Description
Claims (16)
- プロセス流体の温度を測定する際に使用するためのサーモウェル組立体であって、
プロセス容器に装着し、プロセス容器内に収容されたプロセス流体内に延在するように構成された細長いサーモウェル本体と、
プロセス容器の壁に近接する前記細長いサーモウェル本体の近位端部からプロセス流体内に位置する前記細長いサーモウェル本体の密閉された遠位端部まで、前記細長いサーモウェル本体の長さ方向に沿って延在する細長い内腔と、
前記サーモウェル組立体の外側から前記細長い内腔まで延びる側孔であって、プロセス容器の外側に位置する側孔と、
前記サーモウェル組立体の外側で前記側孔に結合され、出口を有する検査バルブであって、オペレータが前記検査バルブを開いて、前記検査バルブの前記出口でプロセス流体を観察することによって、前記細長い内腔内のプロセス流体の存在を判断することができる検査バルブと、
を備えるサーモウェル組立体。 - 前記側孔は、前記細長い内腔に対して鋭角に延在する、請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記側孔は、前記細長い内腔と平行に延在する、請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記細長いサーモウェル本体に取り付けられたセンサ組立体を含む、請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記センサ組立体は、前記細長いサーモウェル本体によって螺合可能に受容される、請求項4に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記側孔は、前記センサ組立体を通って延びる、請求項4に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記センサ組立体が、前記細長いサーモウェル本体に熱的に結合された温度センサを含む、請求項4に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記検査バルブが、前記細長い内腔内の圧力の存在を示す視覚インジケータを含む、請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記視覚インジケータは、検査バルブ上のコーティングを含む、請求項8に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記視覚インジケータは、前記検査バルブの表面を含む、請求項8に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記視覚インジケータは、加えられた圧力に応じて色を変える、請求項8に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 前記視覚インジケータは、加えられた圧力に応じて形状を変える、請求項8に記載のサーモウェル組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体に結合された温度トランスミッタであって、前記温度トランスミッタは、
細長いサーモウェル本体に結合され、プロセス流体の温度を測定するように構成された温度センサと、
前記プロセス流体の温度を測定し、測定された温度に関連する出力を提供するように構成されたトランスミッタ電子機器と
を含む温度トランスミッタ。 - 前記出力は、プロセス制御ループ上に提供される、請求項13に記載の温度トランスミッタ。
- 前記側孔に結合され、前記側孔内の圧力を感知するように構成されたセンサを含み、前記センサが前記トランスミッタ電子機器に出力を提供するように構成された、請求項13に記載の温度トランスミッタ。
- 請求項1に記載のサーモウェル組立体において、故障した一次シールを識別する方法であって、
検査バルブを開けることと、
前記検査バルブの出口のプロセス流体を観察することと
を含む方法。
