図3において、=ω、F(t)=Fcosβtとした場合、ωがおおよそβと等しく、かつcが小さいときに、建築物2の振動変位が時間的変化に対して不安定化すると考えられる。そこで、本発明者は、建築物2の固有振動数に対してロッキング現象を生じる風速およびバネ・ダッシュポッド条件を想定し、建築物2の壁面に図2に示す風圧変動Vの差を加振力として与えて建築物2の振動変位を数値計算した。
