この関連において、本発明は、少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーから成形されたボトルを提供する。該ボトルは、主長軸を有し、本体と、本体の下端から延びる底部ベースと、を備え、底部ベースは、設置面を画定する周囲座部と、底部ベースの中央ゾーンの周囲部から周囲座部まで延びる凹状アーチであって、該凹状アーチは、容器の外側を向いた凹部を有する丸みを帯びた概形を有し、中央ゾーンの中間点は押上げ部と命名される、凹状アーチと、中央ゾーンから少なくとも周囲座部まで半径方向に延びる一連の補強溝と、2つの隣り合う補強溝の間に位置して、請求項1に記載の特徴を示す、ベース脚部と、を備える。
より大きな壁厚は、ボトルのバリア特性を増加させ、意図された圧力が所望の期間にわたって作用し続けることを確実にする;
より大きなベース重量は、耐圧性を増加させる。
本発明はまた、以前に画定されたようなボトルの製造方法を、請求項9に従って提案する。
少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーから製造されたプリフォームを用意する工程と、
少なくとも1つのインプリント部材を含む空洞を有する型内に前記プリフォームを配置する工程と、
型内でプリフォームをブローして、40〜150mmの直径(D)を有するボトルの場合に7〜10mmの範囲内にある押上げ高さを有する押上げ部を備えるボトルを形成する工程と、を含む。
本発明はまた、少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーの、先に画定したボトルにおける使用に関する。
本ポリマーは、FDCAモノマー、好ましくは2,5−FDCA、に対応する部分と、ジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコールに対応する部分と、を含む。本ポリマーは、典型的には、ポリマー中にかかる部分を提供するモノマーを重合することによって得られる。そのために、モノマーとしてFDCA、好ましくは2,5−FDCA又はそのジエステルを使用することができる。したがって、重合は、エステル化又はエステル交換とすることができ、双方とも(重)縮合反応とも呼ばれる。好ましくは、ジメチル−2,5−フランジカルボキシレート(DMF)をモノマーとして使用する。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーから成形されたボトル(1)であって、前記ボトルは、主軸(X)を有し、本体(5)と、前記本体(5)の下端から延びる底部ベース(6)と、を備え、前記底部ベース(6)は、
設置面(8)を画定する周囲座部(7)と、
前記底部ベース(6)の中央ゾーン(11)の周囲部から前記周囲座部(7)まで延びる凹状アーチ(10)であって、前記凹状アーチ(10)は、前記容器(1)の外側を向いた凹部を有する丸みを帯びた概形を有し、前記中央ゾーン(11)の中間点は押上げ部(11a)と命名される、凹状アーチ(10)と、
前記中央ゾーン(11)から少なくとも前記周囲座部(7)まで半径方向に延びる一連の補強溝(13)と、
2つの隣り合う補強溝(13)の間に位置するベース脚部(14)と、を備え、
前記ボトル底部ベース(6)は押上げ高さ(PUH)を含み、前記押上げ高さ(PUH)は、前記押上げ部(11a)と前記設置面(8)との間の高さとして定義され、40〜150mmの直径(D)を有するボトルの場合、7〜10mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、ボトル(1)。 - 5〜10個、好ましくは7〜10個の数の補強溝(13)を備える、請求項1に記載のボトル(1)。
- 前記補強溝(13)は、1〜6mm、好ましくは1〜3mmの範囲内に含まれる溝半径を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のボトル(1)。
- 5〜10個のベース脚部、好ましくは7〜10個のベース脚部を更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボトル(1)。
- 前記設置面(8)との接触点における前記ベース脚部(14)の半径は、1〜8mm、好ましくは1〜5mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のボトル(1)。
- 15〜350clの内容積を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のボトル(1)。
- 加圧液体、好ましくは飲料、で充填されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のボトル(1)。
- 前記飲料は、炭酸飲料又は窒素雰囲気下でボトル詰めされた飲料である、請求項7に記載のボトル(1)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のボトル(1)を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーから製造されたプリフォーム(15)を用意する工程と、
少なくとも1つのインプリント部材を備える空洞を有する型内に前記プリフォーム(15)を配置する工程と、
前記型内で前記プリフォーム(15)をブローして、40〜150mmの直径(D)を有するボトルの場合に7〜10mmの範囲内にある押上げ高さを有する押上げ部(11a)を含む前記ボトル(1)を形成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - プリフォーム(15)を用意する前記工程において、前記プリフォームは、長軸に沿って延び、かつ、閉じた下端(22)及び開いた上端(23)を有する、中空管(21)を備え、前記プリフォーム(15)をブローする前記工程は、35バール以下、好ましくは30バール、より好ましくは25バール、より好ましくは20バール、より好ましくは15バール、より好ましくは10バール、のブロー圧力で、前記開いた上端(23)を通して前記プリフォーム(15)をブローする工程を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ボトルに液体、好ましくは飲料を充填する工程を更に含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のフランジカルボン酸(FDCA)モノマー、好ましくは2,5−フランジカルボン酸(2,5−FDCA)モノマーと、少なくとも1種のジオールモノマー、好ましくはモノエチレングリコール(MEG)モノマーと、の少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリマーの、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のボトルにおける使用。
