Abstract
Description
前述の配電用変圧器(12)の2次低圧側に隣接して探査電流発生器(20)を連結し線路定数の影響を最小化できる場所を設定する段階;
また、配電用変圧器の電源を優先して供給を受け、探査電流発生器(20)の両極性電源を供給してスイッチング素子の動作の抑制措置を行う段階;
動作の抑制措置の後、探査電流パルス信号出力端子を配電用変圧器(12)の電源に連結する段階;
負荷電流を測定して適切な大きさの電流パルス信号を発生させる段階;
埋設経路探査機(30)と信号発生時間及び周期情報を同期して保存する段階;
探査対象の高圧電力線(13)の外部導体に逆方向電流制限器を設置する段階;
移動して埋設経路を探査する段階;
地上機器、構造物、架空立ち上げ部に出会った場合、線路名及び相を区分する段階;
磁界信号に基づき高圧電力線の埋設経路を把握して移動し、高圧電力線に接近できる場所で当該高圧電力線を識別する動作を繰り返すことで、高圧電力線の経路を目的とする電源まで把握する段階;及び
把握が完了した場合、把握した結果について現場に標識を付け図面を作成することで、作業を完了する段階を含むことができる。
Claims (8)
- 配電用高電圧を巻線の組み合わせの比率に比例して低電圧に変換する配電用変圧器の1次巻線に連結されており、電圧及び電流を供給する高圧電力線を追跡して配電系統の最終電源までの高圧電力線の埋設経路及び連結構成を把握するための高圧電力線探査装置であって、
前記高圧電力線の周りで磁界信号を検出できるように巻線比に逆比例する電流パルス信号を発生させる探査電流発生器−前記探査電流発生器は、前記配電用変圧器の2次巻線に連結される;
前記電流パルス信号が前記高圧電力線に流れるとき前記高圧電力線の周りで発生する磁界信号を検出することで前記高圧電力線の埋設経路及び連結構成を追跡する埋設経路探査機;
前記埋設経路探査機の受信性能を向上するために、前記高圧電力線の外部導体によって発生する逆方向磁界の発生を抑制する逆方向電流制限器;
を含む、

前記探査電流発生器は、
電気負荷とダイオードに流れる電流を断続して電流パルス信号を発生させるスイッチング部−前記電気負荷とダイオードは前記配電用変圧器の2次巻線の両端と連結された1つ以上の導体のうち探査しようとする第1導体と直列連結される;
前記探査電流発生器の動作電源を供給する電源供給部−前記電源供給部は前記1つ以上の導体のうち第1導体を除く他の1つの導体と連結される;
前記スイッチング部の動作を制御する電流パルス発生時間制御部;
前記スイッチング部の動作時間を制御する電流パルス発生時間計算部;
前記スイッチング部の両端の電圧を測定する電圧測定部;
前記スイッチング部の動作によって流れる電流を測定する電流測定部;及び
前記スイッチング部の表面温度を感知する温度測定部;
を含むことを特徴とする、
安定度が向上した高圧電力線探査装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記埋設経路探査機は、
前記高圧電力線の埋設方向に対し垂直に位置し、前記探査電流発生器から発生した前記電流パルス信号の発生時間に対応する磁界信号を受信する磁界センサー;
前記磁界センサーが受信する磁界信号を帯域フィルタリングして負荷電流及び帯域外信号を除去する帯域フィルタ;
前記帯域フィルタを通過した信号を増幅させる信号増幅部;
前記信号増幅部を通過したアナログ信号をデジタル信号に変換するADC;
前記ADCで変換されたデジタル信号からパルス信号の発生時間に対応する信号を検出する信号検出時間管理部;
前記信号検出時間管理部に保存されたパルス信号の発生時間及び周期情報を前記信号検出時間管理部に提供するパルス信号情報保存部;
前記信号検出時間管理部を通過した信号の真偽を判定するパルス信号判定部;及び
前記パルス信号判定部を通過したパルス信号情報を表示するパルス信号大きさ表示部;
を含む、
安定度が向上した高圧電力線探査装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記逆方向電流制限器は、
前記高圧電力線の外部導体に流れる伝導性雑音を制御して最終的に正方向パルス電流によって高圧電力線の周りから放射される信号の影響を最小化するためにパルス電流が持つ特定の周波数に共振して抵抗を発生する特性を持つ1つ以上の円筒状分離型フェライトコア(Ferritecore)の組み合わせが含まれた構造を持ち、前記高圧電力線の外部導体を分離することなく設置できることを特徴とする
安定度が向上した高圧電力線探査装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記探査電流発生器と前記埋設経路探査機との間で通信を繋ぐことで前記探査電流発生器から発生された電流パルス信号の信号情報と前記埋設経路探査機から測定された磁界信号の基礎となる電流パルス信号の信号情報を送信及び受信するようにするネットワークモジュール;
をさらに含む、
安定度が向上した高圧電力線探査装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記探査電流発生器は、
スイッチング部が動作する場合、電圧の上昇を制御するための電圧上昇制限部−前記電圧上昇制限部は、スナバー(snubber)、電圧制限器(limiter)及びインダクタチョーク(Inductor chokes)の組み合わせである、をさらに含む、

前記埋設経路探査機は、
前記探査電流発生器に近接して前記磁界センサーを通じて磁界信号を受信することで、パルス信号発生時間及び周期情報をネットワークモジュールを介さずに前記パルス信号情報保存部に保存することを特徴とする
安定度が向上した高圧電力線経路探査装置。 - 安定度が向上した高圧電力線経路探査方法において、
配電用変圧器の2次巻線に連結された探査電流発生器によって高圧電力線周りで磁界信号を検出できるように巻線比に逆比例する電流パルス信号を発生させる段階;及び
前記探査電流発生器から発生させた電流パルス信号に対応して発生した磁界信号を検出する埋設経路探査機によって前記高圧電力線の埋設経路及び連結構成を把握する段階;
を含み、さらに、
配電用変圧器の2次巻線に連結された探査電流発生器によって高圧電力線周りで磁界信号を検出できるように巻線比に逆比例する電流パルス信号を発生させる段階は、
前記電流パルス信号を発生させる前に両極性の電圧を供給して スイッチング部のパルス発生動作を制御する段階;
