Abstract
Description
炉の自己るつぼ層の安定化、
溶融プロセスの安定化、
熱の伝達の安定化及び最小化、並びにそれによるエネルギー効率の向上、
ガラス化可能な材料のプールに向けた未燃焼ガスの転向、及び金属壁と自己るつぼとの間を通過する未燃焼ガスの最小化、
金属壁の腐食の抑制及びその表面寿命の延長。

Claims (14)
- 冷却流体により冷却される壁を含む、液中バーナーでガラス化可能な材料を溶融する炉であって、炉内でガラス化可能な材料を溶融する前において、炉の内側に面している前記壁の面が、いわゆる自己るつぼの失透したガラス化可能な材料のための付着テクスチャを有することを特徴とする液中バーナーでガラス化可能な材料を溶融する炉。
- 前記壁が金属プレートを含み、前記付着テクスチャが、前記プレートの、前記炉の内側に面している面に固定されている突出金属要素を含む付着システムで作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炉。
- 前記金属要素が、金属プロファイルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の炉。
- 前記金属プロファイルが、前記金属プロファイルが延びている主方向が実質的に水平であるようにして、前記プレートに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の炉。
- 前記金属プロファイルが、アングル型であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の炉。
- 前記アングルが、その2つの平坦なウィングの接合部において、その外縁によって前記金属プレートに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の炉。
- 前記付着テクスチャが、前記壁に垂直な方向に少なくとも5mmの実在部及び空隙を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
- 前記テクスチャが、前記自己るつぼの失透したガラス化可能な材料によって充填されるよう構成されている空間を前記壁において局所的に形成している突出要素を含み、前記突出要素の少なくとも一部と、前記突出要素の前記一部よりも前記炉の周囲側に位置している前記壁の表面との間のこれらの空間に、失透したガラス化可能な材料が捕捉されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
- 前記テクスチャが、炉床の最下点から5cm〜20cmの距離において、前記炉床上の自己るつぼの外側で、突出している実質的に水平なベルトを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
- コンクリートが前記壁を覆って、前記自己るつぼとの界面を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
- 前記コンクリートが、50重量%超、好ましくは80重量%超のアルミナを含有していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の炉。
- 前記壁が垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の炉。
- 溶融ガラス化可能な材料、特に溶融ガラスを製造する方法であって、ガラス化可能な材料、特にガラスを、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の炉内で溶融することを含む方法。
- テクスチャ化素子を金属プレートの滑らかな面に固定し、その後、テクスチャ化素子を備えた面が炉の壁の内面を形成するようにしてプレートを配置することを含む、請求項1〜13の一項に記載されている炉を製造する方法。
