Description
− 第1の表面及び第1の表面に対向する第2の表面を有する導波路本体と、
− 導波路本体の内側を伝搬する光を導波路本体から外に結合させるための前記第1の表面上のアウトカップリング回折光学素子と、
− アウトカップリング回折光学素子と位置合わせされた前記第2の表面上の狭帯域反射体素子とを備える、回折導波路表示素子を提供する。
Claims (14)
- 回折導波路表示素子であって、
第1の表面及び前記第1の表面に対向する第2の表面を有する導波路本体と、
前記導波路本体の内側を伝搬する光を前記導波路本体から結合を外させるための前記第1の表面上のアウトカップリング回折光学素子と、
狭帯域反射体素子とを備え、
前記反射体素子が、前記第2の表面上に位置決めされ、横方向に不均一な光学特性を有する、回折導波路表示素子。 - 前記反射体素子が、単一帯反射体素子である、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、多帯域反射体素子である、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、20nm以下など、50nm以下のFWHMを有する1つ又は複数の波長帯域を有する、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、少なくとも75%など、少なくとも50%の全白色光透過率を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、誘電体多層構造、特に異なる屈折率を有する交互層のスタックを備えたものを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、半透明の金属層、特に20nm以下の厚さを有する層などの単層を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、前記導波路本体から光学的に絶縁される、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、空隙又はエーロゲル層によって前記導波路本体から分離される、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、互いに横方向に隣接して位置決めされた複数の明確な区分を備え、前記区分が、異なる反射率及び/又は波長特性を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射体素子が、第1の領域と、前記導波路本体中の光の伝搬方向に前記第1の領域の下流の第2の領域とを含み、前記第2の領域の反射率が、前記第1の領域の反射率よりも高い、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- シースルー表示デバイスであって、
回折導波路表示素子と、
出力波長を有する少なくとも1つの狭帯域光源を備える、レーザ・プロジェクタ又は狭帯域LEDプロジェクタなどの狭帯域プロジェクタとを備え、
前記プロジェクタが、表示される画像を前記導波路本体に対し、それにおける伝搬のために中に結合させ、及びさらに前記導波路本体から出るために、前記表示デバイスのユーザの目に結合させるように構成され、
前記表示素子が、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の素子であり、それにより、前記出ることが、部分的にアウトカップリング格子から直接、及び部分的に前記反射体素子からの反射を通じて起きるように構成される、シースルー表示デバイス。 - 互いの上に積み重ねられた複数のそのような表示素子を備え、前記素子のそれぞれが、前記プロジェクタの狭帯域光源の出力波長に対応する異なる反射波長帯域を有する反射体素子を備える、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- ヘッドアップ表示デバイス又はヘッドマウント表示デバイスである、請求項12又は13に記載のデバイス。
