Claims (22)

- 前記治療プロトコルが、前記標的と前記媒体とを予熱するためのプレコンディショニング手順と、光熱治療手順と、を含み、前記プレコンディショニング手順及び前記光熱治療手順が両方とも、前記あらかじめ設定されたパワー設定と、前記プレコンディショニング手順と前記光熱治療手順との間の前記あらかじめ設定されたパルスタイミング設定と、を変化させることなく、前記光源を用いて施される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 冷却ユニットをさらに含み、前記治療プロトコルが、前記治療プロトコルを施しつつ前記媒体を冷却するための冷却手順をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療プロトコルを施しつつ、前記光源が、あらかじめ設定されたパワーレベル、あらかじめ設定されたパルス長、及びあらかじめ設定されたパルスインターバルで一連の光パルスを放出するように設定される、請求項3に記載のシステム。

前記治療位置の皮膚表面温度をモニターすることと、
前記皮膚表面温度があらかじめ設定された閾値に達するときに前記治療プロトコルを自動開始することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記あらかじめ設定された閾値に達する前記皮膚表面温度に応答して光熱治療プロトコルを自動開始することが、ユーザーによる手動入力なしで実施される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 光熱標的治療システムを用いて光熱治療プロトコルを自動終了する方法であって、
治療領域に前記治療プロトコルを施す間、治療位置の皮膚表面温度をモニターすることと、
前記皮膚表面温度があらかじめ設定された閾値に達するときに前記光熱治療プロトコルを自動終了することと、
