Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- カテーテルシステムであって、
ドッキング端部を含むリードレスペースメーカであって、前記ドッキング端部がその表面から延出するドッキング延出部を有する、該リードレスペースメーカと、
チャンバを画定する本体部、及び前記チャンバに通じる近位開口部を有するドッキングキャップであって、前記近位開口部がカテーテルのルーメンの長手方向軸と同軸をなしている、該ドッキングキャップと、
互いに対向して配置された第1のアーム及び第2のアームを有するフレキシブルな把持器を含むレトリーバであって、前記第1のアームは、第1のフレキシブルなループ部を含み、前記第2のアームは、第2のフレキシブルなループ部を含み、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームの各々が、前記長手方向軸から半径方向外方に付勢されるヒンジ部を形成する、該レトリーバと、を備え、
前記レトリーバの前記フレキシブルな把持器が前記チャンバ内に位置するまで前記ドッキングキャップの前記本体部で前記レトリーバを覆ったときに、前記ドッキングキャップは、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームを前記ドッキング延出部にロックすることを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキングキャップは、前記チャンバに対して配置された1以上のキャップ面を有し、
前記ドッキングキャップは、前記1以上のキャップ面によって、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームを半径方向内方に変位させると共に、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームを前記ドッキング延出部の周りに押し付けた状態に維持することにより、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームを前記ドッキング延出部にロックすることを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキング延出部は、前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームと係合するように構成されたネック部を含むことを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記第1のアーム及び前記第2のアームは、それぞれ、前記カテーテルの前記ルーメン内に延在する少なくとも1つのマンドレルに結合されることを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキングキャップは、前記チャンバに対して配置され、かつ、前記ドッキング延出部の1以上のドッキング面と嵌合係合することによってトルク伝達を提供するように構成された1以上のキャップ面を有することを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記1以上のドッキング面は、1以上の平坦な半径方向面を含むことを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記1以上のドッキング面は、半径方向に対称であることを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記1以上のキャップ面は、前記1以上のドッキング面と嵌合係合するように構成された1以上のキー部を有することを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記1以上のキャップ面の少なくとも1つは、平坦であることを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキング延出部は、前記レトリーバの対応する構成要素と嵌合係合するように構成された1以上のキー部を含むことを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキング延出部は、平坦な端面を有することを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステムであって、
前記ドッキング延出部は、ドーム形状を形成する丸みを帯びた面を含むことを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。
