Claims (39)

前記第2のフィルム層および前記第3のフィルム層を非吸収キャリアフィルム層により分離するステップであって、前記非吸収キャリアフィルム層が、前記レーザ照射の実質的にすべてのエネルギーを透過する材料で作製される、ステップと、
前記レーザ照射を前記第1のフィルム層および前記第2のフィルム層上へ向けて、前記第1のフィルム層および前記第2のフィルム層の照射部分を互いに溶融して第1のバッグを形成するステップと、
前記第2のフィルム層と前記第3のフィルム層との間に介入される前記非吸収キャリアフィルムを通って、前記レーザ照射の前記実質的にすべてのエネルギーを透過させるステップと、
前記レーザ照射の透過された前記エネルギーを前記第3のフィルム層および前記第4のフィルム層上へ向けて、前記第3のフィルム層および前記第4のフィルム層の照射部分を互いに溶融して第2のバッグを形成するステップであって、前記第2のバッグが、前記第1のバッグと概して同時に形成される、ステップと、

- 請求項2に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記フルオロポリマーが、ふっ素化エチレンプロピレンであることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記非吸収キャリアフィルムを、前記第2のフィルム層および前記第3のフィルム層と重複様式で位置付けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記非吸収キャリアフィルムが、前記レーザ照射の透過された前記エネルギーが前記第3のフィルム層および前記第4のフィルム層上に向けられる間、固体のままであることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。

- 請求項7に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、パワーおよび前記複数のフィルム層の縁に沿った前記レーザ照射の移動速度を制御して、接合されるべき領域内のそれぞれの縁を溶融するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記非吸収キャリアフィルムが、およそ0.14ミリメートルの厚さを有し、前記複数のフィルム層が各々、およそ0.1〜およそ0.28ミリメートルの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項9に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記非吸収キャリアフィルムが、ふっ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)材料またはシリコーン材料のうちの少なくとも一方を含み、前記複数のフィルム層の各々が、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)材料を含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記レーザ照射のために約95〜100ワットの範囲のパワー出力を使用するステップであって、前記レーザ照射の透過された前記エネルギーを前記第3のフィルム層および前記第4のフィルム層上に向ける前に、約2.5ワットを損失する、ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。

- 請求項22に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記フルオロポリマーが、ふっ素化エチレンプロピレンであることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項23に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第1の締め付け構造体が、溶接されるべき少なくとも前記第1のワークピースの表面に実質的に一致する、または従うように機械加工される表面を有するふっ素化エチレンプロピレンで作製されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項23に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、ふっ素化エチレンプロピレンで作製される前記第1の締め付け構造体が、前記レーザ照射が、その第1の締め付け構造体を通って、溶接されるべき前記第1および第2のワークピースへ透過されている間、固体のままであることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第1および第2のワークピースが、レーザ吸収添加剤を欠く熱可塑性材料を含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第1および第2のワークピースが、前記第1および第2のワークピースが前記レーザ照射によって加熱されるように、前記レーザ照射の一部分を吸収する熱可塑性材料で作製されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項27に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記レーザ照射のパワーならびに締め付けられた前記第1および第2のワークピースに沿った前記レーザ照射の移動速度が、接合されるべき領域内の前記第1および第2のワークピースを溶融するように制御されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第2の締め付け構造体が、前記レーザ照射に対して非透過性である材料で作製されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第1の締め付け構造体の表面が、概して凹形の部分を含み、前記第1のワークピースの表面が、対応する概して凸形の部分を含むか、またはその逆であることを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法であって、前記第1の締め付け構造体の前記表面を機械加工して、それらの前記非平坦または凸凹表面を作製するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接方法。
- 装置であって、その一部が、請求項21に記載のレーザ溶接方法に従って接合されることを特徴とする装置。
- 熱可塑性材料からなる第1のワークピースおよび第2のワークピースの部分を接合するためのレーザ溶接システムであって、
前記ワークピースがそれぞれの接触面により互いに隣接しているとき、前記第1および第2のワークピースの反対側に係合するように一緒に位置付けられる第1の締め付け構造体および第2の締め付け構造体を有するクランプであって、前記第1の締め付け構造体が、非平坦または凹凸であり、また前記第1のワークピースに面するように構成される表面、を有する、クランプと、
前記第1の締め付け構造体または前記第2の締め付け構造体のうちの少なくとも一方を他方に向かって付勢させて、前記第1および第2のワークピースを一緒に押圧するように構成されるアクチュエータと、
前記ワークピースを一緒に押圧している間に、接合されるべき締め付けられた前記第1および第2のワークピースの部分に向かって約2ミクロンの波長を有するレーザ照射を印加して、前記ワークピースの照射部分を互いに対して溶融するレーザ源であって、前記第1の締め付け構造体が、材料であって、前記レーザ照射の前記エネルギーの実質的にすべてを、前記材料を通って透過させる、材料からなり、前記第1のワークピースが、前記第1の締め付け構造体の前記非平坦または凸凹表面と実質的に適合する、前記第1の締め付け構造体に面する非平坦または凸凹表面を有する、レーザ源と、を備えることを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。 - 請求項33に記載のレーザ溶接システムであって、前記第1の締め付けプレートの前記材料が、フルオロポリマーを含むことを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
- 請求項34に記載のレーザ溶接システムであって、前記フルオロポリマーが、ふっ素化エチレンプロピレンであることを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
- 請求項33に記載のレーザ溶接システムであって、前記第1および第2のワークピースが、前記ワークピースの両方が前記レーザ照射によって加熱されるように、前記レーザ照射の一部分を吸収する熱可塑性材料で作製されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
- 請求項33に記載のレーザ溶接システムであって、前記レーザ照射が、約2ミクロンの波長を有することを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
- 請求項33に記載のレーザ溶接システムであって、前記第2の締め付けプレートが、前記レーザ照射に対して非透過性である材料で作製されることを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
- 熱可塑性材料からなる第1のワークピースおよび第2のワークピースの部分を接合するためのレーザ溶接システムであって、
前記ワークピースがそれぞれの接触面により互いに隣接しているとき、前記第1および第2のワークピースの反対側に係合するように一緒に位置付けられる第1の締め付け構造体および第2の締め付け構造体を有するクランプであって、前記第1の締め付け構造体が、非平坦または凹凸であり、また前記第1のワークピースに面するように構成される表面、を有する、クランプと、
前記第1の締め付け構造体または前記第2の締め付け構造体のうちの少なくとも一方を他方に向かって付勢させて、前記第1および第2のワークピースを一緒に押圧するように構成されるアクチュエータと、
前記ワークピースを一緒に押圧している間に、接合されるべき締め付けられた前記第1および第2のワークピースの部分に向かってレーザ照射を印加して、前記ワークピースの照射部分を互いに対して溶融するレーザ源であって、前記レーザ照射が、808nm〜1064nmの範囲外の波長を有し、前記第1の締め付け構造体が、フルオロポリマー材料であって、前記レーザ照射の前記エネルギーの実質的にすべてを、前記材料を通って透過させる、材料からなり、前記第1のワークピースが、前記第1の締め付け構造体の前記非平坦または凸凹表面と実質的に適合する、前記第1の締め付け構造体に面する非平坦または凸凹表面を有する、レーザ源と、を備えることを特徴とするレーザ溶接システム。
