat layer on the surface located on the container side is used. good. The coat layer can be provided by attaching a film or applying a coating agent. The coat layer is made of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate, olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid which is an acrylic resin, polymethacrylic acid, and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. Etc., can be formed of polyethylene terephthalate, cellophane, nylon, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polymethylpentene, polyvinyl acetate, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoate, starch-based resin, etc. May be formed in combination with each other. It is preferable to form the coat layer with a biodegradable resin such as polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoate, or starch-based resin because the biodegradability is improved. The coat layer is preferably formed by applying a coating agent as compared with the case of forming by pasting a film because it is excellent in recyclability.

The canopy 2 in the lid 1 of the present invention can be made of the same paper-based material as the side wall 3, but can be made of a film or a sheet material in addition to the paper-based material. When the canopy 2 is made of a film or a sheet material, the canopy 2 has higher flexibility than the case where the canopy 2 is made of a paper-based material, so that the lid 1 can be easily fitted into the container 7. Further, if it is made of a transparent film or sheet material, when it is attached to the container 7, the stored items in the container 7 can be easily visually confirmed. Examples of film and sheet materials include polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), olefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, and acrylic resins such as polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, and acrylonitrile.・ Polyethylene terephthalate, cellophane, nylon, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polymethylpentene, polyvinyl acetate, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoate, starch resin, glassin paper, etc. Cellophane paper, nitrate paper, paraffin paper, etc., and composites thereof can be used, but polyvinyl acetate, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, polyhydroxyalkanoate, starch-based resin, glassin paper, cellophane paper, nitrate paper, etc. can be used. , Paraffin paper or the like having biodegradability is preferable. In addition, a laminate in which an aluminum layer is formed on paper or the like by vapor deposition or the like, or a laminate in which an aluminum layer is further provided on the surface of paper or the like and a laminate layer or coat layer such as polyethylene or polypropylene is further provided on one or both sides thereof is also used. You can also. When the canopy 2 is made of a film or sheet material, when a material such as PET that is difficult to heat seal is used, for example, polyethylene or polypropylene (OPP, CPP, etc.) is coated on the surface to be joined to the side wall 3. , Can be easily joined by heat sealing. When the canopy 2 is formed of a film or sheet material, the film or sheet material may be colored or non-colored transparent or translucent, or opaque. Further, transparent paper formed from cellulose nanofibers (cellulose microfibrils), which is a transparent paper-based material, can also be used.

The lid 1 of the present invention is made of a material having a heat-sealing property on the side of the canopy 2 in contact with the mouth of the container 7, regardless of whether the canopy 2 is made of a paper-based material or a film or sheet material. If this is the case, the canopy 2 may be joined to the mouth of the container 7 (curl portion 8 of the container 7 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3) by a heat seal, and the lid 1 may be removed while removing the seal during use. It may be removed from the container 7. By doing so, it is possible to shield from the outside air until the contents of the container 7 are used. When the canopy 2 is made of a film or a sheet material, it is preferable to use a material having air permeability resistance and moisture permeability resistance because the barrier property against the outside air is increased. As the paper-based material used for the lid 1, a material having a basis weight of about 150 to 400 g / m 2 is used, but a material having a basis weight of 160 to 360 g / m 2 is more preferable, and a paper material having a basis weight of 170 to 350 g / m 2 is further preferable. ..

When closing the container 7 having the curl portion 8 in the mouth portion by the lid body 1 of the present invention, first, as shown in FIG. 14A, the engaging portion 9 on one end side of the lid body 1 is subjected to the curl portion of the container 7. Then, as shown in FIG. 14B, the engaging portion 9 is sequentially fitted into the curl portion 8 toward the opposite side of the lid 1, and the canopy 2 is warped so that the other of the lid 1 is fitted. By fitting the engaging portion 9 on the end side into the curl portion 8 of the container 7, the lid 1 can be fitted into the container 7 and closed. Since the lid 1 of the present invention has flexibility as a whole and the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3 has elasticity in the wall thickness direction, the lower wall is larger than the outer dimensions of the mouth of the container 7. Even if the inner dimension of the lower end portion of 6 is small, the lid 1 can be fitted into the container 7, and the container mouth portion (curl portion 8) and the inner surface of the lower wall of the lid 1 and the lower surface side of the canopy are in close contact with each other and are high. The container 7 can be securely closed with airtightness.
The lid 1 of the present invention is not limited to a container having a curled portion, and can be fitted into a container mouth portion to maintain high airtightness.

