Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and urine pads.
Absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and urine pads are required to be worn at an appropriate position in the wearer's crotch so that excrement such as urine does not leak during use. In particular, tape-type disposable diapers and urine pads that are placed on the skin side of the diaper and used together may be installed at a position shifted from the width direction between the wearer's crotch when worn. obtain. On the other hand,
In the absorbent articles disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article capable of easily detecting a position in the width direction without visual inspection.
The absorbent article of the present invention that has been able to solve the above problems is an absorbent article having a front-rear direction and a width direction, and having a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber arranged between them. A specific area composed of a brushed non-woven fabric is provided on the outer surface side of the back sheet, and the specific area is provided extending in the front-rear direction to the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article to be specified. The length in the width direction of the region is 5% or more and 50% or less of the length in the width direction of the narrowest portion of the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article, and the length in the front-rear direction of the specific region is It is characterized in that it is 50% or more of the length of the absorbent article in the anteroposterior direction. The specific region may be composed of an embossed non-woven fabric.
As described above, the absorbent article of the present invention is provided with a specific area composed of a brushed or embossed non-woven fabric on the outer surface side of the back sheet. Therefore, by touching the outer surface side of the absorbent article by hand. , The central portion of the absorbent article in the width direction can be detected with a specific region as a guide. Therefore, when wearing the absorbent article, even if it is difficult for the user or the caregiver to see the absorbent article or the eyesight of the user or the caregiver is weakened, the specific area can be touched by hand. By detecting, it becomes easy to appropriately adjust the position of the absorbent article in the width direction. In addition, since the specific area is formed with a length of 50% or more of the length in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article, the specific area can cover the urinary part and anus of the wearer, and when the absorbent article is worn. , It becomes easy to apply the central part of the absorbent article to the urinary part and anus of the wearer in the width direction.
It is preferable that the outer surface side of the back sheet is made of a non-woven fabric, and a specific region is formed on the non-woven fabric. In this case, a specific region can be easily formed on the outer surface side of the back sheet by raising or embossing the central portion in the width direction on the outer surface side of the back sheet.
When the outer surface side of the back sheet is formed of a non-woven fabric and a specific region is formed by raising a part of the non-woven fabric, the back sheet is configured by laminating a non-woven fabric layer on the outer surface side of the film layer, and the non-woven fabric is formed. It is preferable that a specific region is formed in the layer. When the non-woven fabric is brushed, there is a concern that the water resistance of the brushed portion will decrease. However, by forming the skin surface side of the back sheet from the film layer, the non-woven fabric layer on the outer surface side of the back sheet can be formed. Even if the brushing process is applied, the leakage-proof performance of the back sheet can be ensured.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, the back sheet is formed by laminating a non-woven fabric layer on the outer surface side of the film layer, and a specific region is formed by applying an adhesive in a planar manner between the film layer and the non-woven fabric layer. It may be one. In this case, the adhesive applied to the film layer and the non-woven fabric layer enters the fiber gaps of the non-woven fabric layer to increase the rigidity of the back sheet in a specific region. Therefore, when the user, the caregiver, or the like touches the outer surface side of the absorbent article with his / her hand, the position of the specific region can be detected from the difference in the touch.
The specific region preferably extends throughout the anterior-posterior direction of the absorbent article. By providing the specific region in this way, it becomes easy to detect the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article regardless of the position of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction.
The absorbent article is preferably a tape-type disposable diaper. In this case, the absorbent article is provided with fastening tapes on both sides in the width direction of the rear side portion in the front-rear direction, and the fastening tape is fixed to the outer surface side of the back sheet in the front side portion in the front-rear direction at the time of mounting. A tape will be provided. In particular, when the specific region is composed of a brushed or embossed non-woven fabric, the specific region can also function as a fastening target portion of the hook member of the fastening tape. Therefore, for example, when the absorbent article is discarded after the absorbent article is used, the absorbent article is folded or rolled in the front-rear direction, and the hook member of the fastening tape is fixed to a specific area. Can be kept folded or rolled back and forth.
The specific area is provided on the outer surface side of the backsheet and is composed of a brushed or embossed non-woven fabric, the target tape is provided on one side and the other side in the width direction, and the specific area is provided on one side in the width direction. It may be provided so as to exist between the target tapes provided on the other side. By providing the target tape and the specific area in this way, when the absorbent article, which is a tape-type disposable diaper, is attached, the specific area can be used as the fastening target portion of the hook member of the fastening tape together with the target tape.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, by touching the outer surface side of the absorbent article with a hand, the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article can be detected with a specific region as a guide.
