Abstract
Description
a)ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液を提供するステップ、該懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量は、懸濁液の固形物の乾燥重量に基づいて少なくとも50重量%である;
b)ステップa)の懸濁液を使用して湿潤ウェブを形成するステップ;
c)少なくとも1μmの平均直径を有する粒子を、ステップb)で形成された湿潤ウェブに添加するステップ;
d)ウェブを脱水及び/又は乾燥して、中間の薄い基板又はフィルムを形成するステップ。
a)ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液を提供するステップ、該懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量は、懸濁液の固形物の乾燥重量に基づいて少なくとも50重量%である;
b)ステップa)の懸濁液を使用して湿潤ウェブを形成するステップ;
c)少なくとも1μmの平均直径を有する粒子を、ステップb)で形成された湿潤ウェブに添加するステップ;
d)ウェブを脱水及び/又は乾燥して、中間の薄い基板又はフィルムを形成するステップ。
MFC分散液から調製されたフィルム(30gsm)は、真空ろ過によって調製された。真空ろ過の最終段階で、サンプル(表1を参照)を湿潤(5‐6wt%乾燥分)又は半湿潤(25‐30wt%乾燥分)フィルムに加えた。湿潤又は半湿潤フィルムにサンプルを手で振りかけることにより追加した。サンプルの添加後、湿潤又は半湿潤フィルムをドラム乾燥機中80℃で少なくとも90分間乾燥した。
Claims (12)
- 中間の薄い基板又はフィルムの製造方法であって、
a)ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む懸濁液を提供するステップ、該懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量は、懸濁液の固形物の乾燥重量に基づいて少なくとも50重量%である;
b)ステップa)の懸濁液を使用して湿潤ウェブを形成するステップ;
c)少なくとも1μmの平均直径を有する粒子を、ステップb)で形成された湿潤ウェブに添加するステップ;
d)ウェブを脱水及び/又は乾燥して、中間の薄い基板又はフィルムを形成するステップを含む、上記方法。 - 添加される粒子の少なくとも50重量%が有機物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 湿潤ウェブに添加される粒子の量が、ステップb)で形成されたウェブの乾燥固形物1トン当たり乾燥基準で少なくとも1kgである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 湿潤ウェブがキャスト成形により形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子がカーテンコーティング、キャスト成形又はスプレーにより添加される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子が少なくとも10μmの平均直径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)における懸濁液のミクロフィブリル化セルロースの含有量が、懸濁液の固形物の重量に基づいて少なくとも60重量%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得られるフィルム。
- 触覚特性を有する、請求項8に記載のフィルム。
- 触覚特性がテクスチャ及び/又は光学効果である、請求項9に記載のフィルム。
- 2つ以上の感覚効果が達成される、請求項10に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムを含む製品。
