Claims (11)
- 電流を生成するように構成された電流生成器と、
磁気非破壊試験(NDT)検査中に検査物品に前記電流を印加するように構成された1つ以上の電気コンタクトであって、該電流の該印加は、前記検査物品内に磁界を生成する、1つ以上の電気コンタクトと、
前記磁気NDT検査中に前記検査物品に関連付けられたガウス読み取り値を得るように構成された磁気プローブと、
フィードバックループコントローラーであって、
前記ガウス読み取り値を処理することと、
前記ガウス読み取り値の処理に基づいて1つ以上の調整を決定することと、
前記電流生成器に前記1つ以上の調整を適用することと、
を行うように構成された、フィードバックループコントローラーと、
を備える、磁気検査装置。 - 前記磁気プローブは、手動で調整される、請求項1に記載の磁気検査装置。
- 前記磁気プローブは、自動で調整される、請求項2に記載の磁気検査装置。
- 前記フィードバックループコントローラーは、事前定義された基準に基づいて前記ガウス読み取り値を処理するように構成される、請求項1に記載の磁気検査装置。
- 前記フィードバックループコントローラーは、前記事前定義された基準を変更することを可能にするように構成される、請求項4に記載の磁気検査装置。
- 磁気非破壊試験(NDT)検査を行う方法であって、
磁気NDT検査のために構成される検査セットアップにおいて、
前記磁気NDT検査中、該磁気NDT検査を受ける検査物品に関連付けられたガウス読み取り値を得ることと、
前記ガウス読み取り値を処理することと、
前記ガウス読み取り値の処理に基づいて、1つ以上の調整を決定することと、
なお、前記1つ以上の調整のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記磁気非破壊試験(NDT)検査中に前記検査物品に印加される電流を制御するように構成され、
前記電流の印加は、前記検査物品内に磁界を生成し、
前記電流の源に前記1つ以上の調整を適用することと、
を含む、方法。 - 磁気プローブを介して前記ガウス読み取り値を得ることを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記磁気プローブの位置決めを手動で調整することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記磁気プローブの位置決めを自動で調整することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 事前定義された基準に基づいて前記ガウス読み取り値を処理することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ガウス読み取り値の処理に基づいて前記事前定義された基準を変更することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