The absorbent article of the present invention has a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber provided between them. The absorbent article of the present invention can be applied to disposable diapers, urine pads and the like.
The absorbent article has a front-back direction and a width direction. The anteroposterior direction means a direction extending in the anteroposterior direction of the wearer's crotch when the wearer wears the absorbent article. The width direction means a direction that is on the same plane as the absorbent article and orthogonal to the front-rear direction, and corresponds to the left-right direction of the wearer when the absorbent article is worn. Further, the thickness direction is the direction perpendicular to the surface formed from the front-rear direction and the width direction. Further, when the wearable article is worn by the wearer, the side facing the skin to the wearer is the skin surface side, and the opposite side is the outer surface side.
The shape of the absorbent article is not particularly limited. When the absorbent article is a urine pad, the shape of the absorbent article is shown to be substantially rectangular, oval, hourglass-shaped, battledore-shaped or the like. When the absorbent article is a disposable diaper, the disposable diaper is composed of, for example, an anterior and posterior portions and an intermediate portion located between them and provided with an absorber.
Disposable diapers are tape-type disposable diapers that are provided with fastening tapes on both sides in the width direction of the rear side, and are formed in the shape of pants when worn, or the front and rear sides are joined together. This may be a pants-type disposable diaper in which a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed.
The top sheet is a sheet arranged on the skin surface side of the absorbent body, and is provided so as to face the wearer's skin when the absorbent article is worn. The top sheet is preferably liquid permeable. Examples of the top sheet include non-woven fabrics formed from hydrophilic fibers such as cellulose, rayon and cotton; and hydrophobicity such as polyolefins (eg polypropylene, polyethylene), polyesters (eg PET) and polyamides (eg nylon). A non-woven fabric formed from fibers, in which the surface of the hydrophobic fibers is hydrophilized by a surfactant, or the like can be used. Further, as the top sheet, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a perforated plastic film or the like may be used.
The back sheet is a sheet arranged on the outer surface side of the absorber, and is provided so as to be located on the side opposite to the wearer when the absorbent article is worn. The backsheet is preferably provided so as to form at least a portion of the outer surface side of the absorbent article. The backsheet is preferably liquid impermeable. As the back sheet, a non-woven fabric formed of hydrophobic fibers such as polyolefin (for example, polypropylene, polyethylene), polyester (for example, PET), and polyamide (for example, nylon), a plastic film, or the like can be used. Further, a laminated body of a non-woven fabric and a film may be used as a back sheet, and for example, a laminated body in which a non-woven fabric layer is provided on the outer surface side of the film layer can be used.
As the non-woven fabric constituting the top sheet and the back sheet, spunbonded non-woven fabric, point-bonded non-woven fabric, air-through non-woven fabric, melt blow non-woven fabric, air-laid non-woven fabric, spunlace non-woven fabric, tow-open fiber non-woven fabric, SMS non-woven fabric and the like can be used.
The absorber is not particularly limited as long as it contains an absorbent material capable of absorbing excrement such as urine. As the absorber, for example, a molded body obtained by molding an absorbent material into a predetermined shape is used, or the molded body is covered with a coating sheet such as a paper sheet (for example, tissue paper or thin paper) or a liquid-permeable non-woven fabric sheet. Can be used. Examples of the absorbent material include hydrophilic fibers such as pulp fibers and water-absorbent resins such as polyacrylic acid-based, polyaspartic acid-based, cellulosic-based, and starch / acrylonitrile-based. Further, the water-absorbent material may include polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester fibers such as PET, and heat-sealing fibers such as polyamide fibers. These heat-sealing fibers may be hydrophilized with a surfactant or the like in order to enhance the affinity with urine or the like.
The absorbent material preferably contains hydrophilic fibers from the viewpoint of increasing the absorption rate of urine and the like. Further, from the viewpoint of increasing the absorption capacity, the absorbent material preferably contains a water-absorbent resin. Therefore, the absorber preferably contains hydrophilic fibers (particularly pulp fibers) and a water-absorbent resin. In this case, for example, it is preferable to use an aggregate of hydrophilic fibers mixed or sprayed with a water-absorbent resin.
