- 頭蓋骨取付装置を備え、

患者の頭蓋骨に対して着座するように構成されている支持台と、
前記支持台の底面から延び、前記頭蓋骨取付装置を前記頭蓋骨に対して着座させるために頭皮を貫通させるように構成されている1つ以上のピンと、
前記支持台の上面に沿って配置され、それが嵌合機構と嵌合している間において前記支持台に対して定位装置の位置および配向を画定するために前記定位装置の前記嵌合機構のプロファイルを補完する形状を有するインターフェースと、
を備える、外科手術システム。 - 前記支持台の前記上面および底面は、約0度〜約40度の範囲の角度を共に画定する、請求項1に記載の外科手術システム。
- 頭蓋骨取付装置は、前記支持台から延び、前記頭蓋骨取付装置を前記頭蓋骨に取り付けるためにアンカーねじが通過可能な穴をそれぞれ画定する横方向突出部をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記支持台は、前記支持台を前記定位装置に取り付け可能な1つ以上の機構を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記インターフェースは、前記支持台の前記上面から突出する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。

- 前記支持台の前記上面は、頭蓋骨取付装置が頭蓋骨に対して着座している間において定位座標系の原点を備える平面を画定する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置は画像ローカライザを備える、請求項7または8に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置は器具ガイドを備える、請求項7または8に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置は、器具を患者の脳の中に位置づけられた標的点に案内するために3つの線形自由度で調整可能であり、2つ以上の回転自由度で調整可能である、請求項10に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置は、X軸レールに沿って移動可能なX軸キャリアと、Y軸レールに沿って移動可能なY軸キャリアと、Z軸レールに沿って移動可能なZ軸キャリアと、カラー角度レールに沿って移動可能なカラー角度キャリアと、円弧角度レールに沿って移動可能な円弧角度キャリアとを備える、請求項10または11に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記X軸レールは、前記カラー角度キャリアに取り付けられ、前記円弧角度レールはX軸キャリアに取り付けられている、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記カラー角度キャリアおよび前記円弧角度キャリアは、前記患者の脳の中の前記標的点と一致する中心点を有する球を共に画定する、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記カラー角度キャリアおよび前記円弧角度キャリアは、互いに直交している、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記カラー角度レールは曲率半径が約160mm〜約190mmで、円弧角度レールは曲率半径が約160mm〜約190mmである、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記Z軸レールは自身の軸を中心に回転可能である、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記標的点での前記器具の正確な配置を確認するために、前記定位装置に取り付けるように構成された画像基準ツールをさらに備える、請求項10から17のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記画像基準ツールは、前記画像基準ツールの両側に配置された十字のレクチルと円とを備える、請求項18に記載の外科手術システム。
- 前記定位装置は、第1の定位装置であり、前記嵌合機構は第1の嵌合機構であり、前記外科手術システムは、前記第1の嵌合機構のプロファイルを有する第2の嵌合機構を有する第2の定位装置をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の外科手術システム。
