Abstract
Description

Claims (25)
- 発火のための装置であって、
可燃性燃料要素のスタック、及び可燃性容器の中に位置付けられた引火性着火要素を備え、前記可燃性容器は、その中の前記引火性着火要素に着火するための、少なくとも1つのアパーチャを設けるよう構成される、装置。 - 前記容器は、前記少なくとも1つのアパーチャを選択的に設けるよう構成された開放可能部を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアパーチャは、前記着火要素の下方に位置付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記着火要素は少なくとも2本の前記燃料要素によって支持される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記着火要素は、前記容器のベース領域に位置付けられた、離隔された第1の対の前記燃料要素の上方の、中間保持要素の上に位置付けられる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 離隔された前記第1の対の前記燃料要素は、前記容器のベース領域に配設された、ベース保持要素に位置付けられる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記中間保持要素は、前記第1の対の前記燃料要素の上で直角に向けて位置付けられた、離隔された第2の対の前記燃料要素間に支持される、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記中間保持要素は、前記着火要素を前記第2の対の前記燃料要素間に位置付けるためのチャネルを画定する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記中間保持要素は、ベース部と、一対の細長い保持部とを備え、前記保持部は、前記容器内の所定の位置及び向きで、前記第2の燃料要素の各々1つと係合かつ保持するために、互いに相反する方向に外側に延びる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 別の可燃性燃料要素が第2の層の上に位置付けられ、前記スタックの別の層を形成し、各層の前記燃料要素は離隔され、隣接の層の前記燃料要素に対して実質的に直角に向けられる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの別の保持要素を備え、前記少なくとも別の層の前記燃料要素が、互いに対して、かつ前記容器に対して実質的に移動するのを防止する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの別の保持要素は、前記別の層の離隔された前記燃料要素間に位置付けられた、垂直に向けられた複数の保持部を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの別の保持要素は、上部を備え、前記上部から各保持部は延び、前記上部は少なくとも1つのアパーチャを有する、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの別の保持要素は可燃性である、請求項11〜13のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、前記容器の側壁に予め形成されるか、または形成可能な少なくとも1つの別のアパーチャを備える、請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、予め形成されるか、または形成可能な少なくとも1つの穴を有する蓋を備える、請求項1〜15のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 発火の装置を組み立てるための部品のキットであって、
スタックを作るための、複数の可燃性燃料要素と、
前記スタックに含めるための、引火性着火要素と、
前記スタックが中に位置付けられたときに、前記引火性着火要素に着火するための、少なくとも1つのアパーチャを設けるよう構成される、可燃性容器と
を備える、キット。 - 前記容器内で所望の位置及び向きで、前記スタックの前記燃料要素の少なくとも1つの層を実質的に保持するための、少なくとも1つの保持要素を備える、請求項17に記載のキット。
- 発火装置を組み立てる方法であって、
可燃性燃料要素のスタック、及び引火性着火要素を可燃性容器に位置付けるステップを含み、前記可燃性容器は、その中に位置付けられた前記引火性着火要素に着火するための、少なくとも1つのアパーチャを設けるよう構成される、方法。 - 前記容器に位置付けられた少なくとも2本の前記燃料要素によって、前記着火要素を支持するステップを含み、支持する前記燃料要素は、離隔され、かつ前記容器の少なくとも1つのアパーチャの各側、または選択的に前記少なくとも1つのアパーチャを設けるよう構成された容器の開放可能部の各側に位置付けられる、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記容器のベース上に位置付けられて離隔された第1の対の前記燃料要素の、上方における中間保持要素に、前記着火要素を位置付けるステップを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の対の前記燃料要素の上で直角に向けて位置付けられ、離隔された前記第2の対の前記燃料要素間で、前記中間保持要素を支持するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料要素の別の層を、前記第2の層の上に位置付けるステップを含み、各別の層における前記燃料要素は離隔され、隣接する層の前記燃料要素に対して実質的に直角に向けられる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの別の保持要素をスタックの中に位置付け、互いに対して、かつ前記容器に対して前記別の層の少なくとも前記燃料要素が、実質的に移動するのを防止するステップを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の蓋を閉鎖するステップを含む、請求項19〜24のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
