Abstract
Description
[態様1]気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを微生物に接触させる工程を含む、微生物の増殖促進方法。
[態様2]微生物が真菌である、態様1に記載の方法。
[態様3]真菌が糸状菌である、態様2に記載の方法。
[態様4]糸状菌がアスペルギルス属菌、ペニシリウム属菌、又はトリコデルマ属菌である、態様3に記載の方法。
[態様5]気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを含有する、微生物の増殖促進用ガス。
本発明の一態様は、気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを微生物に接触させる工程を含む、微生物の増殖促進方法である。
本発明の一態様は、気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを含有する、微生物の増殖促進用気体ガスである。本発明のガスは気体であることから、前記の微生物の増殖促進用ガスは、2種類以上の気体成分を含む場合には、微生物の増殖促進用気体組成物と称することができる。
<真菌の生育に対するバニリンの培地添加又は徐放の効果の検証>
バニリンの培地添加の効果を検証するため、次の通り実験を行った。バニリン濃度が250μg/μL又は500μg/μLであるバニリン溶液10μLを添加した寒天培地(YG培地;yeast Extract(Difco)0.5%、sucrose(和光純薬)2%、バクトアガー(和光純薬)2%)を準備し、当該培地10mLをプラスチック製の滅菌ペトリ皿(6cm直径、1.5cm高)に注入した。当該培地を乾固させた後、予め培養しておいた各菌の胞子塊を培地表面の中央付近に置き、蓋をして25℃±1℃で培養した。
<真菌の生育に対するα−ヨノンの培地添加又は徐放の効果の検証>
バニリンの代わりにα−ヨノンを用いて、上記実験例1に示した手順に従って、寒天培地の調製と各菌の培養とを行った。本実験例の対照区も、上記実験例1と同様にした。
<徐放されたバニリン及びα−ヨノンの成分量の分析>
バニリンとα−ヨノンについて、ろ紙からどれくらいの量が徐放されるか、ペトリ皿内の培地上部のヘッドスペース(空間)内に存在する量を分析することにより調べた。具体的には、上記実験例1に示した手順に従って、バニリン及びα−ヨノンを含まない寒天培地を調製した。また、上記実験例1及び2と同様にして、バニリン溶液(バニリン濃度:250μg/μL)又はα−ヨノン溶液(α−ヨノン濃度:250μg/μL)を10μL浸み込ませたろ紙を用いて、これをペトリ皿の蓋に貼り付けて25℃±1℃で静置保管した。なお、本実験例においては、菌は接種しなかった。

- 気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを微生物に接触させる工程を含む、微生物の増殖促進方法。
- 微生物が真菌である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 真菌が糸状菌である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 糸状菌がアスペルギルス属菌、ペニシリウム属菌、又はトリコデルマ属菌である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 気体成分としてバニリン及び/又はヨノンを含有する、微生物の増殖促進用ガス。