The absorber may be a sheet-shaped absorber. Examples of the sheet-shaped absorber include those formed so as to have a water-absorbent resin between the non-woven fabrics and not to have pulp fibers. Since the sheet-shaped absorber thus formed has a water-absorbent resin between the non-woven fabrics, a high absorption capacity can be realized. Further, since the sheet-shaped absorber does not have pulp fibers between the non-woven fabrics, it can be formed thin without being bulky.
As the sheet-shaped absorber, water-absorbent fibers may be used as the absorbent material. In this case as well, the sheet-like absorber is formed thin without being bulky. Examples of the water-absorbent fiber include fibers containing a protonated or salt-formed carboxyl group. For example, a water-absorbent fiber can be obtained by hydrolyzing an acrylic fiber to convert a nitrile group contained in the acrylic fiber into a carboxyl group. At this time, it is preferable that the carboxyl group contained in the water-absorbent fiber forms an alkali metal salt or an ammonia salt. Further, the water-absorbent fiber can be produced by immersing the hydrophilic fiber in acrylic acid and precipitating acrylic acid on the fiber surface.
The shape of the absorber (planar shape) is not particularly limited. The shape of the absorber may be appropriately determined according to the intended use, and examples thereof include a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially hourglass shape, and a substantially battledore shape.
On the skin surface side of the absorbent article, rising flaps may be provided on both sides in the width direction. By providing the rising flap, lateral leakage of urine or the like is prevented. The rising flaps are formed, for example, by joining side sheets extending in the front-rear direction to both sides of the top sheet in the width direction and providing elastic members in the inner portion of the side sheets in the width direction. By providing the side sheet and the elastic member in this way, the inner portion of the side sheet in the width direction rises toward the wearer's skin due to the contraction force of the elastic member, and a rising flap is formed. The rising flap or side sheet is preferably made of a liquid-impermeable plastic film, a liquid-impermeable non-woven fabric, or the like.
The backsheet is provided with a specific area extending in the anteroposterior direction at the center of the absorbent article in the width direction. The specific area is provided so that when the user, the caregiver, or the like touches the outer surface side of the absorbent article by hand, the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article can be detected from the difference in touch.
The specific area can be provided in various ways. For example, a specific area made of a raised or embossed non-woven fabric can be provided on the outer surface side of the back sheet. The non-woven fabric provided with the specific region may be a non-woven fabric constituting the back sheet, or may be provided on the outer surface side of the back sheet as a member separate from the back sheet. In the former case, a specific region is provided on the outer surface side of the back sheet by raising or embossing a part of the region on the outer surface side of the non-woven fabric constituting the back sheet. In the latter case, the brushed or embossed non-woven fabric is attached to the outer surface side of the back sheet to provide a specific area on the outer surface side of the back sheet. In either case, the specific area is exposed on the outer surface side of the absorbent article.
The specific region composed of the brushed non-woven fabric has a fluffy formation on the surface of the non-woven fabric, so that the texture is different from that of the other regions. The specific region composed of the embossed non-woven fabric has a different feel from the other regions due to the uneven pattern formed by the embossing on the surface of the non-woven fabric. In either case, when the user, the caregiver, or the like touches the outer surface side of the absorbent article with his / her hand, the position of the specific area can be detected from the difference in the touch.
As the non-woven fabric forming the specific region, spunbonded non-woven fabric, point-bonded non-woven fabric, air-through non-woven fabric, air-laid non-woven fabric, spunlace non-woven fabric, SMS non-woven fabric and the like are preferably mentioned. When a specific region is formed by brushing, a spunbonded non-woven fabric, a point-bonded non-woven fabric, or an air-through non-woven fabric is preferably used as the non-woven fabric. In these non-woven fabrics, the constituent fibers of the non-woven fabric are bonded by heat welding, so that the constituent fibers are less likely to be detached even if the non-woven fabric is brushed. In addition, the brushing process makes it easier to fluff the surface of the non-woven fabric. When a specific region is formed by embossing, spunbonded non-woven fabric, air-through non-woven fabric, air-laid non-woven fabric, and spunlaced non-woven fabric are preferably used as the non-woven fabric. These non-woven fabrics are likely to form deep irregularities on the surface of the non-woven fabric by embossing.
