Description

Claims (21)
- a)1組の真菌マトリックスの機械的特性を有する真菌マトリックスと;
b)前記真菌マトリックス内の埋め込み材料とを含む複合体であって、組合せが真菌複合体を構成し、埋め込み材料が1組の埋め込み材料の機械的特性を有し;
c)それにより、真菌複合体が、前記真菌マトリックスの機械的特性または前記埋め込み材料の機械的特性いずれか単独よりも大きい1組の真菌複合体の機械的特性を示し、前記機械的特性が引裂き強度、引張強度、曲げ強度、分離抵抗性および層間剥離抵抗性を含み;そして
d)前記複合体の伸びが、菌糸体マトリックス単独の伸びと埋め込み材料単独の伸びとの間に数値的または定量的に入る、複合体。 - 前記埋め込み材料が、綿、絹、羊毛、加工線維、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ビスコース、またはセルロースのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体が、重要な、または特定の領域で等方性、異方性特性、直交異方性、またはそれらの組合せを示す、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体が、全体として考える場合に前記複合体の事前に選択された領域で特に設計された特性を示すように、埋め込み材料の設計された構造またはレイアウトを含む、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体が、全体として考える場合に複合体全体の至る所同等、等しい、および対称の特性を含む、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体が複数の領域を含み、各領域が各領域に埋め込み材料の目立った構造を有するため目立った特性を有する、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記埋め込み材料が液相または液体状態で統合される、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記埋め込み材料が液相で添加され、化学反応して埋め込み材料の粘性相、半粘性相または固相を生成するか、または化学反応して元の埋め込み材料由来の複合体を生成する、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌マトリックスが菌糸体マトリックスである、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- a)真菌マトリックスと;
b)綿、絹、ポリエステル、羊毛、加工線維、ビスコース、またはセルロースからなる群から選択される埋め込み材料とを含む複合体であって、前記埋め込み材料が、真菌マトリックス内に埋め込まれ、組合せが真菌複合体を構成し、
前記真菌複合体の引裂き強度が前記真菌マトリックスの引裂き強度よりも大きく、
前記真菌複合体の引張強度が前記埋め込み材料の引張強度よりも大きく、そして
前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料との間の層間剥離抵抗性が、真菌マトリックスと埋め込み材料とを互いに分離するのに必要な力が真菌マトリックスまたは埋め込み材料をそれら自体から分離するのに必要な力以上である、複合体。 - 前記真菌複合体の引裂き強度が前記真菌マトリックスの引裂き強度以上である、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌複合材の引張強度が前記埋め込み材料の引張強度以上である、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料との間の層間剥離抵抗性が、前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料とを互いに分離するのに必要な力が前記真菌マトリックスまたは前記埋め込み材料をそれら自体から分離するのに必要な力よりも大きい、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌マトリックスが菌糸体マトリックスである、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- 前記機械的特性が、引裂き強度、引張強度、曲げ強度、伸び、分離抵抗性または層間剥離抵抗性からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌複合体が、鎖の絡み合い、真菌菌糸の埋め込み材料への浸透、栄養基質内の菌糸の代謝プロセスに関連する成長現象による、埋め込み材料の表面への真菌菌糸の表面接着、菌糸ネットワークによる埋め込み材料のコロニー形成、および/または菌糸ネットワークの埋め込み材料への統合と凝集を含むがこれに限定されない方法により、前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料との物理的および化学的結合により強度の改善を実現する、請求項10に記載の複合体。
- a)真菌マトリックスと;
b)前記真菌マトリックス内の埋め込み材料とを含む複合体であって、組合せが真菌複合体を構成し、
前記真菌複合体の引裂き強度が前記真菌マトリックスの引裂き強度以上であり、
前記真菌複合体の引張強度が前記埋め込み材料の引張強度以上であり、そして
前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料との間の層間剥離抵抗性が、前記真菌マトリックスと前記埋め込み材料とを互いに分離するのに必要な力が前記真菌マトリックスまたは前記埋め込み材料をそれら自体から分離するのに必要な力よりも大きい、複合体。 - 前記埋め込み材料が、綿、絹、羊毛、加工線維、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ビスコースまたはセルロースのうちの1つである、請求項17に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体の伸びが、前記菌糸体マトリックス単独の伸びと前記埋め込み材料単独の伸びとの間に数値的または定量的に入る、請求項17に記載の複合体。
- 前記複合体が複数の領域を含み、各領域が各領域に埋め込み材料の目立った構造を有するため目立った特性を有する、請求項17に記載の複合体。
- 前記真菌複合体の引裂き強度および引張強度が、前記真菌マトリックスの引裂き強度よりも大きい、請求項17に記載の複合体。