(Other embodiments)
FIG. 5 shows a different embodiment of the lid 1 of the present invention. In the lid 1 of this embodiment, the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 is bent inward so as to wrap the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2. Shows the formed state. Further, FIG. 6 shows a state in which the bent portion 12 is formed by bending the upper end portion of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 inward. When the bent portions 11 and 12 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are provided so that the rounded portion 16 is formed on the upper end edge of the protruding wall 10, the mouth is applied to the protruding wall 10 when drinking the beverage in the container 7. It is possible to improve the feeling of mouthfeel at the time. The bent inner surface side of the bent portions 11 and 12 may be joined. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, if heat-sealing properties are provided to the portion where the inner surface of the upper wall 5 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 are in contact with each other, the bent portion 11 is easily joined to the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2. can do. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the bent portion 12 can be easily heat-sealed by imparting heat-sealing property to the upper surface side of the canopy 2. When the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 is bent inward to form the bent portion 12 as in the lid body 1 shown in FIG. 6, if the rounded portion 16 protrudes from the upper end edge of the side wall 3, the mouthfeel is felt. Can be further enhanced. Further, although not particularly shown, even if the upper end portion of the side wall 3 is bent outward to form a bent portion, the upper end of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 is bent outward and bent so as to wrap the upper end portion of the side wall 3. Even if the portion is formed, the same effect can be obtained. The lengths of the bent portions 11 and 12 may be the same as the length of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2, or may be formed shorter than the rising portion 4.

As shown in FIG. 7, the lid 1 of the present invention may form a piece 20 extending in the outer peripheral direction from the lower end of the engaging portion 9 on the lower wall 6 of the side wall 3. When such a single portion 20 is provided, the diameter of the engaging portion 9 (particularly the inner diameter of the lower end portion of the engaging portion 9) is set to the mouth portion of the container 7 in order to enhance the engagement between the lid 1 and the container 7. Even if the outer diameter of the mouth of the container 7 becomes larger than the diameter of the engaging portion 9 of the lid 1 due to variations in the container dimensions or the like, the container 7 of the lid 1 is designed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the lid 1. Easy to engage and attach to the mouth. Further, the lid body 1 of the present invention may be provided with a curl portion 21 at the upper end of the lid body 1 as shown in FIG. 7, if necessary. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the curl portion 21 is formed by curling the upper end portion of the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3, but the curl portion 21 has the upper end portion of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 as shown in FIG. It may be curled and formed. Further, although not particularly shown, the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the upper end portion of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 may be overlapped and curled to form the curled portion 21. When the curl portion 21 is provided at the upper end portion of the lid body 1, the feeling of mouthfeel when drinking a beverage such as coffee is improved. Further, the lid 1 of the present invention does not easily come off because it strongly engages with the mouth of the container 7 and closes the mouth of the container 7, but if the curl portion 21 is provided, the curl portion is provided. 21 serves as a clue for removing the lid 1 from the container 7, and the lid 1 can be easily removed. As shown in FIG. 8, a curl portion 21 is provided so that the joint end portion between the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 is covered by the curl portion 21, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to cover the joint end portion with the bent portion 11 because the possibility that the beverage permeates from the joint end portion is reduced.

When the bent portions 11 and 12 and the curled portion 21 are provided on the upper end edge side of the lid 1, the strength of the upper portion of the lid 1 to which the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3 and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 are joined becomes higher. Since the canopy 2 is less likely to be twisted due to the load on the lid 1, the possibility that the lid 1 will come off due to an external force is further reduced. When displaying or storing a plurality of containers 7 closed by the lid 1 of the present invention side by side, the lid 1 provided with the bent portions 11 and 12 does not have a curl portion around the lid. Since the outer dimension of the lid can be smaller than that of the lid having a curled portion, space can be saved. Further, as compared with the case where the curl portion is provided, it is easy to lower the height of the entire side wall, and it is easy to reduce the material used for the lid 1 and reduce the cost.

