Claims (20)
- 第1の糸群と第2の糸群とで形成された布地であって、前記布地は、表側、体側、第1の方向、及び前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向を有し、
i.前記第1の糸群は、第1の繊維ブレンドを含み、前記第1の繊維ブレンドは、溶融金属をはじく繊維を含み;
ii.前記第2の糸群は、前記第1の繊維ブレンドとは異なる第2の繊維ブレンドであって、セルロース繊維を含む第2の繊維ブレンドを含み;
iii.前記第1の糸群は、主に前記布地の前記表側に露出し;
iv.前記第2の糸群は、主に前記布地の前記体側に露出し;
v.前記布地は、ASTM D5034(2009)に従って試験された場合に、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向の両方で少なくとも50重量ポンドの破断強度を有し;
vi.前記布地は、ASTM D1424(2009)に従って試験された場合に、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向の両方で少なくとも5重量ポンドの引き裂き強度を有し;
vii.前記布地は、ASTM D6413(2015)に従って試験された場合に、少なくとも6インチの炭化長と2秒以下の残炎時間を有し;。
viii.前記布地は、平方ヤード当たり6〜14オンス(両端の値を含む)の布地重量を有し;
ix.前記布地は、ASTM F1959(2014)に従って試験された場合に、アーク評価は少なくとも8cal/cm2である、

- 前記溶融金属をはじく繊維がウールおよびセルロース繊維を含み、前記第1の繊維ブレンドが約40〜70%(両端の値を含む)のウール繊維、および約30〜50%(両端の値を含む)のセルロース繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第1の繊維ブレンドが、約40〜60%(両端の値を含む)のウール繊維、および約25〜45%(両端の値を含む)のセルロース繊維を含み、前記第1の繊維ブレンドが、約10〜20%(両端の値を含む)のナイロン繊維をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の布地。
- 前記第1の繊維ブレンド中の前記セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が難燃性セルロース繊維を含む、請求項3に記載の布地。
- 前記難燃性セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が、添加剤含有難燃性セルロース繊維を含む、請求項5に記載の布地。
- 前記添加剤含有難燃性セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が、生産者着色難燃性セルロース繊維である、請求項6に記載の布地。
- 前記生産者着色難燃性セルロース繊維がレーヨン繊維を含む、請求項7に記載の布地。
- 前記第1の繊維ブレンドがアラミド繊維を欠いている、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第1の繊維ブレンドがモダクリル繊維を欠いている、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第2の繊維ブレンドが、約50〜80%(両端の値を含む)のセルロース繊維を含み、約10〜40%(両端の値を含む)のモダクリル系繊維をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第2の繊維ブレンドが、約15〜30%(両端の値を含む)のモダクリル繊維、および約60〜80%(両端の値を含む)のセルロース繊維を含み、前記第2の繊維ブレンドが、約10〜20%(両端の値を含む)のナイロン繊維をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の布地。
- 前記第2の繊維ブレンドがアラミド繊維を欠いている、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第2の繊維ブレンドがウール繊維を欠いている、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記第2の繊維ブレンドが、40%以下のモダクリル繊維をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記布地の重量が、平方ヤード当たり8.5〜12.5オンス(両端の値を含む)である、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記布地が、ISO 9185(2007)に従って試験された場合に、少なくともD2またはE2のISO 11612(2015)に記載された金属飛沫性能レベル評価を達成する、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 前記布地が、ASTM F955(2015)に従って溶融物質のくっつき、材料の収縮、および材料の開裂について試験された場合に、3以下の数値評価を達成する、請求項1に記載の布地。
- 第1の糸群と第2の糸群とで形成された織物布地であって、前記布地は、表側、体側、経糸方向及び第1の方向とは反対の緯糸方向を有し、
i.前記第1の糸群は、第1の繊維ブレンドを含み、前記第1の繊維ブレンドは、ウール繊維、セルロース繊維、およびナイロン繊維を含み、前記第1の繊維ブレンドは、モダクリルおよびアラミド繊維を欠いており;
ii.前記第2の糸群は、前記第1の繊維ブレンドとは異なる第2の繊維ブレンドであって、セルロース繊維、モダクリル繊維、およびナイロン繊維を含む第2の繊維ブレンドを含み、前記第2の繊維ブレンドはアラミド繊維を欠いており;
iii.前記第1の繊維ブレンドまたは前記第2の繊維ブレンドの少なくとも一方における前記セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部は、生産者着色難燃性レーヨン繊維を含み;
iv.前記第1の糸群は、主に前記布地の前記表側に露出し;
v.前記第2の糸群は、主に前記布地の前記体側に露出し;
