Claims (10)
- フレームと、
前記フレームの軸を中心に回転するように構成されたファンであって、ハブを有し、前記ハブから半径方向に延在する複数のブレードを有するファンと、
前記軸を中心に前記ファンを回転させるように構成された電動モータと、を含むファンモジュールであって、
前記電動モータは、
第1の軸受ホルダ端部で前記フレームに接続され、第2の軸受ホルダ端部で前記ハブ内に延在する軸受ホルダであって、前記第1の軸受ホルダ端部及び前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部の直径より小さい第1の直径を有する第1のセクションを有する軸受ホルダと、
前記第1の軸受ホルダ端部で前記軸受ホルダによって保持された第1の軸受と、
前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部で前記軸受ホルダによって保持された第2の軸受と、
前記第1の軸受及び前記第2の軸受によって保持されたシャフトと、
前記軸受ホルダの前記第1のセクションを囲む固定子と、を含む、ファンモジュール。 - 前記軸受ホルダは、第2の部品に取り外し可能に結合された第1の部品を含む、請求項1に記載のファンモジュール。
- 前記第1の部品は、前記第1の軸受ホルダ端部を含み、前記第2の部品は、前記第1のセクション及び前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部を含む、請求項2に記載のファンモジュール。
- 前記第1のセクションは、前記軸受ホルダの前記第2の部品内の前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部に取り外し可能に結合されている、請求項3に記載のファンモジュール。
- 前記フレーム又は前記軸受ホルダの少なくとも1つに結合されたプリント回路基板をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のファンモジュール。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、前記モータを制御するように構成されており、前記ハブの直径より小さい半径寸法を有する、請求項5に記載のファンモジュール。
- 前記ファンの直径は、前記ハブの直径より少なくとも約2.6倍大きい、請求項1に記載のファンモジュール。
- 第1の軸受ホルダ端部でフレームに接続され、第2の軸受ホルダ端部でハブ内に延在する軸受ホルダであって、前記第1の軸受ホルダ端部及び前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部の直径より小さい第1の直径を有する第1のセクションを有する軸受ホルダと、
前記第1の軸受ホルダ端部で前記軸受ホルダによって保持された第1の軸受と、
前記第2の軸受ホルダ端部で前記軸受ホルダによって保持された第2の軸受と、
前記第1の軸受及び前記第2の軸受によって保持されたシャフトと、
前記軸受ホルダの前記第1のセクションを囲む固定子と、を含む、ファンモータ。 - 前記フレーム又は前記軸受ホルダの少なくとも1つに結合されたプリント回路基板をさらに含み、前記プリント回路基板は、モータを制御するように構成されており、前記ハブの直径より小さい半径寸法を有する、請求項8に記載のファンモータ。
- 前記固定子の内径は、前記第1の軸受及び前記第2の軸受の外径より小さい、請求項8に記載のファンモータ。
