使用中にスイッチング電位を提供するために入力電位をステップアップするように構成されたコンバータであって、コンバータが複数のドライバ装置のそれぞれに対して共通である、コンバータと、を備える。
Claims (25)
- 使用中のエアロゾル生成材料を加熱するための1つ又は複数のサセプタを誘導加熱するための、エアロゾル生成デバイス用の複数の誘導要素のための回路であって、前記回路が、
複数のドライバ装置であって、前記複数のドライバ装置のそれぞれが、入力直流電流から使用中の前記複数の誘導要素のそれぞれに交流電流を供給するように構成されており、各ドライバ装置が、使用中に電流を実質的に流すためにスイッチング電位によってそれぞれ制御可能な1つ又は複数の第1のトランジスタを備える、複数のドライバ装置と、
使用中に前記スイッチング電位を提供するために入力電位をステップアップするように構成されたコンバータであって、前記コンバータが前記複数のドライバ装置のそれぞれに対して共通である、コンバータと、を備える、回路。 - 前記複数のドライバ装置のうちの1つ又は複数が、Hブリッジ構成で配置された複数のトランジスタを備え、前記複数のトランジスタのうちの1つ又は複数が前記第1のトランジスタである、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記Hブリッジ構成が、ハイサイドペアのトランジスタとローサイドペアのトランジスタとを備え、前記ハイサイドペアが、前記ローサイドペアが使用中に接続される第2の電位よりも高い第1の電位に接続するためのものであり、前記ハイサイドペアのトランジスタのうちの1つ又は両方が前記第1のトランジスタである、請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記コンバータが、使用時に前記スイッチング電位が前記第1の電位よりも高くなるように構成されている、請求項3に記載の回路。
- 前記ローサイドペアのトランジスタのうちの1つ又は両方が前記第1のトランジスタである、請求項3又は4に記載の回路。
- 各ドライバ装置が、前記ハイサイドペアのトランジスタ間の第1の点と前記ローサイドペアのトランジスタ間の第2の点とにわたって使用中の直流電源を接続するように構成されている、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 各ドライバ装置が、前記ハイサイドペアのトランジスタの一方と前記ローサイドペアのトランジスタの一方との間の第3の点と、前記ハイサイドペアのトランジスタの他方とローサイドの第2のペアのトランジスタの他方との間の第4の点と、にわたって、使用中のそれぞれの前記誘導要素を接続するように構成されている、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記スイッチング電位が前記第1のトランジスタに提供された場合に、前記第1のトランジスタが実質的に電流を流し、前記スイッチング電位が前記トランジスタに提供されない場合に、前記トランジスタが実質的に電流を流さない、ように各第1のトランジスタが構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 各第1のトランジスタが電界効果トランジスタである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 各第1のトランジスタが、ソース、ドレイン、及びゲートを備え、使用時に前記スイッチング電位が各トランジスタの前記ゲートに供給される、請求項9に記載の回路。
- 前記第1のトランジスタのそれぞれが、nチャネル電界効果トランジスタである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記第1のトランジスタのそれぞれが、金属酸化物半導体電界効果トランジスタである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記回路が、前記コンバータから使用中の前記複数のドライバ装置に前記スイッチング電位を供給するための供給バスを備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記供給バスが、使用中の前記複数のドライバ装置のうちの1つ又は複数に前記スイッチング電位を供給するように制御可能である、請求項13に記載の回路。
- 前記回路が、使用中の前記複数のドライバ装置のうちの選択可能な1つ又は複数に前記スイッチング電位を供給するように前記供給バスを制御するように構成された供給バスコントローラを備える、請求項13又は14に記載の回路。
- 各ドライバ装置が、前記ドライバ装置の1つ又は複数の第1のトランジスタへの前記スイッチング電位の供給を制御するように構成されたドライバコントローラを備える、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記複数のドライバ装置のそれぞれが、使用中の前記入力直流電流を提供するために、直流電源又は前記直流電源へ共通接続されるように構成されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記コンバータが、使用中の前記入力電位を提供するために、直流電源又は前記直流電源へ接続されるように構成されている、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 前記コンバータが、昇圧コンバータであるか、又は昇圧コンバータを備える、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の回路を備える、エアロゾル生成デバイス。
- 使用中の前記入力直流電流を提供するように構成され、及び/又は使用中の前記入力電位を提供するように構成される直流電源又は前記直流電源をさらに備える、請求項20に記載のエアロゾル生成デバイス。
- 前記複数の誘導要素をさらに備え、
各ドライバ装置が、使用中の前記複数の誘導要素のそれぞれに交流電流を提供するように構成されている、請求項20又は21に記載のエアロゾル生成デバイス。 - 前記1つ又は複数のサセプタをさらに備え、