(Explanation of a further different embodiment)
FIG. 16 further shows a further different embodiment of the lid 1, in which the lid 1 does not form a grooved engaging portion 9 inside the lower wall 6, and the lid 1 is the mouth of the container 7. When fitted into the portion, the container is sealed by contact between the flat surface on the inner surface side of the side wall 3 and the curl portion 8 or the like at the mouth of the container 7. In the lid 1 having this structure, in order to improve the airtightness with the container 7, the frictional property of the portion of the inner surface of the lower wall 6 that comes into contact with the mouth of the container 7 is increased, or the inside of the lower end side of the lid 1 is increased. By designing the dimensions to be smaller than the outer dimensions of the mouth of the container 7, or by designing the inclination angle: α of the side wall 3 of the lid 1 to be smaller than the inclination angle: β of the side wall 7a of the container 7. , The lid 1 with high airtightness can be obtained. In the lid body 1 of the present invention, the lower end portion of the side wall that engages with the container mouth portion is elastic because it does not have an overlapping structure of paper-based materials. Therefore, the inner dimension of the lower end side of the lid body 1 is the container 7 Even if the design is made smaller than the outer dimensions of the mouth portion of the container, it can be easily fitted into the 7 mouth portions of the container.

FIG. 9 shows an example in which the lid 1 of the present invention is used as a lid of a container for beverages. The lid 1 has a lid piece 23 provided with a notch 22 in the canopy 2 for forming an opening 24 (FIG. 10). On the lid piece 23, a picking piece 25 for pulling up the lid piece 23 is provided with a joint portion 25a on one end side by a heat seal or the like and is joined to the lid piece 23. A bent portion 25b is formed on the other end side of the picked piece 25, and the one portion 25c is provided near the center of the bent portion 25b by a notch 25d. In the lid body 1, the drinking port 24 is formed by picking the picking piece 25 and pulling up the lid piece 23. When the picking piece 25 is picked and the lid piece 23 is pulled up, the picking piece 25 is bent at the bent portion 25b of the picking piece 25, and at this time, the protruding piece portion 25c protrudes to the lower side of the picking piece 25. The protruding piece portion 25c is inserted into the holding hole 26 provided in the canopy 2 to hold the picked piece 25, so that the drinking spout 24 is opened and held. The holding hole 26 also functions as a pressure relief hole in the container 7. By providing a removable adhesive on the surface of the canopy 2 side, the picking piece 25 can be easily opened and closed by the picking piece 25 by repeatedly opening and closing the drinking spout 24, but the removable adhesive can be obtained. The adhesiveness of the agent may decrease during repeated use, and if the adhesiveness decreases, it becomes difficult to hold the pulled-up lid piece 23 in a pulled-up state, and the drinking spout 24 is held in an open state. You will not be able to. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9 and the like, when the projecting piece portion 25c of the picking piece 25 is inserted into the holding hole 26 of the canopy 2 to maintain the open state of the drinking spout 24, even when the lid piece 23 is repeatedly opened and closed. The lid piece 23 can surely hold the opening 24, and the picking piece 25 can be made smaller than the case where the lid piece 25 is held by the picking piece 25 provided with the adhesive. Become. The notch 22 may be formed in a half-cut shape or a perforated shape. When the notch 22 is formed in a half-cut shape, a high degree of airtightness can be maintained before the lid piece 23 is opened, and the contents may be ejected as the vapor pressure in the container rises, or the lid 1 may be careless. It is possible to prevent the container 7 from coming off. Further, in addition to the notch for forming the drinking spout 24, or instead of the notch for forming the drinking spout 24, for example, a cross-shaped notch for inserting a straw, or in the case of a cup yakisoba container, hot water. A notch for forming a cut may be provided.

FIG. 11 shows a lid 1 provided with a window portion 27 to which a transparent material is attached to a part of a canopy 2 made of a paper-based material. The window portion 27 is formed by attaching a colored or non-colored transparent or translucent resin film, cellophane paper, glassin paper, or the like to the opening hole provided in the canopy 2, or a cellulose nanofiber which is a transparent paper-based material. It can be formed by using a transparent paper formed from (cellulose microfibrils) or the like. By providing the window portion 27 to which the transparent or translucent material is attached, the contents of the container 7 can be confirmed without removing the lid 1 from the container 7. The shape of the window portion 27 is not limited to that shown in the figure, and can be formed into any size and shape. In the lid 1 of the present embodiment, a notch 22 is provided in a portion of the canopy 2 made of a paper-based material to form a lid piece 23, and a picking piece 25 for pulling the lid piece 23 open is provided on the lid piece 23. , One end side thereof is joined by a heat seal or the like. When the canopy 2 is entirely made of a film or a sheet material, a picking piece 25 having a removable adhesive layer on the back surface side thereof is not shown in particular, and one end side thereof is covered with a heat seal or the like. When the picking piece 25 is provided so as to be joined to the 23 and cover the entire notch 22, the airtightness before the lid piece 23 is pulled up and opened is improved, and when the lid piece 23 is pulled up and opened, the picking piece 25 is picked up. By adhering and fixing the piece 25 to the canopy 2, the lid piece 23 can be easily held in the open state.

