Abstract
Description
本願は、2018年8月24日に中国特許庁に提出された中国特許出願201810974067.3の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容が援用によりここに取り込まれる。
本開示は、表示機器の技術分野に係り、特に表示パネル、製造方法及び電子機器に係る。
Claims (10)
- 第1電極層と、第2電極層と、有機発光層と、駆動層とを含む表示パネルであって、
前記第1電極層は、光透過層であり、
前記第2電極層は、前記第1電極層の片側に配置され、第1光透過領域が設けられ、
前記第1電極層、前記有機発光層及び前記第2電極層が順次積層され、前記有機発光層は、複数の画素ユニットを有し、前記画素ユニットのそれぞれは、前記第1電極層及び前記第2電極層に電気的に接続され、前記有機発光層は、光透過層であり、
前記駆動層は、前記第2電極層の前記有機発光層から遠い側に設けられ、前記画素ユニットの発光を制御し、前記駆動層は、前記第1光透過領域に対応して設けられた第2光透過領域を有する、表示パネル。 - 前記駆動層は、複数の駆動回路を有し、前記駆動回路は、前記第1電極層及び前記第2電極層のそれぞれに電気的に接続されて前記画素ユニットの発光を制御し、前記駆動回路は、前記第2光透過領域外に設けられている、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記駆動回路は、複数の第1駆動回路を含み、前記複数の第1駆動回路は、前記第1光透過領域のカバー範囲内に位置する前記画素ユニットの発光を制御し、1つの前記第1駆動回路は、前記第1光透過領域のカバー範囲内の少なくとも2つの前記画素ユニットの同時発光を制御する、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1駆動回路は、前記第2光透過領域を囲むように設けられている、請求項3に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第2電極層は、前記第1光透過領域を形成するための貫通孔が設けられた金属層を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第2電極層には、少なくとも1つの第1光透過領域が設けられ、前記駆動層は、少なくとも1つの第2光透過領域を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第1光透過領域と前記少なくとも1つの第2光透過領域とは、1対1で対応して設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表示パネル。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の表示パネルを含む電子機器。
- 前記表示パネルの片側に前記駆動層に隣接して設けられた受光素子を含み、前記受光素子は、第1光透過領域及び第2光透過領域のカバー範囲内に位置する、請求項7に記載の電子機器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の表示パネルに応用される表示パネルの製造方法であって、
前記第2電極層に第1光透過領域を形成するステップと、前記第1光透過領域と位置が対応する第2光透過領域を前記駆動層に形成するステップとを含み、
前記第2電極層に第1光透過領域を形成するステップは、
前記第2電極層の金属層に貫通孔を設けて前記第2電極層に第1光透過領域を形成するステップを含み、
前記第1光透過領域と位置が対応する第2光透過領域を前記駆動層に形成するステップは、
前記第2電極層の片側に駆動層を形成し、駆動層の駆動回路を前記駆動層の前記第1光透過領域に覆われる範囲外に配置し、前記駆動層の前記第1光透過領域に対応する位置に第2光透過領域を形成するステップを含む、表示パネルの製造方法。 - エッチング工程で前記金属層に前記貫通孔を形成する、請求項9に記載の表示パネルの製造方法。
