Claims (8)
- ヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置であって、
複数の回動可能なミラーを備えるデジタルミラーデバイスと、
照明ソースであって、前記ミラーにわたって空間的に分布し、入力コーンにわたって角度的に分布した入射光で前記回動可能なミラーを照明する、ように構成された照明ソースと、
前記照明ソースからの光が前記回動可能なミラーからの反射後に光導波路内に結合されるように位置合わせされた光導波路と
を備え、
前記入力コーンは、非対称であり、ある軸における前記回動可能なミラーの最大傾斜角よりも大きい、その軸におけるコーン角を有する、ヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。 - 前記回動可能なミラーは、単一の軸上で回動する、請求項1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。
- 前記回動可能なミラーは、平面視において四辺を持ち、前記ミラーの外周の2つの頂点間の軸の周りを回動する、請求項2に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。
- 前記デジタルミラーデバイスは、ダイヤモンドピクセルデバイスである、請求項3に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。
- 前記入力コーンの角度は、前記ミラーの回動軸に直交する軸に沿って24°であり、前記ミラーの回動軸に平行な軸に沿って24°より大きい、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。
- 前記デジタルミラーデバイスの出力を射出瞳に投影するためのレンズ配置を更に備え、前記射出瞳は、空間的に非対称である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ用の画像投影装置。
- 前記光導波路は、1つの軸において、前記デジタルミラーデバイスの照明によって生成された射出瞳を拡張する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の画像投影装置を備えたヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 前記光導波路は、より大きい射出瞳をユーザに提供するために、一次元において、瞳複製を介して入射瞳を拡張する、請求項1に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ。
