Abstract
Description
図1は、マイクロ波エネルギと流体、例えば冷却液とを、侵襲的電気手術器具の遠位端に供給することができる電気外科的アブレーション装置100の概略図である。システム100は、ラジオ波(RF)及びマイクロ波エネルギを制御可能に供給するための発生器102を備える。この目的のために好適な発生器が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれるWO2012/076844に記載されている。発生器は、送達に適切な電力レベルを判定するために、器具から返されて受け取った反射信号を監視するように構成され得る。例えば、発生器は、最適な送達電力レベルを判定するために、器具の遠位端で見込まれるインピーダンスを計算するように構成され得る。
Claims (15)
- マイクロ波エネルギを伝達するように構成された可撓性同軸ケーブルと、
前記同軸ケーブルの遠位端に接続され、前記マイクロ波エネルギを受け取るように構成された放射先端部分であって、前記放射先端部分が、
前記マイクロ波エネルギを伝達するための近位同軸伝送線路と、
前記同軸伝送線路の遠位端に取り付けられた遠位針先端部と
を含む、前記放射先端部分と、
を含み、
前記遠位針先端部が、前記遠位針先端部から前記マイクロ波エネルギを送達するための半波長トランスとして動作するように構成されている、電気手術器具。 - 前記放射先端部分が、前記近位同軸伝送線路と前記遠位針先端部との間の中間同軸伝送線路を含む、請求項1に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記近位同軸伝送線路が、
前記可撓性同軸ケーブルの遠位端から延在する内側導体であって、前記内側導体が、前記可撓性同軸ケーブルの中心導体に電気的に接続されている、前記内側導体と、
前記内側導体の周りに取り付けられた近位誘電体スリーブと、
前記近位誘電体の周りに取り付けられた外側導体と
を含み、
前記遠位針先端部が、前記内側導体の周りに取り付けられた遠位誘電体スリーブを含み、
前記外側導体の遠位部分が、前記遠位誘電体スリーブの近位部分に重なっている、請求項1または2に記載の電気手術器具。 - 前記内側導体が、前記可撓性同軸ケーブルの前記中心導体の直径よりも小さい直径を有する、請求項3に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記放射先端部分が、前記可撓性同軸ケーブルに、それらの間の接合部の上に取り付けられたカラーによって固定されている、請求項3または4に記載の電気手術器具。

- 前記遠位誘電体スリーブは、セラミック、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ガラス充填PEEKのいずれかである、請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記放射先端部分が、40mm以上の長さを有する、いずれかの先行請求項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記放射先端部分の最大外径が1.2mm以下である、いずれかの先行請求項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 前記近位同軸伝送線路の外面に、マイクロ波チョークまたはバランが製造されている、いずれかの先行請求項に記載の電気手術器具。
- 患者の体に挿入可能であるように構成された器具コードを有する手術用スコープデバイスであって、前記器具コードが、前記器具コードを通して形成された器具チャンネルを有する、前記手術用スコープデバイスと、
前記器具チャンネルを通して挿入可能であるように寸法決定された、いずれかの先行請求項に記載の電気手術器具とを含む、電気手術装置。 - 前記手術用スコープデバイスが、超音波対応の内視鏡である、請求項14に記載の電気手術装置。
