前記プリフォームは、成形前に前記部品の前記ニアネットシェイプを超えるプリフォームバルクを有しており、前記プリフォームバルクが前記プリフォームの反対側の部品用のニアネットシェイプを超過することを許容するよう、前記レイアップツールの前記レイアッププロファイルは前記成形ツールの前記第1の成形面の前記ニアネットシェイププロファイルに関してオフセットされて前記プリフォームバルクの一部を収容しており、

- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された複合ファンブレード本体。
- 請求項12に記載のファンブレード本体を備える1または複数のブレードを備えるガスタービンエンジン。
