Abstract
Description
図1は、本開示の一実施形態としての過熱水蒸気装置10の概略構成を示す概略図である。本実施形態の過熱水蒸気装置10は、過熱水蒸気によって対象物の熱処理を行なうための装置である。本実施形態において、「過熱水蒸気」とは、沸点以上に加熱された水蒸気を意味している。
上記各実施形態における過熱水蒸気装置10の構成は、あくまで一例であり、種々変更可能である。例えば、本体部20の外観形状は、略箱型に限らず、円筒型等の任意の形状であってもよい。また、過熱水蒸気装置10は、例えば、食品調理用の過熱水蒸気オーブンとして用いられてもよい。食品調理に用いられる場合には、食品に六価クロムが付着することを抑制できるので、かかる食品の安全性の低下を抑制できる。
Claims (1)
- 過熱水蒸気によって対象物を加熱する過熱水蒸気装置であって、
400℃以上に加熱される箇所が、アルミナ被膜が形成された金属材料により構成されていることを特徴とする、
過熱水蒸気装置。