FIG. 12 shows an example of a lid 1 in which the canopy 2 is formed so that a concave portion 28 toward the inside of the canopy 2 is formed from the peripheral edge of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2. By providing the concave portion 28 from the peripheral edge of the rising portion 4 toward the inside of the canopy 2 and providing the drinking spout 24 in the vicinity of the concave portion 28, the rest of the beverage once drunk returns from the drinking spout 24 to the inside of the container 7. It is easy to spread around the canopy 2 and the possibility that the upper surface of the canopy 2 becomes dirty is reduced. The concave portion 28 may be formed so as to have an overall concave shape from the peripheral edge of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 toward the central portion of the canopy 2, but a part of the canopy 2 may be formed in a concave shape. May be. When a part of the canopy 2 is formed in a concave shape, it is preferable that the drinking spout 24 is formed in the concave portion.
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, by providing the surrounding convex ridge 31 on the peripheral edge of the joint with the side wall 3 on the outer surface side of the canopy 2, the rest of the beverage that was drunk in the same manner as the concave portion 28 was provided. Is easy to return to the inside of the container 7 from the drinking spout (not shown), and there is less possibility that the beverage spreads around the canopy 2 and the upper surface of the canopy 2 becomes dirty. Further, if a recess 32 having a shape in contact with the curl portion 8 of the container 7 is formed inside the surrounding convex strip portion 31 (on the inner surface side of the canopy 2), the curl portion 8 of the container 7 and the lid 1 are formed. Since the contact area of the is widened, the airtightness can be further improved.

FIG. 13 shows an example of a method for manufacturing the lid 1 of the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 13, the lid 1 of the present invention is formed by sandwiching the canopy 2 and the side wall 3 with the molds 13 and 14 from the direction of the arrow and molding the canopy 2, and the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 and the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3. The lower end portion 30 is pressed and pressed while moving along the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion 30 of the side wall 3 while rotating the mold 15 for forming the engaging portion while joining the inner surface of the engaging portion. It can be obtained by forming 9 or the like. By using a material having a heat-sealing property between the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 and the inner surface of the upper wall 5 of the side wall 3, and using a mold provided with a heating means, the canopy 2 and the side wall 3 are heat-sealed. , Can be easily joined and integrated.

In the lid 1 shown in the above embodiment, the case where the engaging portion 9 is formed by pressing and pressing the lower end portion 30 of the side wall 3 to form a surrounding concave groove shape on the inner circumference on the lower end side of the side wall 3 is shown. As long as the portion 9 has a structure that engages with the mouth portion of the container 7, the engaging portion 9 does not have to have a concave groove shape, and the shape and structure of the engaging portion 9 can be arbitrarily changed. be able to. Further, even when the engaging portion 9 is formed in a concave groove shape by a pressing press or the like, the outer surface side of the lower wall 6 may not be formed in a convex shape as shown in the figure.

As shown in FIG. 19, the lid body 1 of the present invention may be provided with a notch 41 at the upper end edge portion of the lid body 1, and a tag 42 configured to be bendable at the upper end edge portion by the notch 41. The container contents can be easily identified by providing the container contents display on the tag 42 and bending the tag having the display corresponding to the type of the container contents. When the tag 42 is formed by providing a notch 41 in the upper end portion 11a of the bent portion 11 formed by bending the upper portion of the side wall 3 toward the rising portion 4 side of the canopy 2 as in the lid body 1 shown in FIG. As described above, the upper end 4a of the rising portion 4 of the canopy is formed to be shorter than the inner portion of the upper end portion 11a of the bent portion 11, and the upper end portion 11a of the bent portion 11 and the upper end 4a of the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2 are formed. If the notch 41 is provided in the gap portion between the two, the tag 42 can be easily bent.

