Claims (12)
- エネルギ管理システムは、エネルギ消費資産の、時間に対するエネルギ消費を、一定期間測定し、得られた測定値を格納し、エネルギ貯蔵資産に、時間に対して貯蔵されたエネルギを一定期間測定し、得られた測定値を格納し、また、エネルギ消費量と保存されたエネルギの測定値を使用して、特定の期間における、基本的な正味エネルギニーズを導き出し、個別の期間における、正味エネルギニーズを、1人以上の第三者にエクスポートする、サーバにリンクされたエネルギ管理システムを介して、通常の周波数を持つ交流電力供給グリッドに接続されている、エネルギ貯蔵資産およびエネルギ消費資産のネットワークを持つビルディング。
- 前記ネットワークで消費される、または貯蔵されるエネルギは、一人以上の第三者により為された要求に従って変化する、請求項1に記載のビルディング。
- 前記ビルディングに対するエネルギ需要を変化させることの影響が評価され、そのような評価は、第三者によるそのような要求を受け入れるか、または拒否するために使用される、請求項2に記載のビルディング。
- 複数の第三者によって行われた要求または提案のシステムに対する全体的な利益が、エネルギ管理システムによって、所定の基準または動的な基準(財務上の利益など)に従って評価され、要求が優先順にインプリメントされる、請求項2または3に記載のビルディング。
- 電力供給内のエネルギに対する、全体的な需要を示す電力供給のパラメータが測定され、前記電力供給内に、消費することができる多くのエネルギがあるとき、前記エネルギ管理システムは、前記電力供給から取得されたエネルギを調整し、それを前記エネルギ貯蔵資産に貯蔵させ、電気エネルギの需要が高いときに、前記エネルギ消費資産により、電力供給から取られるエネルギを低減する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のビルディング。
- 前記パラメータは、電力供給の周波数であり、前記周波数が、電力供給の通常の頻度よりも1%以上低下したときに、前記エネルギ管理ユニットが、取られるエネルギを減らし、前記電力供給の周波数が、前記通常の電力供給の周波数よりも1%以上高い場合、前記エネルギ消費資産によって取られるエネルギを増やす、請求項5に記載のビルディング。
- 前記パラメータが電源の電圧であり、前記電圧が、事前設定された最大値を超えると、電源から取得されるエネルギを増加させ、電源の電圧が、事前設定された最小値を下回ると、電源から取得されるエネルギを減少させる、請求項5に記載のビルディング。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵資産は、通常の需要を通じて、それらの貯蔵容量の事前設定された最大値を受け取るように制限されており、残りの容量は、前記電力供給の周波数、または電圧が、事前設定された最大値を超えているとき、過剰電力をオフロードするためにグリッドに利用可能である、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のビルディング。
- 前記事前設定された最大値は、前記エネルギ貯蔵資産の貯蔵容量の50%である、請求項8に記載のビルディング。
- 分散型ネットワーク事業者によって決定されたヘッドルーム内の前記分散型ネットワーク事業者に、エネルギをエクスポートする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のビルディング。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵資産が充電ポイントでの車両のバッテリ、または他のエネルギ貯蔵手段を含む、車両充電ポイントを含むサイトにあるまたはリンクされた、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のビルディング。
- ある期間におけるビルディングの居住者の予測された快適さの測定値が、エネルギ消費資産のエネルギ要件、およびエネルギ貯蔵資産の貯蔵容量を予測する際に導き出される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のビルディング。
