Abstract
Description
誘導コイルと、
ローパスフィルタであって、誘導コイルに隣接して位置付けられるとともに実質的に誘導コイルの少なくとも1つの側にわたって延在するように成形されたローパスフィルタと
を含む誘導加熱組立体が提供される。
本開示の第1態様による誘導加熱組立体と、
誘導コイルに電力を提供するように配置された電源と、
誘導加熱可能なカートリッジを受けるよう配置された加熱区画と、
空気を加熱区画に提供するように配置された空気入口と、
加熱区画と連通している空気出口と
を含む蒸気発生デバイスが提供される。
Claims (14)
- 蒸気発生デバイス(10)のための誘導加熱組立体(20)であって、前記誘導加熱組立体(20)が、
誘導コイル(30)と、
ローパスフィルタ(34)であって、前記誘導コイル(30)に隣接して位置付けられるとともに、前記誘導コイル(30)のための電磁シールドを提供するために実質的に前記誘導コイル(30)の少なくとも1つの側にわたって延在するように成形されたローパスフィルタ(34)と
を含む誘導加熱組立体(20)。 - 電力を前記誘導コイル(30)に提供するよう配置された電源(16)と、
空気出口(14)と連通している加熱区画(22)と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。 - 前記ローパスフィルタ(34)が前記誘導コイル(30)と前記電源(16)との間に位置付けられる、請求項2に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記ローパスフィルタ(34)が前記誘導コイル(30)と前記空気出口(14)との間に位置付けられる、請求項2に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記加熱区画(22)と連通する空気入口(18)であって、前記ローパスフィルタ(34)が前記空気入口(18)と前記電源(16)との間に位置付けられる空気入口(18)をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 共振キャパシタ(42)であって、前記ローパスフィルタ(34)が前記誘導コイル(30)と前記共振キャパシタ(42)との間に位置付けられる共振キャパシタ(42)をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記ローパスフィルタ(34)がコイル(36)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記ローパスフィルタコイル(36)が、コイルの巻き方向により画定された平面において延在するフラットコイルを含む、請求項7に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記誘導コイル(30)がらせん形であり、
前記ローパスフィルタコイル(36)がらせん形誘導コイル(30)の軸方向端部(38、40)に位置付けられ、
前記ローパスフィルタコイル(36)の前記平面が前記らせん形誘導コイル(30)の前記軸方向に実質的に垂直である、請求項8に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。 - 前記誘導コイル(30)がらせん形であり、
前記ローパスフィルタ(34)が、前記らせん形誘導コイル(30)の細長い側を実質的に覆うように配置される、請求項1、7又は8に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。 - 前記ローパスフィルタ(34)がフェリ磁性材料を含むプレート部材(44)を含み、前記ローパスフィルタコイル(36)が前記プレート部材(44)に位置付けられる、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記ローパスフィルタがフェリ磁性材料を含む2つのプレート部材(44a、44b)を含み、前記ローパスフィルタコイル(36)が前記プレート部材(44a、44b)間に位置付けられる、請求項11に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 前記又は各プレート部材(44、44a、44b)が低導電率及び高透磁性を有するフェリ磁性材料を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)。
- 蒸気発生デバイス(10)であって、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱組立体(20)と、
電力を誘導コイル(30)に提供するよう配置された電源(16)と、
誘導加熱可能なカートリッジ(24)を受けるよう配置された加熱区画(22)と、
空気を前記加熱区画(22)に提供するように配置された空気入口(18)と、
前記加熱区画(22)と連通している空気出口(14)と
を含む蒸気発生デバイス(10)。
