Description
Claims (10)
- 複数の不織布層を含む、不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネルであって、前記布層の各々が、複数の軸方向に配向された繊維を含み、前記布層のうちの少なくとも1つが、不均一な厚さを有する不均一層であり、前記不均一層が、厚い領域及び薄い領域を有し、前記厚い領域の面密度が、前記薄い領域の面密度よりも高く、各不均一層が、前表面及び後表面を有し、前記厚い領域の各々が、前記表面のうちの少なくとも1つから個々に突出している、不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 各不均一布層が、前表面及び後表面を有し、前記厚い領域の各々が、前記表面の両方から個々に突出している、請求項1に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 前記厚い領域が、前記薄い領域の面密度の少なくとも2倍の面密度を有する、請求項1に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 前記パネルが、2つの結合された布層を含み、前記結合された布層が、共に結合されている、第1の不均一層と、第2の不均一層と、を含み、それによって、それらが、互いに対して定位置に固定されておらず、前記結合された布層が、前記結合された布層間の前記突出している厚い領域によって、互いから少なくとも部分的に離間している対向する表面を有する、請求項1に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 前記結合された布層の前記対向する表面が、互いから部分的に分離され、互いに部分的に接触している、請求項4に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 前記第2の不均一布層に結合された少なくとも1つの追加の不均一布層を更に含み、前記布層が、互いに対して定位置に固定されておらず、前記布層が、前記結合された布層間の前記突出している厚い領域によって、互いから少なくとも部分的に離間している対向する表面を有する、請求項4に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネル。
- 請求項4に記載の不織の、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性パネルから形成される、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性衣類。
- 第1のパネルと、前記第1のパネルに接続された第2のパネルと、を含む、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性物品であって、前記第1のパネルが、2つの結合された布層を含み、前記結合された布層が、共に結合されている、第1の不織の不均一布層と、第2の不織の不均一布層と、を含み、それによって、それらが、互いに対して定位置に固定されておらず、前記結合された布層が、前記結合された布層間の前記突出している厚い領域によって、互いから少なくとも部分的に離間している対向する表面を有し、前記第2のパネルが、複数の布層を含み、前記複数の布層が、圧密化されており、前記布層の各々が、複数の繊維を含み、前記繊維が、約7g/デニール以上の靭性及び約150g/デニール以上の引張弾性率を有し、前記繊維の各々が、表面を有し、前記繊維の前記表面が、ポリマー組成物でコーティングされ、前記第1のパネル及び前記第2のパネルが、隣接しているが、互いに対して定位置に固定されていない、刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性物品。
- 前記第1のパネル及び前記第2のパネルが、共に仮縫い又は仮接着され、前記第1のパネル及び前記第2のパネルが、前記突出している厚い領域によって互いから少なくとも部分的に離間している、請求項8に記載の刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性物品。
- 前記第2のパネルが、圧密化された複数の不織布を含む、請求項8に記載の刺創、スパイク、及び弾道耐性物品。
