Abstract
Description
(第1の実施形態)
図1は、第1の実施形態の無線通信システムの構成を示す図である。
無線通信システム10は、制御局20と、複数のロケータ30、31、32とを有する。無線通信装置10は、例えば、倉庫や工場などの広い施設内での商品管理に用いられる。複数のロケータ30、31、32は、施設内の天井に所定の間隔で設置される。タグ0〜Nは、商品に取り付けられる。ロケータ30、31、32とタグ0〜Nとの間でパケットを送受信する。タグから送信されるパケットにはCTE(Constant Tone Extension)が付加されている。具体的には、ロケータ30、31、32は、CTE要求パケットをタグ0〜Nに送信する。タグ0〜Nは、CTE要求パケットを受信すると、方位推定用補助信号としてのCTEを付加したパケットをロケータ30、31、32に送信する。
無線通信装置を構成するロケータ30は、複数のアンテナ40、アンテナスイッチ41、パケット受信処理部42、パケット送信処理部43、制御部44、スイッチ45及び方位推定部46を有する。方位推定部46は、前処理部50及び方位推定処理部51を有する。前処理部50は、複数の前処理回路60_0、・・・、60_N及び選択部61を有する。
方位推定処理部51は、入力された値から各タグの方位を推定し、方位推定結果を制御局20に出力する。方位推定方法は任意で良く、例えば、MUSICアルゴリズムやBeamformerアルゴリズムでも良い。
また、タグ1は、全てのロケータ30、31、32に接続されている。接続されているロケータのうち、ロケータ30、31の受信強度が大きい。これにより、制御局20は、ロケータ30及び31に方位推定処理許可情報を出力する。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。
第1の実施形態では、受信強度に応じて方位推定処理を行うタグを選択していたが、第2の実施形態では、ロケータとタグとの各距離に応じて方位推定処理を行うタグを選択する。
また、タグ1は、全てのロケータ30、31、32に接続されている。制御局20は、管理テーブル72から各ロケータ30、31、32と各タグ0〜Nとの距離が所定の閾値より小さいか否かを判定する。例えば、所定の閾値を20[m]とした場合、ロケータ30、31は、タグ1との距離が所定の閾値より小さい。これにより、制御局20は、ロケータ30及び31に方位推定処理許可情報を出力する。
次に、第3の実施形態について説明する。
第1の実施形態では、受信強度に応じて方位推定処理を行うタグを選択していたが、第3の実施形態では、各タグ0〜Nが例えば施設内の同じ場所に留まっている時間(滞在時間)に応じて方位推定処理を行うタグを選択する。
次に、第4の実施形態について説明する。
図6は、第4の実施形態のロケータの詳細な構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図6において、図2と同様の構成については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。また、無線通信システム10の全体構成は、第1の実施形態と同様である。
図8は、第5の実施形態の無線通信システムの構成を示す図である。なお、図8において、図1と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。本実施形態の無線通信装置10Aは、第1の実施形態の無線通信装置10の制御局20に代わり、サーバ21及び表示装置22を用いて構成されている。
Claims (6)
- 方位推定用補助信号の送付を要求するパケットを送信するか否かを示す送付許可情報を保持した管理テーブルを有する制御局と、
前記管理テーブルを参照し、前記送付許可情報に応じて前記パケットを第1の無線通信装置に送信し、前記第1の無線通信装置から送信された前記方位推定用補助信号を用いて方位推定を行う複数の第2の無線通信装置と、
を有することを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - 前記制御局は、前記第1の無線通信装置から送信されたパケットの受信強度に応じて前記管理テーブルを更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記制御局は、前記第1の無線通信装置と前記複数の第2の無線通信装置との距離に応じて前記管理テーブルを更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記制御局は、前記第1の無線通信装置が同じ位置に留まっている滞在時間に応じて前記管理テーブルを更新することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 方位推定を行うか否かを示す許可情報を保持した管理テーブルを有する制御局と
方位推定用補助信号が付加されたパケットを送信する第1の無線通信装置と、
前記パケットを受信すると、前記管理テーブルの前記許可情報に基づき、前記方位推定用補助信号を用いて前記第1の無線通信装置の方位推定を行う複数の第2の無線通信装置と、
を有することを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - 方位推定用補助信号の送付を要求するパケットを送信し、前記方位推定用補助信号が付加されたパケットを受信する送受信部と、
方位推定を行うか否かを示す許可情報に応じて、前記方位推定用補助信号を用いて方位推定を行う方位推定部と、
を有することを特徴とする無線通信装置。
