Claims (14)
- 少なくとも以下を含む積層ガラスシステム(101)であって:
− 少なくとも一つの中間層(3)によって互いに接合している外部ペイン(1)及び内部ペイン(2)、
− 前記内部ペイン(2)の外側面IV上又は外側面IVの後ろに配置されている機能要素(4)、
ここで、金属保護層(5)が、前記外部ペイン(1)と、前記機能要素(4)との間に配置されている、
積層ガラスシステム。 - 前記金属保護層(5)が、金属層、好ましくは、アルミニウム層、ステンレス鋼層、銅層、銀層、若しくは金層を含むか、又はこれからなる、請求項1に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記金属層が、少なくとも一つのキャリアフィルムの上に配置されており、かつ前記キャリアフィルムが、好ましくは、ポリマーキャリアフィルムであり、特に、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリエポキシド、若しくはポリイミドを含むか、又はこれからなる、請求項2に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記金属保護層(5)が、金属箔、好ましくは、アルミニウム箔、ステンレス鋼箔、銅箔、銀箔、若しくは金箔を含むか、又はこれからなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記金属保護層(5)、特に、前記金属層又は前記金属箔が、0.5μm〜500μm、好ましくは1μm〜200μm、特に20μm〜50μmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記外部ペイン(1)上への前記金属保護層(5)の正射影領域(10)が、前記外部ペイン(1)上への前記機能要素(4)の正射影領域と等しいか、又はこれよりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記金属保護層(5)が、前記外部ペイン(1)と前記内部ペイン(2)との間に配置されているか、又は前記内部ペイン(2)の外側面IVの上に直接配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記内部ペイン(2)の外側面IVと、前記機能要素(4)との間の距離dが、0cm〜30cm、好ましくは0cm〜10cm、特に好ましくは1cm〜30cmである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記金属保護層(5)が、赤外線放射及び/又は紫外線放射を、少なくとも80%、好ましくは少なくとも90%、特に少なくとも99%、反射又は吸収する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)。
- 前記機能要素(4)が、電気的機能要素であり、かつ好ましくは、少なくとも以下を含むか、又はこれらからなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101):
− 光源、好ましくはLED光源(発光ダイオード)、特に好ましくはOLED光源(有機発光ダイオード)、
− ディスプレイ、好ましくはOLEDディスプレイ、特に好ましくは透明なOLEDディスプレイ、
− センサー、好ましくは温度センサー、タッチセンサー、湿分センサー、振動センサー、又はブレイクセンサー、

(a)保護層(5)と共に、少なくとも一つの外部ペイン(1)、少なくとも一つの中間層(3)、及び少なくとも一つの内部ペイン(2)の積層体を製造すること、
(b)前記積層体を積層して、積層ペイン(100)を形成すること、及び
(c)前記内部ペイン(2)上又は前記内部ペイン(2)の後ろに機能要素(4)を配置すること。 - 陸上、空中、又は水上を移動するための移動手段、特に動力乗物における、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスシステム(101)の使用であって、例えば、ウィンドシールド、リアウィンドウ、サイドウィンドウ、及び/又はルーフパネルとしての、及び機能性の個別要素としての、及び調度品、電化製品、及び建物における組み込み部品としての、特に電気ヒーターとしての、あるいは建設部門又は建築部門における屋内若しくは屋外の建物グレージングとしての、使用。
