Abstract
Description

-リスクのある器官(OAR)を保護するための保温器/冷却器の配置、
-OARを保護するためのハイドロ/ニューモ解離の実施
を含む。
-熱源が与えられた時間における温度の変化を記述する熱方程式である。
-適用モダリティを記述し、熱方程式のための適切な熱源を導出する方程式(又は方程式のセット)である。
-温度変化を熱線量、すなわち細胞の熱損傷の確率の予測に変換する追加の方程式(又は方程式のセット)である。
これらの方程式は一般に、温度及び細胞損傷確率に対する組織の特性の強い依存性のために、結合される。
ここで、Cpは熱容量(0°における融解の比熱を含む)であり、ρは密度であり、λは熱伝導率である。右側の第2項は、血液を表す添字bを有する潅流項である。潅流は、分布潅流速度ωbとしてモデル化される。Tbは血中の温度であり、Tは、周囲の組織の温度である。
Claims (11)
- アブレーション治療計画システムであって、
−患者の医用画像を受信し、皮膚位置に対する一つ又はそれより多くの熱アプリケータのための意図される治療位置と、一つ又はそれより多くの意図される治療パラメータとを定義する入力を受信するステップと、
−前記患者の皮膚の位置を決定するステップと、
−前記意図される治療位置及び一つ又はそれより多くの前記意図される治療パラメータからもたらされる前記皮膚位置での温度又は熱線量を推定するステップと、
-前記皮膚位置における前記計算される温度又は熱線量が一定の閾値を上回るか、又は下回る場合、警報を発するステップと
を前記アブレーション治療計画システムに実行させるためのプログラムコード手段を有する、アブレーション治療計画システム。 - 前記治療パラメータは、異なるアブレーションゾーン、等温線又は等線量をエンコードするためのパラメータ構成の固定セットである、請求項1に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記アブレーション治療計画システムは、所定の等温線又は等線量線が前記皮膚位置と交差しているか、又は前記皮膚位置から所定の距離内にあるとき、警報を発するように構成される、請求項2に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記皮膚の前記温度は、熱モデルによって推定される、請求項1に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記皮膚位置は、前記医用画像と同一の患者及び標的の第2の医用画像とのレジストレーションから導出され、前記第2の医用画像は、前記医用画像と異なる撮像モダリティによって取得される、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記一つ又はそれより多くの熱アプリケータに対する前記皮膚位置は、前記皮膚位置に対して既知の位置を有する装置の位置から導出されることができ、前記位置は、追跡システム又はプレプロシージャ較正の使用を通じて既知である、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記アブレーション治療中の使用のために構成される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記一つ又はそれより多くの熱アプリケータ又は前記一つ又はそれより多くの治療パラメータの前記位置が所定の値を超えて変更されるとき、前記皮膚温度計算を繰り返すように構成される、請求項7に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記皮膚温度は、部分的に温度測定に基づく、請求項7乃至8の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記皮膚温度は、患者特有の熱モデルを使用して計算される、請求項4乃至10の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
- 前記警報設定は、ユーザによって構成可能である、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のアブレーション治療計画システム。