When the specific region is composed of a brushed or embossed non-woven fabric, it is preferable that the specific region is composed of a non-brushed non-woven fabric or a non-embossed non-woven fabric except for the specific region on the outer surface side of the back sheet. Specifically, when the specific region is composed of a brushed non-woven fabric, it is preferable that the specific region is composed of a non-woven fabric that is not brushed except for the specific region on the outer surface side of the back sheet, and the specific region is embossed. When composed of a non-woven fabric, it is preferable that the non-woven fabric is not embossed except for a specific area on the outer surface side of the back sheet. In this case, the entire outer surface side of the back sheet is made of the non-woven fabric, so that the absorbent article looks good when viewed from the outer surface side, and the entire back sheet feels good.
When the specific region is composed of a brushed or embossed non-woven fabric, it is preferable that the outer surface side of the back sheet is composed of the non-woven fabric and the specific region is formed on the non-woven fabric. In this case, a specific region can be easily formed on the outer surface side of the back sheet by raising or embossing the central portion in the width direction on the outer surface side of the back sheet. In addition, it is possible to improve the air permeability of the back sheet as compared with the case where the specific region is made of a non-woven fabric which is a member different from the back sheet.
When the outer surface side of the back sheet is formed of a non-woven fabric and a specific region is formed by raising a part of the non-woven fabric, the back sheet is configured by laminating a non-woven fabric layer on the outer surface side of the film layer. Is preferable. In this case, a part of the non-woven fabric layer located on the outer surface side of the back sheet is brushed to form a specific region.
The specific region can also be formed by applying an adhesive in a planar manner between the film layer and the non-woven fabric layer of the back sheet formed by laminating the non-woven fabric layer on the outer surface side of the film layer. In this case, it is preferable that the backseat has a higher rigidity in a specific region than in other regions. The rigidity of the back sheet can be determined, for example, by measuring the rigidity and softness by the cantilever method.
If the specific area is formed by an adhesive, the adhesive may be solidly applied in the specific area, and the adhesive may be applied to the specific area with a predetermined curved pattern (for example, a spiral pattern, an omega pattern, or a serpentine pattern). May be applied, or the adhesive may be applied to a specific area in the form of short fibers by the curtain spray method. In either case, the adhesive can be applied substantially uniformly over the entire specific area, resulting in the adhesive being applied to the specific area in a planar manner. When the adhesive is applied in a curved pattern or in the form of short fibers, it is preferable to use a hot melt adhesive as the adhesive.
The specific region may be formed by a foamed hot melt adhesive. In this case, since the portion to which the foamed hot melt adhesive is applied can be formed to be raised more than the other portions, when the user, the caregiver, or the like touches the outer surface side of the absorbent article with his / her hand, the back The position of a specific area can be detected from the portion formed by the raised sheet.
When the specific region is formed by the adhesive, the film layer and the non-woven fabric layer may be bonded with an adhesive in the back sheet other than the specific region, but in this case, the coating density of the adhesive in the non-specific region is the specific region. It suffices to be lower than the coating density of the adhesive in. Other than the specific area, the adhesive is preferably applied in a straight line extending, for example, in the anteroposterior or width direction of the absorbent article.
The specific region is provided extending in the anteroposterior direction at the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article. The central portion of the absorbent article in the width direction means a portion including the center line of the absorbent article in the width direction (center line extending in the front-rear direction). If the specific area is provided in this way, the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article can be detected by touching the outer surface side of the absorbent article with the specific area as a guide. Therefore, even when it is difficult for the user or the caregiver to see the absorbent article, such as when wearing the absorbent article, or when the eyesight of the user or the caregiver is weakened, the specific area is used as a guide. It facilitates proper adjustment of the widthwise position of the absorbent article. For example, by addressing the absorbent article along the groove of the wearer's buttocks while touching the specific area with the hand, the absorbent article can be appropriately attached to the wearer's crotch. Therefore, the absorbent article of the present invention can be suitably applied to tape-type disposable diapers and urine pads (particularly urine pads placed on the skin side of disposable diapers and used together).
