Abstract
Description
[0013]液体クロマトグラフィーの技術、システム、および部品が提供される。本開示の実施形態は、例えば、本明細書で開示された特徴の1つまたは複数を含むことができない構想と比較して、液体クロマトグラフィーの可能性を拡張し、液体クロマトグラフィーの精度を増大することを可能にし、液体クロマトグラフィーの正確性を増大することを可能にし、液体クロマトグラフィーで用いられるカラムの大きさを減らすことを可能にし、液体クロマトグラフィーの分析時間を短縮することを可能にし、液体クロマトグラフィーの生体不活性および/またはタンパク質反スティクションの操作を可能にし、ある特定の条件の下、チタンと不相溶性の流体(例えば、アンモニア、塩素(湿潤および乾燥の両方)、HCl、硝化酸(硝酸および硫酸の組合せ)、リン酸、水酸化ナトリウムおよび水酸化カリウム、漂白剤、ならびに硫酸)との操作を可能にし、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンと不相溶性の流体(例えば、ベンゼンスルホン酸、塩素(湿潤および乾燥の両方)、硝酸、硫酸、石炭酸、紫外線、塩化メチレン、硫酸ジメチル、テトラヒドロフラン、および他の有機溶媒)との操作を可能にし、より高圧で液体クロマトグラフィーを実施することを可能にし、より高温で液体クロマトグラフィーを実施することを可能にし、固定相においてより小さな粒子を用いて液体クロマトグラフィーを実施することを可能にし、より小さな、直径および/もしくは長さのカラムを用いて液体クロマトグラフィーを実施することを可能にし、またはそれらの組合せを可能にする。
[0038]被覆203は、蒸着、分解、機能化、酸化の1種もしくは複数、またはそれらの組合せを含む。一実施形態において、被覆203は、炭素、ケイ素、酸素、および水素を含む。追加の、または代替の実施形態において、被覆203の他の構成成分には、それに限定されないが、フッ素、窒素、前駆材料からの分解物質、前駆材料からの機能化、またはそれらの組合せが含まれる。好適な前駆材料には、それに限定されないが、シラン、シランおよびエチレン、シランおよび酸化剤、ジメチルシラン、ジメチルシランおよび酸化剤、トリメチルシラン、トリメチルシランおよび酸化剤、ジアルキルシリルジヒドリド、アルキルシリルトリヒドリド、非自然発火性種(例えば、ジアルキルシリルジヒドリドおよび/またはアルキルシリルトリヒドリド)、加熱反応性物質(例えば、カルボシランおよび/またはカルボキシシラン、例えば、非晶質カルボシランおよび/または非晶質カルボキシシラン)、カルボシリルの再結合可能な種(ジシリル断片またはトリシリル断片)、メチルトリメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジメトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、トリメチルメトキシシラン、トリメチルエトキシシラン、アンモニア、ヒドラジン、トリシリルアミン、ビス(第三級ブチルアミノ)シラン、1,2−ビス(ジメチルアミノ)テトラメチルジシラン、ジクロロシラン、ヘキサクロロジシラン)、オルガノフルオロトリアルコキシシラン、オルガノフルオロシリルヒドリド、オルガノフルオロシリル、フッ素化アルコキシシラン、フルオロアルキルシラン、フルオロシラン、トリデカフルオロ1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロオクチルシラン、(トリデカフルオロ−1,1,2,2−テトラヒドロオクチル)トリエトキシシラン、トリエトキシ(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8−トリデカフルオロ−1−オクチル)シラン、(パーフルオロヘキシルエチル)トリエトキシシラン、(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,10,10−ヘプタデカフルオロデシル)トリメトキシシラン、またはそれらの組合せが挙げられる。
Claims (20)
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントを備える液体クロマトグラフィーシステムを用意すること、ならびに
流体を輸送して被覆金属流体接触エレメントに接触させること
を含む、液体クロマトグラフィー技術であって、
流体を輸送する条件が、流体の温度が150℃よりも高いこと、流体を推進する圧力が60MPaよりも高いこと、流体が、チタンおよびポリエーテルエーテルケトンの一方または両方と不相溶性のタンパク質含有分析物を有すること、流体が、チタンまたはポリエーテルエーテルケトンの一方または両方と不相溶性のキレート化剤を有すること、ならびにそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、
液体クロマトグラフィー技術。 - 被覆金属流体接触エレメントが、炭素、ケイ素、酸素、および水素を含む被覆、ならびにステンレス鋼基材を有する、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー技術。
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントが、炭素、ケイ素、酸素、水素、およびフッ素を含む被覆、ならびにステンレス鋼基材を有する、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー技術。
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントが、炭素、ケイ素、酸素、水素、および窒素を含む被覆、ならびにステンレス鋼基材を有する、請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフィー技術。
- 流体を推進する圧力が、120MPaよりも高い、請求項1に記載の技術。
- 流体の温度が、400℃よりも高い、請求項1に記載の技術。
- 流体のpHが、2未満である、請求項1に記載の技術。
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントが、直径2.1mm未満を有する被覆金属カラムである、請求項1に記載の技術。
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントが、長さ20cm未満を有する、請求項1に記載の技術。
- 被覆金属流体接触エレメントを通して、流体を輸送するステップが、線速度少なくとも8mm毎秒である、請求項1に記載の技術。
