Abstract
Description

本開示は、流体を送り出すために使用される開放型電気ポンプを対象とする。具体的には、本開示は、血液の送り出しを補助するために、不全心臓に埋め込まれ得る開放型電気ポンプについて説明する。
心不全の患者は、患者の循環器系を通じて血液を適切に送り出さない不全心臓を有する。したがって、血液を送り出すように不全心臓を助けるために循環補助装置が開発されてきた。このような装置は、スピンによって血液を送り出すロータを有する回転軸流ポンプまたは遠心ポンプを含むことができる。これらの従来のポンプはまたケーシングを含む。このケーシングはロータを取り囲むが、ロータとケーシング壁との間の許容差は非常に小さい。この「密閉型」設計により、従来のポンプのモータが送り出しを停止した場合に血流に対して深刻な抵抗が生じる。このようなモータの送り出しの停止は、関連する電池パックが空になった場合、または従来のポンプ自体が誤動作した場合に発生する可能性がある。
Claims (10)
- 心臓からの血流と直列に埋め込まれるように構成された埋め込み型ポンプであって、
前記心臓の心室流出路内または前記心臓の出口弁の場所内を含む、前記心臓内の血液の自然な血液経路内に埋め込まれるように構成されたフレームと、
前記血流と平行に前記フレーム内に装着されるように構成された中心車軸と、
前記中心車軸に取り付けられ、血液を送り出すために回転するように構成されたロータと、
前記ロータを回転させるために通電されるように構成された少なくとも2つの電磁コイルとを含む、前記埋め込み型ポンプ。 - 前記フレームが、前記ロータが回転しないときに前記血液が遮断されずに流れることを可能にするために前記血流の方向において少なくとも1つの開口部を有する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルが前記血流の方向に関して放射状に位置する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルが前記ロータに対して垂直に位置する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルの両方が、前記ロータの同一の側の前記フレーム内に存在する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルのうちの1番目が、前記ロータの第1の側に存在し、前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルのうちの2番目が、前記第1の側の反対側である前記ロータの第2の側に存在する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルが前記血流に対して所定の角度で配列される、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記フレームが、円筒形部材であって、前記円筒形部材の開口部が前記血流に合わせて位置する前記円筒形部材を含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの電磁コイルが前記円筒形部材の内周に沿って位置する、請求項8に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
- 前記円筒形部材がステントまたはステントグラフトである、請求項8に記載の埋め込み型ポンプ。