The length of the specific region in the width direction is 5% or more and 50% or less of the length in the width direction of the narrowest portion of the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article. It is preferable that the specific region has such a length in the width direction and is continuously provided in the width direction. The length of the specific region in the anteroposterior direction is 50% or more of the length in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article. It is preferable that the specific region is continuously provided in the front-rear direction with such a length in the front-rear direction. When the specific region is provided intermittently in the front-rear direction, the length of the intermittent portion is preferably 20 mm or less, and more preferably 10 mm or less. Further, the length of the specific region in the front-rear direction in this case may be 50% or more of the length in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article including the intermittent portion. By providing the specific area as described above, it becomes easy to detect the specific area by touching the outer surface side of the absorbent article with a hand, and it becomes easy to determine the central position of the absorbent article in the width direction based on the specific area. Become. In particular, since the specific area has a length of 50% or more of the length in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article, the specific area can cover the urinary part and anus of the wearer, and is absorbable in the urinary part and anus of the wearer. It becomes easy to hit the central part in the width direction of the article.
The length of the specific region in the width direction is more preferably 10% or more, more preferably 15% or more, and further preferably 15% or more of the length in the width direction of the narrowest portion of the middle portion in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article. 40% or less is more preferable, and 30% or less is further preferable. The specific region is also preferably provided substantially symmetrically with respect to the widthwise centerline of the absorbent article. The middle portion in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article is, for example, the intermediate portion in the range of 25% to 75% when the front end is 0% and the rear end is 100% as the relative position of the absorbent article. be able to. Alternatively, when the absorbent article has a substantially hourglass-shaped shape, the range in the front-rear direction including the hourglass-shaped constricted portion may be used as the intermediate portion. In this case, the middle portion of the absorbent article is formed narrower than the front side portion and the rear side portion, and the front side portion, the intermediate portion, and the rear side portion can be classified as follows, for example. .. That is, the width direction of the widest part of the front portion of the length and W F, the length in the width direction of the widest part of the back side and W R, the width direction of the narrowest portion of the intermediate portion when the length was W M, the boundary of the front side and the intermediate portion has a length in the width direction and portion which becomes (W F + W M) / 2, the back side and the boundary of the middle portion in the width direction length it can be
The length of the specific region in the anteroposterior direction may be longer than 50% of the length in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article, and is 60% or more, 70% or more, 80% or more of the length in the anteroposterior direction of the absorbent article. , Or 90% or more. The specific region may extend over the entire anterior-posterior direction of the absorbent article. On the other hand, the specific region may be provided only in a part of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction, and for example, the specific region may be provided unevenly on the front side or the rear side of the absorbent article. If the specific region is provided in this way, the front side or the rear side of the absorbent article can be determined based on the specific region. In this case, the length of the specific region in the anteroposterior direction is preferably 70% or less, more preferably 65% or less of the anterior-posterior length of the absorbent article. From the viewpoint of facilitating the detection of the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent article regardless of the position of the absorbent article in the anteroposterior direction, the specific region is provided so as to extend over the entire area of the absorbent article in the anteroposterior direction. It is preferable that a specific region is exposed on the outer surface side of the absorbent article over the entire front-rear direction of the absorbent article.
Next, a configuration example of the absorbent article of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
1 to 3 show a configuration example of a urine pad as an absorbent article of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the urine pad as seen from the skin surface side, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the urine pad shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from the outer surface side, and FIG. 3 shows FIGS. 1 and 2. The III-III cross-sectional view of the shown urine pad is shown. In the figure of the present application, the arrow x represents the width direction, the arrow y represents the front-back direction, and the direction perpendicular to the surface formed by the arrows x, y represents the thickness direction z. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper side of the drawing corresponds to the front side of the absorbent article, and the lower side of the drawing corresponds to the rear side of the absorbent article.
The absorbent article 1 (1A) has a
Liquid-

FIG. 6 shows a plan view of the tape-type disposable diaper as viewed from the skin surface side, FIG. 7 shows a plan view of the disposable diaper shown in FIG. 6 as viewed from the outer surface side, and FIG. 8 shows FIG. The VIII-VIII cross-sectional view of the disposable diaper shown in FIG. 7 is shown.
In the absorbent article 1 (1C) shown in FIGS. 6 to 8,
In the
As the

On the outer surface side of the
In the

FIG. 9 shows another configuration example of a tape-type disposable diaper as an absorbent article of the present invention. FIG. 9 shows a plan view of the tape-type disposable diaper as viewed from the outer surface side, and is a modified example of the
