Claims (22)

第2流体の流れの流動方向を、第2流体の流れが第1流体の流れと混合して混合流体の流れを生成するように、第1流体の流れの第1流動方向と反対方向の上流の流動方向から下流の流動方向に変更し、
前記混合流体の流れを出口オリフィスから分配する、流体の流れを混合する方法。 - 前記上流の流動方向は、前記中心軸に実質的に垂直である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上流の流動方向は、前記第1流体の第1流動方向に実質的に垂直である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流体の流れが第1流路内で生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変更は、前記第2流体の流れを内部ガイド構造の支柱に向けることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支柱が、出口オリフィスに対して流体的に開口する管腔を形成し、混合流体の流れの分配では、混合流体の流れを、管腔を通って出口オリフィスまで進ませる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2流路は、前記端壁に接続されたマニホールドによって形成され、前記第2流体の流れを搬送するステップでは、前記第2流体の流れを前記マニホールドの入口側に導くことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マニホールドの入口側が、前記第2流路の入口端を形成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記マニホールドは、一次管の出口端に流体的に開口する第2流路及び第3流路を形成し、
前記第2流路に沿って第2流体の流れを搬送するステップの間、さらに第3流路に沿って流体を搬送する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記第2流路は、前記一次管の出口端に流体的に開口する分配端を形成する第1注入管によって形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1注入管は、先行セグメント及び後続セグメントを形成し、後続セグメントは、分配端で終了し、さらに、初期流動方向は、先行セグメントに沿って形成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記後続セグメントが中心軸と実質的に平行であり、前記変更は、後続セグメントに沿って第2流体を進行させることを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2流路に沿って第2流体を搬送するステップ中に、第2流体とは異なる流体を、第2注入管に沿って搬送し、一次管の出口端に流体的に開口する分配端を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記混合流体は、噴霧された液体流れである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中心軸を形成する出口オリフィスが形成された端壁と、
端壁に接続され、出口端を有する一次管によって形成され、出口オリフィスに流体的に開口し、中心軸と実質的に平行である、第1流体のための第1流路と、
前記一次管の出口端に開口し、中心軸と平行でない上流の流動方向を形成する、第2流体の流れのための第2流路と、
を備え、
上流の流動方向から第2流体のために変更された流動方向を確立し、方向を変更された流動方向は、第1流体と第2流体を混合するための第1流路の一次流れとは反対方向である、ノズルアセンブリ。 - 前記上流の流動方向は、前記中心軸に実質的に垂直である、請求項15に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記端壁から一次管の出口端の方向に延びる支柱をさらに備え、前記支柱には、出口オリフィスに対して流体的に開口する管腔が形成されている、請求項15に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記端壁に接続され、前記第2流路を形成するマニホールドをさらに備える、請求項15に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記マニホールドは、一次管の出口端に流体的に開口する複数の流路を形成され、前記複数の流路は前記第2流路を含む、請求項17に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2流路は、第1注入管によって形成され、前記第1注入管は、一次管の出口端に対して流体的に開口する分配端を形成されている、請求項15に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 前記一次管の出口端に流体的に開口する流路が形成される複数の注入管をさらに備え、前記複数の注入管は前記第1注入管を含む、請求項20に記載のノズルアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から14の方法のいずれか1項の方法を実行するように構成されたノズルアセンブリ。