FIG. 20 shows an example of the blank material 35 for forming the lid 1 shown in FIG. 19, and is a notch 41a for forming the tag 42 at a position near the arc-shaped portion 33 on the upper end side of the blank material 35. A notch 39a for forming a notch 39 of the folded-back portion 40 of the lower wall 6 is provided at a position near the arc-shaped portion 34 on the lower end side. By bending each of the upper end side and the lower end side of the blank material 35, as shown in FIG. 19, a tag 42 having a notch 41 at the upper end portion of the lid 1 is provided, and the bent portion 40 is formed at the lower end portion. A lid having a notch 39 at the lower end is formed.

Further, notches are provided in the upper end edges 11a and 12a of the bent portions 11 and 12 of the lid 1 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 and the curled portion 21 of the lid 1 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 to provide the lid 1. A tag configured to be bendable may be provided on the upper end edge portion, and the container content display may be provided on the tag. Like the lid 1 shown in FIG. 5, the lid 1 is formed by bending the upper end side of the upper wall 5, and the upper end side of the canopy rising portion 4 is formed like the lid 1 shown in FIG. Also in the case of the lid 1 formed by bending to form the bent portion 12, the bent upper end portions 11a and 12a of the bent portion are made to protrude from the upper end of the rising portion 4 of the canopy and the upper end of the side wall 3 so as to protrude from the protruding portion. Forming the tag portion facilitates bending of the tag portion.

As shown in FIG. 24, when the metal thin film layer 43 is provided on the back surface portion 2b of the canopy 2, the lid body 1 of the present invention can improve water resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and can be combined with the lid body 1 when the lid is closed. Adhesion with the 7 mouths of the container is improved. As the metal thin film layer 43, aluminum is usually preferably used, and it can be provided by attaching a metal foil such as an aluminum foil or by vapor deposition. The metal thin film layer 43 is preferably provided on the exposed portion of the back surface portion 2b of the canopy 2, and since the metal thin film layer 43 is not provided on the rising portion 4 of the canopy 2, the metal thin film layer 43 is provided between the rising portion 4 and the side wall 3. The heat sealability is maintained.

In the lid body 1 of the present invention, when the top surface portion 2a (upper surface portion) of the canopy 2 is formed in a concave curved shape as shown in FIG. It can be easily fitted and removed from the container. Further, in the case of a lid having a drinking port for a liquid container, if the top surface portion 2a is formed in a concave curved shape, leftovers can easily return to the inside of the container 7 from the top surface portion 2a through the drinking port. It does not easily remain on the surface portion 2a. The concave curvature of the top surface portion 2a is preferably 0.3 mm or more, more preferably 0.5 mm or more, still more preferably 0.8 mm or more, and particularly preferably 1 mm or more. The upper limit of the degree of concave curvature varies depending on the size of the lid 1, but is usually preferably 6 mm or less, more preferably 5 mm or less, still more preferably 4 mm or less. The concave curvature is the difference in height between the highest portion and the lowest portion of the top surface portion 2a of the canopy portion 2, and as shown in FIG. 25, the boundary portion with the rising portion 4 of the canopy portion 2 is usually used. The difference between the surface portion 2a and the lowest portion of the top surface portion 2a: h.

FIG. 26 shows a further different embodiment of the lid 1 of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 26, the folded-back portion 40 of the lower wall 6 has an edge 40a in contact with the back surface portion 2b of the canopy portion 2, or is omitted. It may be bent and formed so as to be in contact with each other. In the lid 1 shown in FIG. 26 and the lid 1 shown in FIG. 19, the lower wall 6 has a double structure by folding back the lower wall 6, but the rising portion 4 on the peripheral edge of the canopy 2 is the upper portion. Since it is joined to the wall 5, the portion (lower wall 6) that engages with the mouth of the container 7 may become hard like a conventional lid having a structure in which the side wall and the canopy overlap. do not have. Therefore, even if the lower wall 6 is formed in a double structure, there is no possibility that the elasticity of the lower wall 6 will decrease.

In the above description, the case where the lid 1 has a circular shape has been shown, but the lid 1 of the present invention is formed into a shape such as an ellipse, a rectangle, a triangle, a polygon, a chamfered rectangle, or a chamfered polygon. You can also do it. Further, the above examples may be applied independently or in combination as appropriate.
