Claims (7)
- エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための発熱体と、
前記発熱体に電力を供給するための電源と、
前記発熱体の温度を感知するための温度センサーと、
前記発熱体、前記センサーおよび前記電源と通信している電気回路と、を備える電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システムであって、前記電気回路が、メモリを備え、かつ
前記温度センサーからの前記測定された温度に基づいて、前記発熱体への前記電力供給を調節するように構成されていて、
i)所定の温度を達成もしくは維持するために必要な前記発熱体に供給される電力の変化率、またはii)連続的加熱サイクルにわたって所定の温度を達成もしくは維持するために必要な前記発熱体に供給される電力の減少が、予め定義された範囲外になった時に、有害状態を判定するように構成されていて、前記予め定義された範囲が前記メモリに保存されていて、
有害状態があるかどうかに基づいて前記発熱体に供給される電力を制御する、または有害状態がある時に表示を提供するように構成されていて、
前記システムが装置と取り外し可能なカートリッジとを備え、前記電源および前記電気回路が前記装置の中にあり、前記発熱体が前記取り外し可能なカートリッジの中にあり、前記カートリッジが液体エアロゾル形成基体を含む、電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記電気回路が、前記発熱体の温度が初期温度から目標温度に上昇した後でのみ、有害状態を判定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記予め定義された範囲が、供給される電力の変化率の最大閾値または連続的加熱サイクルにわたって供給される電力の減少の最小閾値に基づいている、請求項1または2に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記温度センサーが、前記発熱体の電気抵抗を測定するように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム。
- ユーザーが前記システムで吸煙している時を検出するための吸煙検出器をさらに備え、前記吸煙検出器が前記電気回路と通信していて、各吸煙が加熱サイクルに対応するように、前記吸煙検出器によって吸煙が検出された時に前記電源から前記発熱体に電力を供給するように前記電気回路が構成されていて、前記電気回路が、各加熱サイクル中に有害状態があるかどうかを判定するように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システムの発熱体への電力供給を制御する方法であって、
発熱体の温度を測定する工程と、
前記測定された温度に基づいて、前記発熱体への前記電力供給を調節する工程と、
i)所定の温度を達成もしくは維持するために必要な前記発熱体に供給される電力の変化率、またはii)連続的加熱サイクルにわたって所定の温度を達成もしくは維持するために必要な供給される電力の減少が、予め定義された範囲外になった時に、有害状態を判定する工程であって、前記予め定義された範囲が前記メモリに保存されている工程と、
有害状態があるかどうかに基づいて前記発熱体に供給される電力を制御する工程、または有害状態がある時に表示を提供する工程と、を含む方法。 - 電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生システム中のマイクロプロセッサ上でコンピュータプログラム製品が実行される時に、請求項6に記載の工程を実施するためのソフトウェアコード部分を備える、マイクロプロセッサの内部メモリに直接ロード可能な前記コンピュータプログラム製品であって、前記システムがエアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための発熱体と、前記発熱体の温度を感知するためのセンサーと、前記発熱体に電力を供給するための電源と、を備え、前記マイクロプロセッサが前記電気ヒーター、前記センサーおよび前記電源に接続されている、コンピュータプログラム製品。
